We had a great day in Eze and Monte Carlo and Monaco! Jaoued our driver was amazing. He took us to gorgeous viewpoints, led us around Eze and got us skip the line passes to the botanical garden, a reservation at a restaurant that we couldn't secure ourselves, and a private tour of the Fragonard factory. We took a lot of photos and had a great time. We will definitely be using this tour company again! Thank you for a memorable day!
Having the luxury of your own private tour was amazing and worth every cent. Our driver Ben was excellent !! We stopped at several locations with free time , however Ben gave us suggestions of where or what to do to make the most of our time. He was very knowledgeable and accomodating… made the trip to Monarco a highlight for my son who is a Grande Prix fanatic.. we’d highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re time poor like us ( 1 day there as a port stop from our cruise ship) .

We had such a great time. We had 3 vans and a group of 17, with kids ranging from 12 to 24. Everyone had a fantastic time. We started in Eze and made our way to Monaco/Monte Carlo. The guides were amazing and very accommodating with our large group. I highly recommend this tour.
Ben was phenomenal.. very energetic, curious and well versed. We would highly recommend. We had 8 people which included 3 children… he went out of his way to pick us up and make everything super convenient. He has a love and passion for the area as he is from Nice. His English is perfect!
Terrific day touring Eze, Monaco and Nice! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a private shore excursion. A bit more expensive than what you might pay for an excursion from the ship but well worth the money for the private van and guide!

Irina was amazing! This is THE way to go! She matched our tour to exactly what we wanted. She was flexible with (and respectful of) our timetable. She was very knowledgeable and we leaned MUCH about the areas we visited.
George served as our tour guide during our visit. He was not only friendly but also quite talkative. The first half of the tour was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the second half felt rushed due to his efforts to beat the traffic. It would be beneficial if the tour description included information about key places and their expected durations. For those like us who had never been to Southern France and relied solely on the company's advertisement, this would have been invaluable. Regrettably, we only spent 10 minutes in Monaco, which left us feeling quite disappointed, especially considering it was a private VIP tour. With better information, we could have allocated more time to explore Monaco. I would advise anyone planning to take this tour to conduct thorough research and plan their 9 hours according to their preferences. Towards the end of the tour, George recommended a fantastic restaurant called 'Black Sails,' and it was an absolute highlight of our day.

Right on time and immediately asked what WE wanted to see. Leo was our guide and has to be the best driver ever! Crazy traffic yet we were able to visit everywhere we thought we wanted to go (plus his great suggestions). A long day but saw visited Monaco to Cannes with breathtaking stops along the way. This was THE BEST tour ever! Zara, our guide, was absolutely amazing! She customized our tour and helped us prioritize what to do and see since this we weren’t familiar with the area. She picked us up from our hotel, which was super convenient. The transport van is spacious and comfortable. We went to Eze and climbed up to the top, and on the way there she gave us just the right amount of info! She called ahead to different places like the perfumerie to ensure our time was best spent, and obliged our desire to shop in Monte Carlo. Her knowledge of the history, culture and all things French Riviera made the trip extra special. She clearly loves what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure that we had a perfect day! We will definitely be back and do this tour again. It is definitely worth the money!!
Rainer took us to Eze village, Monaco, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Cap Ferrat. We saw the Prince’s Palace, the Jacque Cousteau Museum, the Monte Carlo Casino, and the Rothschild Villa. We also had a lovely lunch with fresh seafood and amazing wine. All in one day! He gave us so much background and context for our experiences. Highly recommend Rainer and this option to make the most of your visit to the French Riviera.

Guide Victor was great. My partner hurt her knee the day before. Victor stopped to buy a cane for her. We walked a little bit but not much. Just the right amount for someone with a cane. And he dropped us off right at places, like the Monaco cathedral, to ensure to minimal walking. One thing we had in the back of our minds was a nice drive to Italy for a great pasta lunch. We did! Btw this company has Monaco vans. This means they can drive in the Royal grounds instead of having to dump you off and you have to walk. For us, with the bum leg, it was perfect! Thank you Victor. We were picked up directly in front of where our cruise ship tendered, which was lovely. We were traveling with another family of 5, so we booked two cars and two guides. One was Zara, and I wish I could remember the other. Both were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and their English was great. (Our guide was Dutch and of course spoke 5 languages, so impressive). We had booked a Ferrari tour for the husbands through the same company, LivenUp, so they arranged the meeting and pickup place for us. We didn’t want as much of a historical tour, but more of a relaxed day just eating and drinking, and they were happy to oblige. We went to St Paul Devonce to have lunch and shop. WOW. They took us to a lovely restaurant and the town is just gorgeous. We loved it. Great value for this tour- just being able to drive around and park (where permits are required) and see the palace (where permits are required), make this tour worth it.

I had thought the cost for the private tour and drop off at our river cruise ship was a bit expensive. But in retrospect, it was well worth it. Not only were we able to squeeze in an extra great day of tours visiting and leaning about the history of a number of really neat places west of Nice, it was just great spending the day with Sylvie. We only had a couple days in Nice and we're so glad we spent both of them with Liven Up. We did the full day tour of Monaco, Cannes, Eze, Antibes, and a bunch of amazing stops on the way. We had Mago as our tour guide, and he was FANTASTIC! Awesome sense of humor, very knowledgeable about the history of the area, and took time to make sure we saw things off the beaten path and even ran over the allotted tour time. We had an amazing time and big thank you to Mago for such a fantastic tour - we feel like we truly experienced the area and didn't have to plan a thing :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our full day tour from Nice to Monaco / Monte Carlo, taking in Eze. Our guide was Reno (?) and he was both informative and amusing. The main thing I would take away was how glad we were that we had done this as a full day, not just a half day. It really made a difference to have a decent amount of time in each place (e.g. to look around Eze itself, not just the perfume factory).
My mother and me took two days tour: our first day was spent in amazing perfume city Grasse and second all dedicated to Monaco. Our tour guide Ira made the trip very comfortable. She is very good story teller and knows eveything and even more about the Provence area. Everything was organised to every single detail and perfectly adopted to our needs and wishes - we want to come back again :) 100% recomended!!

Today we have made a small group tour, 8 people, leaving Cannes with visit to the Fragonard museum, Eze, Monaco, Monte Carlo, Nice... all over the Côte d'Azur. Michael’s professionalism, flexibility and humour have meant that we never forget the experience and recommend Liven Up and Michael.
Fahrerin Karolina war super freundlich & angenehm. Bus war auch sauber & klimatisiert. Route hat man sehr flexibel umgestalten können. Es wurden immer die Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt und Entscheidung lag dann be uns, wo wir wann wie viel Zeit beanspruchen wollten. Wir fuhren zB zusätzlich zu Éze & Monaco noch nach St Paul, hätten aber auch nach Cannes fahren können, wenn wir zB in Monaco weniger lang bleiben hätten wollen. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte & preiswerte Tour.
This tour is beautiful.Our guide Jenna is very friendly and knows the area well. It was a very nice ride. Especially EZE you should not miss this exit. I recommend doing this early morning outing as there are much fewer people in the castle at EZE. There is also a beautiful shot of Monaco in the streets on the top of the mountain.
On June 1st we managed to join this tour.Our guide was Irina.Irina's middle name must be punctuality and decency.But about this afterwards.In our group there were tourists speaking different languages,Irina always managed to gracefully transition from one language to another, in the process of telling about the amazing places we managed to visit.I particularly liked the village of Ez.Then we walked in Grasse and in one of the cozy French cafes, as a Russian singer sings, personified of an evergreen plant,we forgot safely all our purchases made during our day trip.And we remembered this, according to the law of genre, almost when we arrived in Nice.Irina showed outstanding composure, turned the car around and we had a small nice bonus to see the beautiful places a second time.All our souvenirs were in the same cafe, where we left them and we drove without adventure to our hotel in Nice.Huge thanks to Irina, both for the inimitable tour itself and for this nice bonus.With best wishes-tourists from Russia, Valery and Natalia.
This was a full-day excursion that leaves nothing to be desired. We had a tour guide with John who belonged in the category Top. So friendly, multilingual, we could talk in both German and English. The day trip on its own is already well chosen, but with this guide it becomes an experience. Thanks again to John.
