Le Mas De La Sorgue

An absolutely incredible stay — a little slice of heaven in Provence. The property is beautiful, peaceful and so special. Everywhere you look there is another gorgeous view, whether you’re relaxing by the pool, listening to the birds, enjoying the sunrise or finding the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The house itself is amazing. The rooms we stayed in were beautifully designed with lovely outlooks, and both had their own bathrooms which made the stay so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and there are so many different seating areas around the property to relax and enjoy different moments of the day. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful little villages and markets where you can truly experience the French lifestyle — from riding bikes down to the local bakery in the morning to exploring all the incredible towns nearby. Dominique and Gilles were wonderful hosts and made our stay even more memorable. They cooked us a beautiful dinner one evening, provided beautiful wine, and made sure we had everything we needed. Dominique also gave us amazing recommendations for exploring the area — from the best villages to visit, to local markets and little places we may never have discovered on our own. We travelled with our baby and they were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, providing everything from a cot and change area to high chairs and even a bike with a baby seat so we could explore like locals. Their attention to detail and hospitality was incredible. We couldn’t recommend this place more and feel so lucky to have stayed here. A truly magical Provence experience.

We had a really restful stay at the beautiful Le Mas de la Sorgue. We were really well looked after - the dinner and breakfast were delicious. We enjoyed the swimming pool, even in October and had lots of great recommendations from the family as to where to visit/ eat locally. We look forward to coming back soon!

We hired the whole of Le Mas de le Sorgue for a week and had an amazing stay. The place is beautiful, so peaceful, with a great pool, various places to sit, eat and relax, and good facilities. We had fantastic weather so we were very glad of the air con in the bedrooms at night. Dominique and Gilles were very welcoming and always on hand to answer our questions. Would not hesitate to recommend.

If you are looking for a very welcoming experience and excellent central location while visiting the towns in Provence La Mas de La Sorgue is an excellent choice! The breakfast was delicious with the best food of the region. Dominique and her husband are very conscious hosts. The rooms are modern and clean. We are looking forward to our next visit!
