The location was amazing, and we stayed in the family suite for four people. The room was spacious, and the balcony had a beautiful view. Our only issue was the AC, especially near the queen bed and balcony area, as it wasn’t enough to cool the entire suite. The owner and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful, and they genuinely tried their best to help with the AC issue. Overall, the rooms were good, the price was reasonable, and we had a good experience.
Beautiful suite. Nice bed and bathroom. Very clean. Staff is wonderful. Very helpful. They have AC! Spectacular views of the vieux port. Good restaurants close by.
Spacious room and balcony overlooking the port. Comfortable bed and delightful bath, with thoughtful amenities in both. Courteous and helpful front desk. The only issue is the street noise from the pedestrian walk across the road lasts long into the night, audible even from the 6th floor. This is a consideration but not a fault of the hotel.
This hotel was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful; our room was upgraded as a surprise to a family suite and was immaculately clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the vieux port. The breakfast was sumptuous - fresh with many delicious options. The location of the hotel was perfect and central to exploring Le Panier, train up to Notre Dame, sail boat ride around the harbour, exploring cours Julien and other colourful diverse areas. Highly recommend this hotel.
A nice hotel with balcony facing the port. The front desk staff are gracious and accommodating. The layout of the room is efficient and I love the balcony facing the port. The hotel is in a great location surrounding by many shops and restaurants. It’s not for long term (more than one week) stay, at least for me. There is no heating rack in the bathroom, and the outlets in the room need to be replaced. I would come back only for a short stay.
