Just got back from a 5night stay at GBC! Looking at my ascending AMEX bill right now, and for each of the line items I must say, it was well worth it! Jet skis: yes, sunset cruise: of course, boutique, spa, dinner at Infiniti: 100%! At the GBC, as far as I am concerned, the juice was well worth the squeeze.... I would go back in a heartbeat, the facility, the service and the value was excellent. The food was even better. And the weather was just off the charts. Well done TC! 10stars!!!!! -sb & ne

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by the experience my fiancée and I had during our stay in March 2026. We chose this resort to celebrate my birthday and spent over $7,000 expecting exceptional service and professionalism. Instead, we were met with behavior that was completely unacceptable. While checking in, the employee assisting us was joined by several of his male coworkers, who began speaking to each other in Creole while staring at my fiancée and making sexually explicit and degrading comments about her. They clearly assumed we were Americans and believed we couldn’t understand what they were saying. What they didn’t know is that we are Haitians from Haiti and speak fluent Creole. When I responded to them in Creole, they immediately looked shocked. Instead of apologizing, one of them had the nerve to ask me who taught me Creole, which only reinforced the fact that they had stereotyped and profiled us based on our appearance. I told them that not everyone who visits the resort is American. This was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely ruined what should have been a special birthday celebration. No guest should ever have to endure sexually inappropriate comments or feel profiled by the very staff who are supposed to make them feel welcome. Because of this experience, I have absolutely no intention of ever returning. After witnessing employees openly making vulgar comments in Creole behind guests’ backs because they assume they won’t understand, I have lost all trust in the professionalism and integrity of the staff at this property. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I hope management takes this matter seriously before other guests are subjected to the same treatment.
We visited last December for a few days and stayed here upon recommendation from a friend (we dined at this resort the last time we were in the TC). We had a fabulous stay! Mel was the highlight, the initiative he has with the cats is amazing. They are all working cats, and keep the resort free from rodents. I so enjoyed meeting Mel and his cats, and it was so lovely to see their bond. I cannot wait to return in a few weeks to visit again. Thank you for making it so great Mel and team!
My wife and I just returned from the beautiful TCI. We chose GBC to stay and celebrate my wife's 50th Birthday. The grounds are beautiful and workers are diligently working to keep it that way. The staff at Grace Bay are exceptional and attentive. Special shout outs to TIFFANY our personal Concierge (very attentive and available for all our needs) and our Adults Pool side concierge (engineer), YVES and his colleague, ROYALTON. The three made our trip that much more enjoyable. Breakfast was an added bonus and very calming environment beachside. LEWIS the night bartender at the Infinite Lounge was a great compliment to the evening drinks. Excluding breakfast and the odd pizza (the shrimp pizza was delish and is a must have) we ate off the resort and explored different eateries. I favoured the local cuisine; Conk, Grouper, Rice and Peas/Beans. A couple of noted restaurants; #cocobistro and #lebouchon. GBC is an ideal spot, not only is it on the beautiful Grace Bay Beach but a 5 minute walk to the beginning of the shopping strip/restaurants and a 4 min walk to one of the Casinos. We highly recommend GBC for your TCI destination. Thank you Amadou and Nikheel for hosting us at your beautiful property.
The good part of this hotel is that the beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. Everything else is just off and absolutely not worth what you are paying. The service is slow. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes for a towel unless you tip extremely well the first time. Staff has their regulars and those are the only people they pay attention to, unfortunately. The bar is beautiful, but the service is inconsistent. I was told to sit one place, then waited 15 minutes to be told I couldn't sit there. Upon arrival the welcome drink is nice, but then we were given a tour of the property and told we had to purchase a $100 lunch in a specific property restaurant without the chance to change or decide for ourselves, despite being told we could change but unable to do so because the staff had our luggage In our room the thermostat did not work. The first night we had non AC. When we asked for it to be fixed the room was set to 66 degrees and we could not change it. When asked to have that fixed we were told "the AC works" because the room was cold. And had to wait for it to be fixed two additional times before begging to just get a new room. More than once, breakfast buffet items weren't out 30 minutes into breakfast. I have traveled to over 70 countries and have stayed at many different levels of accommodations. I wouldn't expect this at a 2 star hostel in a developing country. Disappointment for sure, despite that gorgeous beach.
