The service was excellent. It was worth the cost skipping the long line and leaving the resort later.

Wonderful going home but coming into Turks Agent dropped my daughters passport and it took them an Hour to resolve & find it. Crazy!
I would highly recommend the Skypass arrival and departure service in TC. That immigration line was very long and we bypassed it to be on our way.
This is well worth the money. I would recommend. We were greater at the curb when we arrived and through security in 4 minutes.
The airport is small and it is not worth it. Arrive early. The employees at the airport doing the job are very courteous and professional.
Amazing. They got us to front of all lines and were so friendly. I highly recommend this service. Worth it
We were told about the fast pass and this was some of the best money we spent. They stay in communication with you the whole time. Our flight was delayed over two hours but they text with me and gave very good instructions. After we checked in with Delta our agent took us through security and we were at our gate in no time. This is a must when traveling to Turks.
We decided to get the fast track departure pass and we are so glad we did. We left on a Saturday and the airport was full. It saved us over and hour of waiting in line outside. Well worth the money.
Please do this will save time in lines .Saved time best for person with disabilities. Very efficient
It definitely speeded up the security screening process. There was little advice about where to go or what to do after that.
It's like insurance. If you don' need it, ok, but if you do need it it's worth every penny. They were fast, efficient, and fri
Highly recommend if you are arriving on a Saturday. Saved us at least an hour.
Once again, the Skypass staff made our departure process streamlined and efficient, in addition to being very pleasant to deal with. They look after every detail in a cheerful and professional manner, and we would absolutely recommend the service to other travellers.
My family (2 adults/2 children) and my in-laws (2 adults/2 teens/1 child) were traveling into PLS airport on a Saturday afternoon. I had heard stories about how crazy the airport can be, and that there were options for by-passing the majority of the chaos and the long line that may or may not form upon arrival and departure. After a brief Google search, we found SkyPass Caribbean. One way, it's $75 per person to sign up for SkyPass, so it was a $600 investment for our family. Weekend travel through PLS airport is reportedly much busier than weekday travel, and since we were landing on a Saturday, we decided to purchase it for our arrival flight. When we disembarked our flight, we immediately and easily found a SkyPass Representative who guided us through the airport. There is a separate customs line for those signed up with SkyPass. Everyone else gets to go through one line. If there are multiple planes landing at once, or if you are at the back of your plane, as we were, you can anticipate having the entire plane go before you. My in-laws did not opt for the SkyPass. They had no real complaints about the line and were through it probably 20-30 minutes behind us. We were still waiting for our ground transportation, unfortunately. On our departure flight home, we decided to use SkyPass again, while our other family members did not. The PLS airport is not large, and at least for us flying Delta (and presumably everyone else), you needed a printed boarding pass since you board the planes on the tarmac and there are no boarding pass scanners as you board the planes. We arrived after lunch, and it was extremely busy, even according to the SkyPass staff. They directed us on where to go to print our boarding pass, then brought us to a special, shorter security line. I should note that we did not check luggage, but if we had, that would have added an additional line to wait in. With all the chaos, it was nice having someone direct us to where we needed to be. My in-laws did not opt to do the SkyPass, and somehow they were pulled out of the lengthy check in and security lines and had an expedited experience, for an unknown reason. So their experience seems to be an anomaly. BOTTOM LINE-did we need it? No. But, keeping in mind there's no Clear or TSA precheck, so if you're used to having some kind of service that expedites your airport check in experience, this could certainly be it for you. It can definitely be a time saver, and if you have a long journey with layovers to get to Turks and Caicos, I would certainly be interested in getting through the airport as fast as possible. If you've traveled through this airport before and know what you're doing, you probably don't need it; it's just more of a convenience. Would we sign up for it again? Probably. I think it's best viewed as an insurance policy-if you need it, you'll be glad you have it, and if you don't, your money is already spent. Additionally, my husband poked his head in the "VIP" lounge at the airport-it was VERY small, had AC, and was very crowded. That would not have been worth it for us-it's certainly not similar to airport lounges we have seen at US based airports. The upstairs was much cooler than the downstairs. The airport was by far my least favorite part of the trip.
So easy especially if you have children. Checked in quickly, dropped off our bags with the airline and was walked through security so fast. Less than 5 minutes total. We used it only for departure and had no regrets.
Very good service skip the line. Staff was friendly and attentive and helped escort our family through the process
Quick and friendly! Great service, easy and so accommodating. Worth the cost to skip the line which can be really long.
Excellent! Took us where we needed to be and quick with no lines. Very friendly service! Our first time we were in Turks & Caicos- helped make our arrival very smooth!!
Worked out perfectly!!! Our departure was on 2 Jan so the airport was extremely busy. Security Checkpoint was backed up to the airline counters. Soon as we dropped our bags off we walked to the counter and was escorted to the front of the line where we immediately showed our passports and went thru screening with 3 mins of check in. The wait was a minimum of 45 mins to an hr. Would highly recommend during peak seasons.
The fast track people were easy to find, and the directions were great from Viator. They told me where to meet them and they were easy to spot.
Our experience was incredible! We landed and made our way inside the customs area to the fast track greeter, our guide was Danello ( I hope I am spelling correctly) she was so lovely, so efficient and we didn’t have to wait in the very long customs line to move on to our hotel.
Worth it for me, even though it turned out to be unnecessary on this trip back from PLS on Sat Dec 20th 2025. Skypass instructions and communication via Viator were clear and efficient. At airport, agent does not expedite your wait to check bag with airline. They do move you to the head of the security line; in our insurance, maybe 10-15mins saving only. Agent then leaves, not tip expected. It's a gamble, but gave me peace of mind, especially since we had to go back to hotel in the middle of our airport transport to get a forgotten bag. The service provided is as advertised.
Went to meeting spot. People very unprofessional, and disinterested in helping me. I would have done better on my own.
I’ve used this at other airports when it was busy and it was great This is a tiny airport and there wasn’t much of a line so it wasn’t actually needed . We traveled 11/7
This was terrible. Never could find a representative and then find that even if I had found someone, they don't help you with bags, they don't assist you in security, so I'm not sure exactly what you get with the $80/pp cost.
Absolutely worth every penny. Skip long lines - sometimes VERY long lines - and go straight to your transportation with efficiency. Saves time and headache! I will never do it any other way!
Not worth the price as expedited was about the same as regular entrance time. Might be more valuable during peak times
We had a seamless experience. They were waiting in front of the airport. They went with us to check our bags, and then took us through a very packed security line tot he front. The rest is history. I will never go to Turks and Caicos without doing Fast Track.
It was a waste of money in my opinion for the departure side. All the staff are just standing around on their phones not really doing anything special.
We were so excited to use this service because we used in Aruba and it was top notch. This was a waste of money. While the gentleman that meet us was very kind, we walked us to security and never spoke to us again. The service in Aruba grabbed of bags, helped to check them, walked us though security and stood with us until we got to the lounge. This was not worth money!
They get you through fast but not sure its worth $75 per person. We used it for departure because it was a saturday bu the line wasnt more than 45 minutes anyway.
Very easy and efficient process. Staff was helpful in navigating the airport scene. Worth the money spent.
Quick and easy process. Worth the cost. With the area not having AC, it gets hot and stuffy waiting on line to check in
This was the best thing I did I got right through with no issues. There was someone greeting at the gate soon as I got off the plane. And someone was greeting me when I pulled uo to the curbside. I love it I would do it again.
It was very organized and all the staff is very courteous and helpful. They made the trip stress free.
A great service! They were right there waiting for us when we arrived. They took us to the luggage check-in and then we zipped past the long lines at TSA security. Glad we took advantage of this service. Super friendly staff!!!!
Seamless and helpful!! Find the staff in bright blue shirts and they will fast track you through customs!
We flew out of Providenciales on a Saturday, and the airport was packed!! This service was well worth it. Really helped expedite us through ticketing, bag drop, and security. I would definitely recommend!
Does not include a lounge. Still need to check in bags without assistance and stand in airline lines.
This made our departure very easy. It was basically like TSA in the states. Lines were not overly crowded but we didn't not have to wait longer than 5 minutes.
If you are leaving on the weekend the Turks Airport in Provo is way congested and busy the Fast Pass Departure is so worth it. We did Arrival fast past also. Very Kind Staff and organized
More useful than the incoming fast pass. Used their service for arrival but the lines were short anyway so it ended up being a waste of money. However, for departure, with the post spring break crowd, the lines were pretty long at PLS- so, having this was great.
Highly recommended the service was impeccable. Everything was done super quickly and made our entire experience, leaving Turks and Caicos that much better.
Really helpful to use getting around and making the trip easier and all around more convenient ————-
Hands down worth EVERY penny. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. We got through security with ease. We easily avoided an hour+ wait time. My husband and I were talking about how all the bad reviews for this were so inaccurate. So glad we went this route!!
Fast Pass was excellent, Your staff was quick and courteous. They move our party of 5 adults quickly through immigration and customs.
Did save some time, but our gripe is that the rep did not do everything required by the airport. At PLS airport, paper boarding pass is to be printed as you arrive, then Fast Pass is to take you through Customs and Security. When we got to the waiting area, we heard a call from the gate instructing passengers who did not have a paper boarding pass to report to the gate. The should have been done ahead of Security.
The experience is not worth the price. There is not a lounge associated with this experience. The airport is relatively small so long lines were not an issue.
It wasn’t worth the money for departure at Turks and Caicos airport. It didn’t help with the baggage check in line which we still had to wait on. We went through security which wasn’t easy. Airport was absolutely mobbed with outgoing flights. Don’t waste your money on this- although the employees were very nice. Didn’t even know our “guide” had left us.
May not be worth the expense depending on your departure time. I also thought it came with the VIP lounge, but it does not.
