Visited the Conrad Spa. The facilities are in desperate need of renovation. That said, the massage therapists are highly skilled, and the staff are very friendly. However, because the spa rooms are located directly behind the reception, there is zero soundproofing. Once you focus on the massage it’s not too bad, but in terms of the peacefulness and cozy relaxation you expect from a spa, it scores close to zero.
The first room we were given had a slight dampness to it, possibly due to the age of the hotel. All the rooms to the right of our room were blocked off for renovations. On the second day, we were upgraded to a larger room with a fantastic harbour view, which had no dampness issues whatsoever. The meal service at Conrad Hong Kong is easily one of the best. Special mention of the Executive Lounge team, especially Ken, who provided attentive service during the Happy Hour throughout our stay; and Vicky at the breakfast restaurant, with her excellent recommendations. The selection of pastries at breakfast was impressive. Location of the hotel is fantastic, being directly linked to the Admiralty MTR Station via the Pacific Place shopping mall. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay at Conrad Hong Kong again.
The room is a little bit old. But the location is good and the service in this hotel is extremely wonderful. The room service staff Apple、Wing and the other man for my room are all excellent and nice. The swiming pool staff Rommel、Paolo、and Zachary are very friendly and nice to the children. The man working in Executive lounge，who is a Korean，is one of the best hotel staff I have ever met in the world. Unfortunately，I don't know his name. They are like old friends and helpful. We will come back next time.
The room's view was stunning, overlooking the entire city. The breakfast at the Executive Lounge was exquisite, and the hotel's location was convenient, with quick access to the airport. Conard provided guests with an excellent city experience
Our stay at the Conrad exceeded all expectations. It was the little details that made it so memorable. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the team surprised us with a thoughtful gesture and did everything they could to make our stay special. Communication was excellent from the start—they checked in with us via email before we arrived, and once we had checked in, they even sent us a WhatsApp message to make sure everything was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, whether it was arranging a taxi, responding to room service requests, or helping with anything we needed. The doormen and concierge team were exceptional. The hotel itself is fantastic. The gym is modern, spotless, and well equipped, the pool team provided outstanding service, and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had. Our room was comfortable, with an incredibly comfy bed and pillows, and the lifts were always quick and efficient. The location is also perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transport. We travel frequently, and the Conrad is genuinely among the best hotels we've stayed at for customer service. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and are already looking forward to our next visit.
