The absolute best way to see Marseilles! The bikes are easy to operate and provide a smooth ride. Austin was wonderful, answered all our questions, and didn’t freak out when we started riding on the sidewalk.

We had a medical incident preventing us from being able to ride. We visited the shop in person the day before and followed up via WhatsApp, and they wouldn’t refund us. Very disappointed to lose all our money. Also when we tried to call the shop, it beeped twice and hung up. They also tried to push it off on Expedia and wouldn’t take responsibility even though Expedia clearly said to contact the shop.

The e-Bike center moved locations, and by our own mistake and Google Maps we ended up at the wrong location. But that allowed us to walk around the beautiful seaport and the city. This also meant we were late to pick up the bikes, but the associate was very understanding and helpful to get us into the self-guided tour and on our way. The bikes were comfortable and quick which allowed us to see so much in Marseille. We loved the experience, thank you!

This is a fun way to see all the sights in such a beautiful city! We got the the check-in super late, the Frank was extremely accommodating and understanding. He explained everything extremely well in English and offered us helmets. The app route was pretty simple to navigate but it doesn't allow you to skip stops, so you have to navigate that on your own. The tour was pretty straightforward and you could bypass the explanations if you want to. My friend and I did the half day rental to the national park and Norte Dame, but we had to bypass a lot of side routes to stay within the timeframe. If you want to do all the stops, I'd advise getting the full day rental. I did this on a broken ankle with very minimal discomfort, the electric bicycle ready made getting around super easy, especially the hills to Norte Dame.

We had a great experience on the e-bikes, exploring Marseille. The bikes were excellent and made exploring the city so much easier in hot temperatures. The virtual guide can be tricky to follow and make sure you have plenty data to spare on your phone!!! Overall, a great experience and the guy in the shop was very helpful.

Excellent! Easy to find, bikes were great… and recommended tour was great. City was extremely busy, but the tour was easy to follow with recommended stopping / picture points!

The owners of the bike shop were very accommodating and friendly. They asked different things that we wanted to see and planned our routes accordingly on the bikes. The bikes performed well and we were able to ride both within the city and also into the countryside along the coast. A very enjoyable experience and with the recommend to others.

Great experience overall - staff was super friendly & got us setup before starting our tour, which really put us at east since we'd never been on electric bikes or visited France before.

We thoroughly enjoyed our e-bike experience in Marseille. We had no previous experience of ebikes, but the guys clearly explained how to use the bikes and set up the virtual guide. All very easy and a great way to see the city and get around. Would definitely do it again.

Fun and easy! Hint, walk around Marseille for a week to get to know the streets, traffic patterns, and signals/signs before trying to navigate!

Good safe bikes, easy to ride and fun! Rented for whole day but finished early and only charged half day! Definitely recommend! Will use again when we come back.

Big family group with 13 year olds and grandparents. Super fun, all ages loved it! Ride to Notre Dame was tough though. Very steep. But even so it was one of our favorite adventures!!

A great experience on quality bikes. We came on a cruise and this site is in town which requires a taxi ride to get there. $40 for 6 people. The shop gave great explanations and recommendations. The virtual guide is nice but if we were to do it again, we would visit the Notre Dame first as it is up a very steep incline and not for the faint of heart! Would definitely use this company again!

Biked up to Notre Dame, the views were amazing!! Then back to the port area for a snack of wine and cheese. A perfect afternoon!

We had a wonderfull time with the ebikes in Marseille. Considering it goes up and down a lot we were glad we had these excellent bikes! Sometimes a bit hectic in the trafic but there a lot of beautiful spots to visit... prepare your tour well and enjoy! The girl in the shop was also very friendly.

We had a wonderful experience and discovered a whole new side of Cassis. We travelled more than 18 km under 4 hours and did not get tired at all, due to the amazing E-vtt bikes. The manager was very friendly and helpful with tips and advice. A perfect way to spend you sunny day and fall in love with French Provence. 5/5!

Central located in Marseille, from where you can easily make a tour to Callelongue in 4 hours, which is at the edge of the national parc the Callanques. It is a nice tour with continously a good view on the Mediterranean Sea. This ride can also be done with normal bikes, we believe, though the e-bike was a relaxed way of traveling. The price was good: €25 for a e-bike for 4 hours, of €40 for a day. The guys were nice, the bikes in good condition, and we were flexible in returning the bikes. We didn't need to decide beforehand when we would like to return. Good to know: you need a creditcard for deposit.

From amazing experience, the bikes are very good, the only thing we did not like, is that the GPS and the App are not very friendly, we never finished understanding how it worked, in the end we prefer to use ChatGPT and Waze, but certainly the experience is amazing

We are used to renting bicycles to return to the provider after a few minutes for a poorly inflated tire, a poorly fixed seat or brakes to apply. Here none of that, the bikes are in order and, from the battery powerful enough for the 6 hours ride to the holder to hang the smartphone, everything works. Then just follow the trail to discover!

We booked the 8 hour package for our day stay with a cruise ship in Marseille. There are extremely friendly staff on site who have explained everything in very good English. The e-bikes were "fine", not perfect, but we didn't want to buy them either. For a tour of 30 km along the coast south of Marseille, the batteries were just enough. They would not have lasted 8 hours without further charging. With the saddles I had the biggest concerns at the beginning, they look extremely hard and cheap, mine squeaked the whole ride with every little bump. Surprisingly, we both had no discomfort at all during and after the tour. On return, the staff continued to take very good care of us and at the end ordered us a taxi for our punctual return to the ship. You can summarize it briefly: Recommended!

This is highly recommended! The bikes are fantastic and you get a route on your phone and a phone holder with built-in charger for your mobile. The gentlemen in the company are incredibly helpful and speak very good English. I definitely recommend it.

Great experience (already the 2nd with Trolib). Breathtaking scenery and a sensation of great freedom. Family of 5 with 2 teenagers, we left for the day. 40km bike (frankly not too hard thanks to electric) with a small restaurant halfway. Top day, very professional and really nice welcome, quality bikes, very simple grips, batteries that hold up after a day. In short, an experiment to do!
