It was my best friend’s and my first time visiting the island, and wow!! The Regent Grand was nothing short of exceptional! The location is unbeatable, with direct beachfront access and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and even the nightlife.
Lorraine was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. As two female travelers, we also felt very safe and comfortable, which made the experience even better.
We will absolutely be back and will definitely be requesting the same room. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
This place is amazing. I would highly recommend it. The property is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is beachfront with immediate easy access to the beach. There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Security is always present. The front desk is responsive. It has the appeal of a hotel, but the flexibility and low-key atmosphere of an Airbnb-type rental. I can't say enough good things about this place.
Lorraine, Jack and every staff member was absolutely amazing and made my wife and I feel loved. They paid attention to detail and helped us with anything we needed! The rooms were amazing and very clean everyday! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We are already making plans to come back. Thank you to the The Regent Grand entire TEAM!

Our return trip to the Regent Grand was nothing short of fabulous. After our "maiden voyage" to Turks and Caicos in 2020 was cut short by the pandemic, we were eager to experience the full luxury of this property—and it did not disappoint. From the moment you walk through the archway until the second you depart, the Regent Grand defines the luxury experience.

The heartbeat of this resort is undoubtedly its staff. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to:
Lorraine (Concierge): Truly exceptional. She choreographed our entire experience from afar, handling online reservations and pre-trip planning without missing a beat. When rain moved in one evening, she didn't hesitate to pivot, recommending and arranging a fabulous NY-style pizza delivery.
Abigail (Grand Bar): The most attentive and dynamic bartender we encountered! Her energy and skill at the pool bar made our poolside afternoons world-class.
Wendy (Housekeeping): Her attention to detail was impeccable. Our studio was always pristine, and she always made sure we were well-stocked with towels, coffee, and creamer.
John (The "Pool Magician"): Keeping a pool of that scale in such inviting, pristine condition is no small feat. John is a "pool whisperer" and a wonderful storyteller who truly adds to the charm of the courtyard.
The Grounds Team:
A huge thank you to Ednar, Jack, Franklin, Rashon, and John for ensuring everything was perfect, whether we were at the pool or the ocean. Always ready with a smile and a cold bottle of water.
The Property & Amenities:
The Regent Grand is, by far, the most exquisite property on Grace Bay. We were the envy of many beach-walkers as we sat oceanside with tropical drinks in hand!
The Accommodations:
Our Studio was impeccable. We highly recommend utilizing the grocery pre-stock service; having everything ready upon arrival allowed us to start our vacation immediately.
Dining:
Located in the heart of Providenciales, the dining options are endless. We loved the poolside lunch service provided by Le Bouchon (the French restaurant around the corner). Their club sandwich and fries are a must-try!

This resort property is absolutely beautiful. A lot nicer than the high rise property close by. Our suite was very spacious, well appointed and totally met our needs. View from our balcony of the gardens and the ocean were amazing. The resort was immaculate and impressive. The pool was spectacular, and the lounge chairs around the pool were very comfortable. Even though there was no dining on the property it was close to town which offered an array of dining experiences. There was a bar for drinks on the premises. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Only draw back was a night club very near by which played very loud music to 3:00am (reason for 4 stars for the location). I would suggest asking for a room the furthest away from the night club. This resort will not disappoint you.
