Bianca Sands On Grace Bay

Pros: Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views and helpful staff. The beach staff is very polite and always there to help. We booked an excursion the day we arrived for later on in our stay. Very kid friendly. Walking distance from a nearby plaza with shops and restaurants. Cons: The resort promotes washer/ dryer and many reviews talked about the rooms including one but our 1 bedroom did not. We called the front desk to ask about it and the front desk girl sounded so confused and we ended up leaving the resort with dirty clothes instead of clean. Another major downside is the random hold charges on my credit card. I was charged twice randomly without being told and had to call the front desk each time to inquire about the charges. They explained them as being just “holds” that would be returned to me at checkout. After checkout, I am currently due to be returned about $885 in held charges.

Hotel is located in an ideal location. It's not too far from the airport and very close to the beach. Walking distance to the Casino and Lounges. The room was nice and comfortable. It was equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. It was ideal for a family. Refrigerator was leaking but was fixed immediately. My only issue, I had the best view on the 3rd floor but with no elevator it was hard on my knees. Other than that, the staff and service were great. The staff went out of the way to help. Hemingway's restaurant on site was very accommodating to my family's allergies. The waitress and managers were very attentive. I would definitely recommend The Sands.

It’s an older hotel but they try to keep it up, the staff are nice and they take care of you. We had a mishap but they made up for it. It’s close to the shops, the food is good, the pool is good. The beach is great too not crowded and they have chairs and umbrellas Hemingwaya is good too- they make good drinks and food is good for the day. We stayed there Sunday- Sunday- Liked it.

We just got back from 4 nights and LOVED our stay here. Family of 5 so finding beachfront with resort amenities without a crazy high prices - this was the fit! We had ocean view…not really much of a view but loved how close it was to the beach, pool, and Hemingways. It’s the perfect blend of an Airbnb and a resort. Loved having beach chairs and beach service. The landscaping and resort was so clean and well kept. Our 2 bed with den room was exactly like the photos. Housekeeping service was great. FYI: 2 detergent pods come with room for 2 loads of laundry. Location was perfect - 10 minutes max to anywhere. Lots of comments about construction noise…yes you could hear it but it was not at all an interruption to our day. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
