Charles made our entire experience unforgettable! He was our waiter on the beach every day, and his kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made each day even more special. He always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and treated us like family. Honestly, this entire trip was a 10/10. From the incredible staff and exceptional service to the amazing food, beautiful weather, and stunning resort, everything exceeded our expectations. Every single person we interacted with made us feel so welcomed. Thank you, Charles, and the entire Seven Stars team, for making this such a memorable vacation. We can’t wait to come back to Seven Stars Resort!

We recently returned from a wonderful stay at Seven Stars Resort, and our expectations were exceeded in every way imaginable from the moment we arrived. The staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. Every interaction made us feel welcome, and it was clear that exceptional service is simply part of the culture at the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Our room was spotless, the grounds were immaculate, and everything was exceptionally well maintained. The on-site restaurants were excellent, and the daily breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning. We traveled as a family of six, including three children under 21, and they were treated with the same warmth and respect as every other guest. They never felt like an afterthought, and that meant a great deal to us. One person who deserves special recognition is Manny, one of the beach servers. After our first day, we made a point of setting up in his section every time we went to the beach. He was attentive, personable, and always genuinely happy to see us. By the end of the week, he felt more like a friend than someone simply doing his job. We also made several trips off the property throughout the week for dinner. The transportation companies and restaurants we visited consistently provided the same warmth, friendliness, and professionalism we had come to appreciate at Seven Stars. It gave us the impression that exceptional hospitality is simply part of the culture in Turks and Caicos. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. Exceptional experience at Seven Stars! My granddaughter and I had a truly wonderful stay at Seven Stars Resort. The staff welcomed us with such genuine warmth and made her feel so special. Our suite was spotless with a beautiful ocean view, and we spent our days in the crystal clear waters and the relaxing beach. Exemplary service provided by Charles, "Happy" and "Manny"! It was the perfect place for us to slow down, enjoy each other, and make memories I’ll hold close. We can’t wait to return with more family!

First time staying at Seven Stars. Everything was great. Jamison at the beach was the best server we've had and we've been coming to the island since 2008. The dining staff can be a little more attentive at the restaurants. The bartenders at Seven weren't engaging so we decided not to eat there. Other than that you guys did a great job. Well come back. Great bang for your buck.
