AVOID THIS HOTEL!! We booked this trip last minute to experience the French Riviera, which is just beautiful. However, staying at this hotel was a huge let down in all aspects - we would stay out as many hours of the day as we could to avoid being there! After the arrival talk, we went up to our room which was quite frankly disgusting. Filth everywhere and a strange carpet all throughout the room, and in the bathroom was a load of blood soaked into the carpet underneath the toilet. Vile. After further inspection, there was black mould in multiple places and the room was generally unkept. We swiftly notified reception and after some deliberation she agreed to move us to another room - which was equally as disgusting. Of course we again notified reception, and were told there was simply nothing they could do about this, except pay an extra £190 a night for an upgrade!!! On top of this all, the cheek to charge your own guests €40 per sun bed, per day, is incredibly audacious having already spent over £500 on the 3 night stay alone. This was also not clearly stated online, nor in the welcome talk - we only found this information out as we got to the pool already in swimwear. I’ve read many reviews now, and yes there is a public beach next to the hotel, but no one wants to be laying on a towel when the bare minimum you expect when paying such money is a sun bed to be included. We chose to not use the facilities and be robbed blindly, so we spent our time at a lovely beach club down the road for a fraction of the price. The food is incredibly overpriced and lacks any quality, the drinks too are very very expensive. If you want a cheaper drink, head inside the casino which is not a part of the hotel but still in the building- their drinks are by far cheaper (roughly €8 difference in cocktails!). The hotel is very deceiving from online pictures, it’s outdated and shabby. Overall, incredibly upset and disappointed by this stay, there is no chance we will ever stay at a Pullman hotel again. Would rate it a zero if I could!

Nice hotel, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. I’ve stayed at Pullman Dubai before and am also a member, so I expected a much better standard of hospitality. The only exception was the valet team — they were genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly fast. Thank you, gentlemen, for the great service. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the room service, reception, and bar staff. They were consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed unwilling to assist or serve guests. The overall attitude made the stay very unpleasant. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again.
Avoid at all costs! The room was disgusting, old and tirty with urine stains on the seat and floor (carpet everywhere, even bathroom where the toilette is). There was a used toothpick on the floor. Showerhead installed at the hight of my belly button so very uncomfortable to wash my hair. Our golf course view is actually a parking Lot View. It's very noisy. Wifi only free for one day after that you have to pay. Pool: There is no option to lay down on a sun bed or recliner without paying 70-150€ per couple. (Which is not common here) I was very looking forward to this trip but was very disappointed. You think you book something special but and up getting low average. Just be aware of that.
Excellent location Rooms were nice looking over the bay. Some of the rooms though have poor air con ! Breakfast was excellent. Just if you want Tea or fried eggs ask when you go in! Waiting staff are excellent The bar area is a bit small. But service great The Restaurant is a bit limited & pricy. There are alternatives off site The sun loungers … you have to pay to rent them ! So be aware. The sports bar is in the Casino so you need to carry a passport to get in. Gave that a swerve as couldn’t be bothered with it.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of products and a satisfactory service. Unfortunately, I noticed several areas that could be improved. As someone who suffers from allergies, I found that the carpets and upholstery did not appear to be properly sanitized. In addition, the hotel would benefit from modernization, as some areas feel outdated. One important point to mention is that when booking the hotel, it is not clearly specified that beach sunbeds and umbrellas are charged separately. The cost is approximately €40 per person, which can become a significant expense, especially for larger families. This should be communicated more transparently before guests complete their reservation. Finally, while the staff is generally friendly and helpful, not everyone speaks English fluently, which can sometimes make communication difficult for international guests. Overall, the experience was decent, but there are several aspects that could be improved to provide a service more in line with guests’ expectations.
