Second times that I rent a flat and each time I am super happy : newly refurbished and renovated apartment with full comfort. Super kind and efficient staff, above expectations. Possibility to ask the staff to keep your luggage. 1 mn walk from the vieux port!
I travel frequently and have experienced many different standards of service, but this was by far the worst example of problem management I have ever encountered. The attitude of the management was not only unprofessional but outright rude and dismissive. There was a complete lack of respect toward customers at every stage. What was most surprising was that there seemed to be no one available—or willing—to properly handle complaints, as if customer concerns simply did not matter. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience in every possible way.
The customer service and communication was outstanding, and having a reception there with the incredibly helpful staff was really nice. The apartments were huge, clean and well kitted out, with a full size fridge, coffee machine, full cooking facilities and plenty of seating areas. You could easily stay for weeks at a time. We sadly only had one night! The beds were comfortable, with good quality linen and pillows. The windows kept the hustle and bustle of the street outside nice and quiet considering how close this is to the port. Within easy reach of the train station, port, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets.
We stayed here, in room 4, in mid-August this year. It was amazing! All of the communication in advance of our stay was friendly, professional and informative.This made finding it and checking in, a breeze. The location was great - easy to get around and lots of wonderful patisseries round the corner. The apartment itself was exactly as described and was extremely clean, well-furnished and well-planned. As requested, they set up a baby cot for us and towels were provided. Throughout our stay, staff checked in to ensure that we were comfortable and to answer any queries that we had. All of the staff were wonderful - professional, warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marseille. We had a 3-night stay at this aparthotel and it was just perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean, the service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A big thank you to the amazing front desk girl team (Samra, Jeanne...) for their kindness and professionalism! The location is ideal — right in the city center while still being wonderfully quiet in the evenings.
