The Ritz-carlton, Turks & Caicos

My husband and I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary, and what an incredible experience it was! This was our first time visiting Turks & Caicos, and we already cannot wait to return! First and foremost, I want to give a very special thank you to Jaime Pinto, Guest Services Manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Jaime is the definition of exceptional hospitality. Her professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for her guests are exactly what you would expect from The Ritz-Carlton brand. She took the time to personally address our concerns, listened to us, and made sure we felt valued and appreciated throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so deeply about the guest experience, and Jaime is truly an asset to this property. Her willingness to go the extra mile turned an already beautiful vacation into an even more memorable one. We cannot thank her enough! I also want to recognize Javin, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating during our time at the beach. The beach and pool staff are exceptional! From setting up your lounge chairs with towels to making sure you’re comfortable throughout the day, the level of service is outstanding. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and even smells luxurious the moment you walk in! Our room was beautiful, and the housekeeping and turndown service were impeccable. We always returned to a spotless room, a perfectly made bed, and thoughtful touches like slippers and robes waiting for us. We were also generously upgraded upon check-in in celebration of our anniversary, which was such a wonderful surprise! The food was fantastic, especially the sushi, which was absolutely exceptional! The dining staff were incredibly accommodating to my food allergies and happily customized dishes to meet my requests. The room service was equally amazing. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every interaction made us feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely appreciated. We will absolutely be returning to The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos, and hopefully next time we’ll be bringing our entire family! My wife and I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Turks & Caicos for our honeymoon, and what an incredible experience it was. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, welcoming, and well taken care of. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was also one of our favorite spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Another thing we really liked was the location. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, which made it really convenient when we wanted to get out and explore without having to drive everywhere. Overall, we had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. The Ritz-Carlton Turks & Caicos definitely made our trip even more special, and we would love to come back!

This hotel is beautiful and the location it incredibly beautiful. The staff was super attentive as soon as I walked in the hotel. The manager Ms. Herrera personally assisted us to avoid having to wait for check in. We were let check in a few hours earlier and on top of that they gave us a nice upgrade to an ocean front room. The food was delicious, all the staff from the bell boy concierge, room personnel, restaurants, bar and pool/beach service was exceptional. The drinks… oh my! They were awesome. The property is beautiful and all pools and common areas are immaculate at all times. I definitely will be back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

My wife and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Turks and Caicos for our honeymoon and were blown away. The location and views were absolutely stunning. Spa service was amazing. Hotel staff was incredible and highly attentive. Our room was incredible. The food was absolutely delicious at all restaurants. Finally, the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel special throughout our stay. Will never forget our stay at this incredible hotel!
