Le Vele Resort

A big thank you to all the staff at the Vele who were all s Miley and very professional. We were Welcomed by Sam and she si gently showed us around that we knew that Was the place to relax. The service is A1 all around and Joshua wait for you at the beach with a divine attitude. What a wonderful Time we had, simply amazing, thanks again to all of you , God bless Nancy & Normand

I want to give the hotel 5 stars because services was phenomenal. Samells Cakes even made the highlight of our vacation with our own personal cake in the room. oMg it was good cake. The only reason for the 4 stars is because there were a few things we needed that wasn’t available. Ocean front view is Beautiful! Construction next door was okay as well, Noisy but we slept thru most of it. But the hotel didn’t have a full body mirror in the room.it may just be an American thing, but it was hard to take pictures without it. There were no water sport equipment, no snorkel no kayak, nothing. Also, there is not even food or drinks available on site. For the price I wish it was something other than just the beach. Cabbing around was reasonable the hotel has a guy and he was great (Ask for Cam). We felt safe in the area, walked to most shops for entertainment, and food. Overall they could get 5 stars, but a few things I would had liked more of. Also CLEAN! It was very clean. That matters a lot. Thank you for hosting us for my husband birthday. I would return, because the little thing didn’t ruin our vacation.( note 4th floor view)

From the moment we arrived at Le Vele, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to stay. Sam greeted us with the warmest smile and immediately made us feel right at home. To make our stay even more special, she surprised us with an upgrade to an oceanfront room—and what a view it was! The hotel sits directly on the beach at the tip of Grace Bay, making it peaceful, quiet, and far less crowded than other areas. We especially loved the charming little bridge that leads to the attended beach area—it added such a unique touch to the property. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed. The large bathroom, comfortable bed, and kitchenette (complete with a water filter, dishes, microwave, and refrigerator) made it feel like a home away from home. The large TV was a nice bonus, but the private balcony overlooking the turquoise water absolutely stole the show. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to easily walk to excellent restaurants, grocery markets, and shopping, while still enjoying the tranquility of being slightly removed from the busiest part of Grace Bay. What truly sets Le Vele apart, however, is its incredible staff. On the morning of our departure, our taxi was running late, and we became increasingly worried that we might miss our flight. Seeing how stressed we were, Clayton, the General Manager, didn't hesitate—he personally drove us to the airport to make sure we arrived on time. That is next-level customer service, and it's something we'll never forget. We genuinely feel so fortunate that we chose Le Vele for our stay. Beautiful accommodations, an unbeatable beachfront location, and exceptional hospitality made this one of our favorite vacations. Sam and Clayton treated us like family, and that made all the difference. If you're visiting Turks and Caicos, I can't recommend Le Vele highly enough. We can't wait to come back!
