Villa Del Mar

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible management team and staff at Villa Del Mar for going above and beyond during our stay. My wife and I were celebrating our 12-year anniversary with a quick Friday through Sunday getaway, and from the very beginning, they made it a memorable experience. I’ll be the first to admit—I can be a little high maintenance at times, and I’m perfectly okay owning that! The first manager I met was amazing and surprised us with a beautiful penthouse upgrade to help celebrate our anniversary. It truly made the weekend feel special. Then Saturday night happened… We had a little too much fun at Noah’s Ark, and a great time was definitely had. Unfortunately, I ended up with a pretty significant knee injury. Thanks to the adrenaline (and a few too many drinks), I didn’t realize how bad it was until the middle of the night. By Sunday morning, I couldn’t stand or even move my leg without severe pain. Checkout quickly became one of the most stressful parts of the trip. I was determined to make it back home to Dallas to get treated and really didn’t want to seek medical care while in Turks and Caicos. That’s when I met another manager who showed an incredible amount of kindness and compassion. She graciously allowed us a late checkout, helped coordinate everything, and made sure I was able to get checked out of the hotel and into a taxi for the airport despite barely being able to walk. My injury may have been completely self-inflicted, but the way the staff cared for us made all the difference. Their genuine concern and willingness to help turned what could have been a terrible ending into another reason we’ll gladly return. We visit Turks and Caicos often—typically twice a year, and on a really good year, three times. We’ve traditionally stayed at Seven Stars Resort, but for this weekend we decided to give Villa Del Mar a chance. While the amenities are naturally different, the location is outstanding. Being just steps from Grace Bay Beach and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and attractions made it an incredible value. Most importantly, it was the people who made this stay unforgettable. To the wonderful management team and staff: thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of us. Your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality did not go unnoticed, and you’ve absolutely earned returning guests. We’ll definitely be back—with family and friends—and we’ll be staying in that penthouse again! And I promise… I’ll try not to be nearly as reckless next time! 😂 Ashley Zuniga

I am very confused by the other people’s review on what they mean by good service. The interaction with the staff at the front desk made me feel I was unwelcome here. Especially at check out my experience with the lady working on Jun 2nd was extremely rude. I have asked a copy of the final bill so that I can take a picture, and once I had taken the picture I asked the staff to discard the paper copy. It was unnecessary to crumble the paper in front of me when I asked it to be discarded. Not sure if I will return to this resort.

We had a wonderful stay at villa Del Mar. we had the two bedroom villa on the 4th floor. Everything was nice and clean and the views from the balcony were wonderful. Staff were friendly throughout our stay. This is a hidden gem. Would highly recommend this place. Parking is plentiful and it’s a short walk from the main strip of restaurant. Beach is

First time guest at Villa Del Mar & exceeded our expectation. Rooms were spacious (deluxe suite) with small kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious bathroom & balcony. Perfect boutique hotel perfectly situated in Graceway TCI with the most BEAUTIFUL beach across. Staff was friendly, helpful & professional (Oliver, Ruth, Wilking, Westling) to name a few. Walking distance to any restaurant (Patty Place, Lemon 2Go, Sandbox, Embers, Bowl-appetite, Graceway Grocery) Rockhouse & Mr Groupers Fishfry definitely a 10-15 taxi away) Villa Del Mar was the perfect stay during my sister & I’s vacation getaway! Pristine landscape, peaceful, clean with friendly staff. Will definitely make it our next stay on our next trip for sure!!!!!
