The Oasis At Grace Bay

The Oasis at Grace Bay exceeded every expectation for a truly relaxing, polished, modern, and exceptionally well-run resort stay. From check-in to check-out, the team made everything feel effortless. The true MVP of our stay was Diana. She was kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, and consistently one step ahead. Diana’s warmth and professionalism made a real difference in our experience; she anticipated needs, answered questions thoughtfully, and ensured every request was handled quickly and seamlessly. She is exactly the kind of person who turns a wonderful hotel stay into one you genuinely remember. Iveno and Bernardo were also wonderful standout members of the staff. Together, the team made us feel truly cared for. Whether we asked for fresh coconuts, large Nespresso pods, shuttle transportation, or refills of room supplies, everything was accommodated promptly and graciously. The property is beautifully maintained. The pools are inviting, the beach is pristine with umbrellas and chairs set up each morning, and the common areas are always clean. Shuttle service is quick and reliable, and the staff keeps everything moving smoothly and on schedule. The thoughtful welcome swag: including a beach bag, travel tags, and a hat, which was such a nice added touch. And don’t leave without stopping by the trattoria for a rum punch. It is the perfect vacation treat, and you will not regret it. The Oasis at Grace Bay combines beautiful surroundings with thoughtful details, efficient service, and truly exceptional hospitality. We would happily return.

I am giving this resort a one star review because my birthday experience here was not great at all and has turned me completely off to the island. Our vacation started off with everyone else in our group having their rooms available for check-in yet we had to wait for ours to become available even though we put that we were arriving early in our reservation (disappointing but no problem). The room we checked in had an ant infestation (see video). How did this get past the house cleaning staff that needed all this extra time in our room? It took us pressuring the front desk to get them to rectify the problem. This was all happening the day of my pre-planned and paid for birthday dinner. So while everyone else in my group was relaxing and getting ready, I was dealing with this. Day two, after paying for coconuts on the beach, we learned from the hotel staff that these were included in our stay. No one shared that beforehand. The hotel did have a free shuttle that took you to and from the beach but at no point did the driver of the shuttle ever offer to help us on or off the shuttle. I had my hands full with the pizza box from the hotel, drink in hand, and bag, and he just watched my friend and I struggle to get off. Also, the new room we were moved too also locked us out twice. Not sure why that happened but when it did, we had to walk back to the front desk and ask for it to be reset. Lastly, the TV in our new room didn't work. The issues became laughable over time. This entire experience reflects the POOR level of customer service and professionalism the staff here offer. I do not expect this of a property that advertises itself as a 4 star hotel experience. And I have never had to beg for staff on an island hotel/property to be friendly, welcoming, and offer great customer service. Pros: The hotel food was good. The grounds were always kept clean. The rum punch upon welcome and cold towel were refreshing.

We had a wonderful stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and so relaxing it truly felt like a peaceful getaway. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The food was delicious too! I especially loved the chicken wraps, the fresh smoothies, and the piña colada they were all amazing. The complimentary shuttle to Grace Bay Beach was so convenient and made getting to and from the beach quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Oasis at Grace Bay to anyone visiting Turks & Caicos. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Every staff member I encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests had a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. The rooms were spotless, modern, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The pool area was always clean and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The location is ideal close to Grace Bay Beach, restaurants, and shopping, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would like to give special recognition to the incredible staff who made my stay so memorable. A huge thank you to Nae, Dianna, and Iveno at the front desk for their warm smiles, helpfulness, and outstanding hospitality. They set the tone for an exceptional guest experience from day one. I would also like to thank Jay, Widly, Yvon, and Ramslain for their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication throughout my stay. Each of them contributed to making my vacation truly special and demonstrated what excellent customer service looks like. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful property with a fantastic location and a staff that goes above and beyond, look no further.
