2 Hour Champagne Sunset Cruise From Grace Bay, Providenciales (Adult Only)

My partner and I booked a sunset champagne cruise with pickup from the Ritz-Carlton. Unfortunately, our experience did not start as smoothly as we had hoped. The boat arrived late, and as we made our way to the pickup location, we felt rushed by the staff to board. This was disappointing, especially considering the emphasis placed in the confirmation email on arriving on time, with a clear warning that late guests would be left behind. While we completely understood that the rainy weather may have caused delays, we would have appreciated some communication regarding the late arrival. A simple update would have demonstrated professionalism and allowed us to adjust our expectations. Unfortunately, the rain continued for most of the cruise, and the cloudy skies prevented us from fully enjoying the sunset, which was the main reason we booked the experience. Although the weather was beyond anyone's control, the lack of communication and rushed boarding process could have been handled better. On a positive note, the music was great, and my partner and I still managed to make the best of our time on the water. Overall, the experience had its enjoyable moments, but there is certainly room for improvement in communication and customer service.

Was a nice boat ride, music was good. I was celebrating my birthday so I was determined to have a good time but there were a couple disappointing things: it rained and sunset was lame, those things I understand but the tour said they included pick up and drop off and they did not. I had to either walk from my hotel about a 12 min walk or take a tax, which is what we did. Food wasn't that great, all fried. Otherwise it was ok. Staff was nice and took our pictures. 4 out of 5 room for improvement

Appetizers, drinks, music, a great crew, and the most amazing sunset... and a dolphin came up to the catamaran.

After being rained out the first day , they rebooked us and yesterday we went out to a really great cruise and a glorious sunset. The captain and the staff were lovely and everything they could to make sure the entire group had a wonderful time. The people we met were fun and very interesting. I highly recommend this! It was a very memorable experience.

My wife and I booked this cruise to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. We were the first ones on the boat and nearly the last ones off. Not long after we boarded, the skies opened up and it absolutely poured. The crew assured us the rain would pass and we'd still get a beautiful sunset. They were right! The skies cleared, the sunset was gorgeous, and we even spotted some dolphins along the way. The crew really made the experience. They were fun, energetic, and knew how to get everyone into the spirit of the evening. Great music, an open bar, tasty appetizers, and a mix of fellow boaters made it feel like a party with friends. We met some genuinely fun people, including another couple celebrating the exact same wedding anniversary as us! The crew also gave us a special anniversary shout-out and dedicated a song to us, which was such a nice touch. After sunset, the music picked up, we were dancing, and nobody seemed eager for the evening to end. We got some fantastic pictures and made some wonderful memories. This was easily the highlight of our trip to Turks and Caicos. We'd absolutely do it again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time! We’d do it again. Good entertainment, friendly staff. People on board were fun. It’s a beautiful island, lovely people, incredible views. They play music and do what they can to make sure all guests have a great time.

We had a great time. It was a perfect night at some wonderful people. The crew were wonderful. It’s just that it was a champagne cruise and I felt that champagne should’ve been available all night long. We were selling a celebrating a 50th anniversary. That’s why I booked the cruise something special but the crew wonderful.

This was a wonderful experience. 2 hour cruise on the ocean. Shout out to Reggie, Captains Willie and Dave. They are very attentive, professional and pay close attention to attention to safety. Open bar which is great if you drink. Soft drinks available for teetotalers. Tasty appetizers were served and provision was made for my daughter who is gluten-free, which is awesome. Really fun experience. Took some memorable pictures.A must do if you are an adult visitingTurks and Caicos.

Convenient pickup and drop off, great beverage service and a relaxing fun cruise. Best of all was the attentive and happy crew.

Good vibe, good times and the crew knew how to take good pics. The catamaran wasn’t overly crowded and a good time was had by all.

The cruise was wonderful the staff was professional and very engaging! The drinks and food was good. The staff offered to take pictures and even when the engine had a mishap they handled it wonderfully and made everyone feel safe and cared for! Top notch! Thank you!

Super fun and relaxing! Great drinks and fun times by all. Pick up was easy. Got to see an amazing sunset and hear about the island.

The crew was awesome, explained the trip, gave tips and provided key details of homes on the island. One member of the crew took pictures of all the couples while the sun was setting.

It is a little pricey but then again everything is on the island. Otherwise it was a great excursion, a little over 2 hours with an open bar and appetizers. The crew was super-friendly and helpful (especially Tay)

We went last night 8/28/2026. We had a fabulous time. The cruise was wonderful. And the crew was equally great. They were knowledgeable and friendly. There was an abundance of refreshments available. Well worth the money.

This cruise was about 2 and a half hours with good drinks, great music and unbeatable views of the island and sunset. The crew was attentive and there was even food. We loved it.

The views were breathtaking, the champagne was flowing, and the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. A huge shoutout to Captain Mike, Reggie, and First Mate Erickson for making the trip so memorable. Their professionalism, hospitality, and great personalities truly made the experience special. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fantastic time. If you're visiting Turks & Caicos, this cruise is a must-do! The catamaran picked us up at the Ritz Carleton and once on board we were presented with a variety of cocktails (punch, beer, wine, assorted liquors.) we cruised for an hour or so East and then sailed back. The crew was insightful and pleasant, offering us drinks and assorted Island fried fish. The sunset was phenomenal! The trip was worth every penny (er, dollar!). Highly recommend!

Such a great experience! The captain and crew took wonderful care of us! The drinks were flowing and the conch fritters were delicious! On the way back they helped with photos, took music requests and overall just made it a fun experience!

Great way to either wind down after a long day, or get your night of fun started. All you can eat and drink mixed with excellent views and company. Captain is fun and energetic and makes sure everyone is having a great time. And to make it even better, he is a HUGE Red Sox fan!😉 Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience! It was a seamless booking experience. The boat came on time and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a great time. Although it started out with some storm clouds around, the sunset ended up being beautiful. The crew handled it well and were very accommodating. One of the highlights of our trip.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and very kind with a main purpose of ensuring you were comfortable and having a great time. They took amazing pictures of us at the beginning of the tour and at sunset. I sprained my ankle through no fault of the the tour and they quickly responded and ensured I was taken care of and still enjoyed the trip. A must in Turks!!!!

Amazing crew! Ross & Erickson were fabulous hosts! Wonderful selection of drinks! Food was yummy. Music was fantastic! And naturally the views & sunset was unbelievable!

The cruise was beautiful but the staff was lacking in customer service. The guide, Ross who attended the bar (decided in his mind that he was going to make an example out of us, something he says he has to do every tour)! He was very rude and condescending. He acted like he was the captain of the ship but he was NOT. The actual captain was very nice.

The stuff for knowledgeable and professional they were very attentive with sharing information about the island and making sure we were very comfortable. It was a lot of fun! Beautiful sunset, flowing drinks, appetizers, music! You could definitely do this again!

Well, I got pushed back and then text for somehow another was deleted as soon as I read it and now I got a pissed off wife who doesn’t know where to go to meet this boat and doesn’t know what a catamaran is from a dinghy and I’m catching hell for it. We were ready for the dime it was but they wanted to make profit margins so they kicked us off originally scheduled date.

The crew was very professional and went out of their way to offer some time to take pictures for the all passengers.

Professional staff. Music was diverse and infused a party atmosphere. Views amazing. More food and drink than expected. It was a great way to end our trip. Would do this one again

Sunset champagne tour was lots of fun & especially the photographer 👍 we were last on so first off which cut the fun short though!!!!

Five Star Staff. The crew made the trip one that can’t be duplicated or imitated . There are a few companies doing these same trips but this one has the magic ingredient.

My husband and I were in Turks to celebrate our honeymoon and my birthday, and this was the highlight of our trip! Ross and his team had the best energy and it felt like a party the whole time. The boat ride itself was stunning with beautiful views. Ross was an excellent photographer and made sure to capture sunset photos of everyone on board. The music was great and the service was impeccable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this tour!!
