West Bay Club

Our fourth time here and it was wonderful. Beautiful views, spacious beach compared to other resorts, breakfast available every morning, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet part of the island provides a great escape from the day to day in the states. Highly recommend. The one bedroom beach escape is a great value and the views are amazing!

We had the most amazing experience here. The location was amazing and Roshana was such a pleasure to work with. She scheduled all our excursions and made sure we were taken care of the entire stay. It was so nice seeing a familiar face everyday and build that connection with her at the hotel. The frozen margarita is a must!!! We will be back here

The beach is beautiful, and the pool is nice as well. Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. The room had a terrible mold and mildew smell. On the first day, it wasn’t as noticeable because the room had just been cleaned, but by the second day, the smell had become unbearable. We were told that we would be moved to another room, but unfortunately, that never happened. The towels also looked old and dingy, which added to the overall impression that the room and its linens were not being properly maintained. Thankfully, we were only there for the weekend and spent most of our time outside the room, away from the smell. However, sleeping there became a very unpleasant experience. As for the food, we found it extremely overpriced for what was offered. The quality was quite average and definitely did not justify the prices.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The beach is gorgeous soft white sand and quiet. The pool is warm. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast that was served daily was great with many options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful.
