The Venetian On Grace Bay

Our stay at The Venetian on Grace Bay was wonderful. The condo-style beachfront accommodations offered plenty of space and made us feel right at home while still enjoying a luxury beachfront experience. The view was absolutely indescribably beautiful and waking up to it each day was unforgettable. The beach was perfect, soft, beautiful, and surprisingly not crowded, which made for a very relaxing and peaceful stay. The atmosphere felt calm and private. The staff was excellent, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. We also appreciated the overnight security, which made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time. One of our favorite features was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which added so much convenience and privacy. Overall, this was a relaxing, beautiful, and memorable stay, we would definitely recommend it.

Location: far away from restaurants and shops. Not walking distance. You must take a taxi every where. Staff/ Service: absolutely terrible. Very rude, very unhelpful. Our “vip” transport was an older vehicle that we had to wait 15 mins on. Accommodation: the condo was beautiful and just steps from the beach. I loved the condo aside from fact that we could hear every foot step in the unit above our unit. It was very loud and definitely were woken up every morning with our early bird neighbors. The beach was absolutely stunning and great for walking. We will not return because of how unprofessional, rude and unhelpful Coleen and Vernida are.

The Venetian is amazing! Spacious, spotless suites with breathtaking ocean views. The beach is quiet and perfect, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Feels like a private slice of paradise on Grace Bay!

If this is not heaven, I don't know what it is. Staff is welcoming and friendly, and the house cat is adorable too. We had a little incident one morning and the manager dealt with grace and understanding. The suites are larger than I expected - even kinda feeling empty for just 2 of us. Fully equipped with a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, a larger-than-life balcony, and a 3rd bathroom. I should have brought less clothes if I knew washing and drying clothes is this convenient. 10/10 The restaurant next door is very close by and they serve delicious foods! We normally just buy groceries nearby and cook at home. Cooking feels less like a chore with the million dollar view. If I have to criticize something, it's that opening the door lock is a little tricky; it took me a few tries. Make sure to try both keys and find the one that works the best. Avoid sitting by the pool in the evening as the mosquitoes are vicious; I paid the price for petting the cat at night. Worth it though.
