Where to begin with Blue Haven? This was our second year visiting, and we chose to stay longer this time than during our first trip. Since the collection allows access to the sister property, The Alexandra, it provided us with a great direct comparison between the two. The atmosphere at Blue Haven is quiet and relaxed. While The Alexandra is clearly the busier of the two, it does have the advantage of a larger, natural beach and ocean setup. Blue Haven features a small, man-made beach with ocean access via a channel near the marina. To be clear, the beach at Blue Haven is still lovely and wonderful—it is just a different experience. During the day at the pool the DJ's come out and offer different games of trivia or bingo. The service at Blue Haven is second to none. Ms. Shenika and the office staff were delightfully friendly hosts, always checking in to see how our visit was going. The staff truly goes out of their way to remember return visitors, and it shows. It really feels like visiting out-of-town family who are genuinely happy to see you. They even went above and beyond for our son’s 10th birthday; the staff made it extra special by sending up a cake and ensuring everyone he encountered throughout the property wished him a happy birthday. Ms. Shenika, in particular, is the brightest star of the property. When she is on-site, she makes a point to connect with guests—she even took the time one day to stop and play ping-pong with my son! I managed to sneak a photo and video of it, and I wish I had captured her reaction when she realized she’d been caught on camera (in the best possible way). The all-inclusive aspect was a major draw for us, as dining costs can add up quickly on these islands. We found the food quality and portion sizes to be outstanding. While dining options at Blue Haven are somewhat limited—for instance, Salt no longer opens for lunch until 4:00 PM—I highly recommend trying their fresh brick-oven pizzas once they are available. For dinner, you can choose between Salt and Fire & Ice (which is also the main breakfast spot). Both offer lovely, distinct menus. The Alexandra does have a few more dinner options, but be sure to book reservations in advance, especially for Blackrock. Also, a special shout-out to Mr. Gerald at the omelette station at Blue Haven—he is a true master of his craft! Blue Haven seems to stock more "premium" spirits at their bars, and the bartenders are excellent. Taking the shuttle between the resorts offers a great balance; you get to enjoy the larger social scene and the bigger natural beach at The Alexandra, but coming back to the quiet, serene nature of Blue Haven at the end of the day is always a treat. It was the perfect environment for our group, including my parents, who are both in their 80s. They truly appreciated the relaxing nature of the property and felt it perfectly reflected the tropical getaway it is billed to be.

Our stay at Blue Haven Resort was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was very delicious, with plenty of great options to enjoy throughout our stay. There were so many activities available for both adults and children, including a fantastic daycare program. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The staff truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Sheniqua, who was absolutely amazing. She took exceptional care of our family, always making sure we had everything we needed, and our kids adored her. Her kindness, warmth, and dedication made a lasting impression on us. We would also like to thank Andrea, Veronica, and Jackson for making our trip so memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service helped make our vacation truly exceptional. Thank you to the entire Blue Haven team for such an incredible experience. We can't wait to come back!
My review is a couple years late but I don't care, I still talk about this resort to people whenever Turks & Caicos is brought up in conversation. Simple and plain: I loved it. I went back in mid-September 2024 (for about 6 days and 5 nights) which is their off season apparently but that worked out perfectly to be honest because it was still fun, relaxing and eventful. The weather was beautiful the entire time, the pool and private beach area were phenomenal and well taken care of, the food and drinks were amazing and man did they keep the drinks flowing; I definitely got my money's worth on both the food and drinks. And the service? Nothing short of great; the staff was hospitable, informative, hilarious, and all around amazing. I recommend Blue Haven to anyone that mentions they want to go to Turks. Seriously, you won't regret it, especially if you go in the off season like I did.
Just retuned from our vacation and we were so impressed! One of our top two vacations ever. The staff were all delightful but wanted to give a shoutout to Shaneka, Keno, Romain, Smiley, Daphne, and Ronald in Security. A very special mention to Tania A., who was so very sweet and special to us. Whoever hires your staff in HR deserves a raise. The resort was very accommodating to me since I have a gluten allergy and did serve so many gluten free entrees. They always asked if there were any allergies at the table. loved the games at the pool and the food was superb. We did visit the sister resort but I much preferred Blue Haven even though their beach was very nice and a lot bigger. Hopefully, we can visit again and I would love to bring the grandkids next time. Thank you for a truly once in a life time vacation!
My husband and I stayed at Blue Haven for his 50th Birthday. We had an amazing time. Our room was really big with a balcony which had a lounge chair as well as a table with 4 chairs. We booked the King suite which was like a one bedroom apartment. It include a kitchen with all the appliances and a washer and dryer. The view from the room was beautiful. The staff was exceptional! From Winchel who helped with our bags on arrival to Shaneka who worked at the front desk who went as far as helping me with a splinter that I got while on one of the excursions. All the staff there were amazing! I wish I knew all their names because they definitely deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to making our stay great. From the staff at the restaurants to Yzadona who was exceptional with booking all our excursions and transportation if needed to get there. She was on point with the scheduling and making sure we did not forget or miss our ride. The staff at the watersport desk was great also. We were able to book our clear water kayaking with them. The staff that took us out were great. They were knowledge about the Mangrove and aware of our safety even realizing I had water in my kayak while we were traveling there and they immediately took care of it. This resort definitely pays attention to all the details. Early in the morning I observed a staff member raking up the seaweed which washed ashore. I was very impressed by that. It made me know they did not forget the smallest of details when trying to make your stay pleasant. The food was very tasty. The pina coladas were soooo good. I couldn’t stop drinking them. There are so many great things I can say about this resort and our stay that I'm sure I'm leaving some things out, but I will update this post if I remember more that I forgot to include. Overall we had an AMAZING time! I would highly recommend this resort as I have already done with family and friends and I would definitely return myself.
