Omar was the best!! He knew the best spots to take my group to get the best view of Cassis from above providing breathtaking views. Once in Cassis, recommended a wonderful restaurant where we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful view. In Aix-en-Provence we loved the markets and beautiful streets and buildings. Omar took us on a lovely walk around the area and we found beautiful shops. Having grown up in Marseille, Omar showed us the city and provided informative information. I highly recommend taking this tour with Omar. A highlight of our trip.

This was a well designed private tour in a Mercedes taxi by Omar. He walked with us in Aix and treated us to the most delightful croissants. Even though it rained, we saw a lot and enjoyed his company. He rescued us in Cassis from a driving rain and saved us from being soaked. We would do it again!
My daughters & I had a wonderful time with Omar. He was a perfect gentlemen. After an espresso & croissant, we walked through the markets in Aix. This was nothing like we were used to. They went on for blocks with all kinds of vendors selling their merchandise & produce & more. During our walk, we saw the church & other sights. It was a very nice morning. Then on to Cassis where we saw the beautiful city from above on the cliffs. We made our way down to the city & were able to book a boat ride of the Calanques. (This is not included in the price of the tour & costs extra but we had requested to do this.) It was beautiful with the clear blue water & dramatic cliff formations. A little lunch and off to South Marseille. Omar took us on a scenic route & it was so pretty. We were able to go to Notre Dame de la garde & the palace of Napoleon before having to board our ship. Our day was very relaxing & we were able to see everything that we wanted to see and more! If you are looking for a nice relaxing day, this is your tour. However, this is more a driving tour than a “guided” tour. If you want to hear details about the history & various statues or buildings, you might want to book a different tour. Omar did explain about certain things & answered our questions but wasn’t like the guides on the buses who give lots of facts on their tours.
A must see places with lots of culture, architecture and stunning mountain and sea views, beautiful towns and cities to explore within. Omar was a very professional curtious and friendly driver he took us to all the nice places and waited patiently giving us as much time as we needed to explore.

We had Zack as our driver. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. He got us some water and treats in Aix Provence. He took his time to explain the areas and we never felt rushed. One of the best experiences I have had with a driver in my travels.

Omar was great! Picked us up right at the port and drove us to Aix, Cassis and through Marseille. Was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Aix and Cassis are beautiful!
Omar started our day by taking us to lavender fields. From the lavender fields we drove to Aix de Province where he allowed us time to do some shopping at the market and have a drink. We then proceeded to the most beautiful view of Cassis from above. Omar was very friendly and knowledgeable of this area and was willing to accommodate our all our wishes. We highly recommend Omar for your tour of this area.

Omar was truly top notch! We love getting to know our guides, their home towns and the surrounding areas through their experiences! He picked us up at our hotel and helped us later with finding a laundromat for doing clothes 10 days into a 14 day trip! Took pictures of everyone at all overlook and site locations and hung back to allow exploring as well. He reached out via text chat to confirm everything in advance and to offer any additional help needed. Had waters and fresh Madeleines for us in Provence, dropped us at the door in Marseille for the UPHILL Notre Dame, etc, etc….All of this, a Eight & 1/2 hour tour and a two week old baby at home(adorable baby pics were shared as well) so don’t skip this adventure! Request Omar and truly enjoy your day along with Cassis and Provence!
