Jérôme was a really interesting guide, he was able to tell us a lot of history of Avignon and show us a lot of places!
Jermome was a great tour guide, he managed a big group very well. The information was interesting with some humour and unique facts. One of the best walking tours I’ve done. Thanks.
We had a really good time. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. I would recommend.
Our tour guide Jerome was knowledgeable and interesting. He made the tour fun with his wonderful sense of humour and showed us parts of Avignon we would never have found otherwise. A very enjoyable tour which I highly recommend.
Jerome was AMAZING! He was a walking history book with such enthusiasm, knowledge and love for this town. His tour was informative and fun. Highly recommend if you are in the area
Comprehensive high energy experience with a friendly knowledgeable guide. Would highly recommend this tour.
This was a fabulous tour with an even more fabulous guide! He uncovered lots of hidden gems for us, spoke slowly, always waited for us to catch up, had a fun and cheerful personality.
Jerome is an excellent tour guide. We arrived in Avignon on a Monday evening and managed to book on to his 2 hour walking tour for the following morning. It was a great introduction to the city , an insight into some of its history as well as some discussion about more contemporary social and political attitudes.
Jerome gives great insights into historic Avignon and present day Avignon. A really thorough tour with many places you would not find as a visitor. Thoroughly enjoyed his tour.
This was an excellent overview of Avignon. I'm glad it was a 9am tour. If I could add a suggestion. Perhaps walk slower, and wait a few minutes longer at each interesting point not everyone is fit as the guide nor have legs as long as his. I was running to catch up, ( I do a lot of these tours, so am used to them but I am short and I like to take photos). I was not the only one with the same thought on this tour. But very, very interesting and I would definitely recommend it.
Jerome was a wonderful guide. He gave a great history of the city and included some information on the modern elements as well. I found him very engaging and expressive. We covered a lot during the tour. Would highly recommend this as a way to explore Avignon’s rich past!
Jérôme is an exceptional guide who provides the participants with very interesting tidbits of information on Avignon’s history. He took care to not only show us the “touristy” parts of the city (Palais des Papes, Pont d’Avignon, etc.) but also less well known sights highlighting the development of the city in modern times. Moreover, he recommended great restaurants and cafes to all of us to further enjoy our stay in Avignon. I would definitely take this guided tour again!
Jerome was our guide and he was fantastic. So entertaining & full of knowledge of the city. Easy to understand in English & able to answer any of questions expertly. He gave us many recommendations for further sites to visit, and places to eat.
Excellent walking tour with Jerome. HE is extremely knowledgeable and offers a passionate excursion of Avignon. 100% recommend!
Jérôme was an excellent tour guide, high energy and extremely knowledgeable about the city, the culture and its place in history. Really worthwhile going out with Jérôme and getting a taste of Avignon. His recommendations for places to visit in detail or restaurants and cafes to try and the nooks and crannies to explore, are all worthwhile.
The guide was interesting and charismatic. Gave a good overview of Avignon sights and gave many recommendations for food and activiites

Jerome is a great guide, he's very friendly and knowledgeable about the history, the architecture and current cultural, economic and social activities of Avignon. It's a great visit to learn about the city and see the world heritage site in a few hours, I would highly recommend!
Jerome is an excellent guide, so knowledgeable and fun. He also made great accommodations for my friend who needed to sit at many of the stops because of a chronic illness. He made a great lunch recommendation for us and we loved this tour. We’d recommend it to anyone! Thank you Jerome!
