The guide was superb, friendly, knowledgeable and had lots of local knowledge. Food was nice and the day flowed well with the timings and switch between island visit and snorkelling. Highly recommend this trip.

Our guide Josie was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and informative about the geology, flora & fauna of Curieuse. I had hurt my back so was unable to get in the sea for the snorkeling session, but the staff looks after me so well with extra care & attention throughout the entire trip. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the plants and animals on Curieuse Island. Due to the winds, we were not able to snorkel at St. Pierre, but we were taken to a different snorkeling site. We also were not taken to Anse La Farine as was in the tour description. It was incredible being able to interact with the giant tortoises and the Creole BBQ was really good.

We had a bad experience and did not enjoy this tour at all - likely due to our main tour guide/leaders just not being very good at their job and not being interested in the customers having a good experience. We wasted a lot of time in a place without any information being given to us (he just left us to our own while we could see a lot of other guides explaining and showing folks around). He was not very interested in helping the folks in our group (perhaps even rude) who did not know how to swim, even in exploring and learning more about snorkeling. The tour was cut off a lot sooner without explanations. The saving grace was the chef of the BBQ, who went above and beyond to make sure that even the vegetarians in our group had nice things to eat.

We were supposed to snorkel at St. Pierre, but due to sea conditions our guide responsibly decided on an alternative location, which was appreciated.

Well, if you have not encountered the giant tortoises this is it! Absolutely unreal experience. This tour delivers you to Curieuse Island fantastic beach Anse Jose with a small museum telling you the story of the leprosy colony that used to be there and then you walk across the island on the trail and meet the giants. Lovely creole BBQ included before its time to leave for the snorkelling which is not spectacular due to El Nino. Staff was two different sides if the coin where Jose/Jousy the chef was an exceptional excellent guide and chef whilst the captain, Benoit, was not too interested in his guests and he really has a lot of work to do with his "people skills"

Simply said, at the end of the day this tour with the highlight visit to Curieuse made that Saturday a "perfect day". The price was right, the group small, the tour staff awesome, the itinerary a balanced mix. We were staying near the ferry terminal so a walk-up check-in along the main road was very easy. Curieuse was neat to see. Take your time at the beach, read displays at the "museum", and then start a casual walk to the other end of the island. There will be a fantastic BBQ lunch waiting for you after the numerous tortoise photos you're going to be taking! Snorkeling was amazing. Superb. I've snorkeled some world renowned locations and the guide's locations here in the Seychelles were very very enjoyable. No problem borrowing gear, included, which we appreciated due to leaving our own gear back home. Completely impressed and an activity we talked about for days after our trip.

Curieuse Island is great. There is a one hour trek over to the giant tortoises. Lunch was brilliant. Snorkling 6/10, reef is more or less destroyed by El Nino.

This outing was the highlight of our trip. The captain and co-captain were amazing! They knew a lot about the islands and had funny stories to share along the way. The timing was perfect -- we had just enough time in each place and the lunch was really good.

A wonderful trip, a knowledgable tour guide on the island who gave you loads of information about the tortoises, the history, the animals superb. Then came lunch having read reviews expecting disappointment, it was superb, lovely cooked fish, chicken and sausages, rice, salads, shrimps and creole sauce it was excellent. Fruit to finish. 2 nice snorkelling stops for the afternoon. A great trip and good value, our guide Mario was informative and attentive.

Bbq was not very good. Snorkeling was only at St Pierre, not much to see there. They did not go to AnseLafarine. Trip is way to expensive for what it is.

Everything about this trip was excellent. Transport, boat, snorkeling, food, giant tortoises but I wish the food was warm. Everything was totally cold like it was made in the morning and we ate at lunch time. It would have made great difference if we at least had the food warmed up. I recommend it but maybe don't pay for the food

Mario was absolutely wonderful guide. Very knowledgable. My partner and I had a lot of fun on the tortoise island and even the beach. Must do activity if in Praslin. We were picked up from our hotel right on time and dropped off too. The only issue is BBQ which was a bit unhygienic as there were huge amount of flies and birds eating from the vessel which was uncovered.

Communication for the trip was great. The trip itself started off very well. Headed to our first island with the tortoises which was super fun (you can pet the tortoises and feed them!). The hike was pretty long and it was a hot day. A couple of people had to back out and be boated around. Our guide was informative and interesting. Lunch was good, but so many flies (maybe put the little fans on the tables to blow them away?). Then free time on the island. Did not get back on the boat till almost 1pm, which was a little bit of a drag. Would have liked to do some snorkeling in the am and then again after lunch. First snorkeling was in a bay and was GREAT. Calm waters, lots of things to see, super fun. No life jackets needed for comfortable swimmers. Second location was between two islands and this is where things went south. Lots of boats in the area, beautiful water, but unbeknownst to us, the current was VERY STRONG. Many of us in the water, some without life vests, and things got scary. Personally, I was pulled by the current so far away that I struggled to get back (and was overconfident from the first snorkeling location and did not have a life vest on). Things got scary for a couple of us who could not fight the current back and kept getting pulled out farther and farther. Eventually I made it to another boat and had to board with them and be boated back to my group. Another person in the group also had to ask for help from another boat. Everything turned out fine, but it was kind of frightening. I felt the crew should have been more aware of the current and able to advise the group about wearing life vests AND watching more closely to make sure that everyone was doing ok.

Amazing experience extremely well guided by Mario. From the beginning to the end , Mario was extremely focused in our safety and well being. The eco tour of curieuse was great . Mario is so knowledgeable and it was really so comprehensive. The lunch and snorkeling were amazing. The beach after lunch was great . Don't even hesitate to book. Go for it. We had an extraordinary experience with Loyalty Charter. Reynold is an extraordinary guy who added a lot to our experience in Praslin. We had 2 trips with them, and both were fantastic: punctuality, seriousness and friendliness. We had the impression that we were on a trip with friends, not with an agency. Reynold told us a lot of things about Curieuse and the turtles. Also, at the barbecue on Curieuse they organized an extraordinary surprise for my wife's birthday. We had an amazing trip with Loyalty Charters, from pickup to drop off the staff was friendly and attentive. The lunch BBQ was great, we saw lots of toroises and snorkelled 2 spots, which was beautiful. We travelled with our 6 year old daugter and the staff was great with her.

It was great! The guys had such a great vibe and that made it our highlight on Praslin. The snorkelling was really great and we saw a lot. Being so close to the turtles was impressive and the BBQ was really great. I would have liked a bit more variety in the BBQ. I read that you can also barbecue breadfruit. It would have been nice to have this experience. But I can only recommend this tour to everyone!

The places are very beautiful and deserve a visit, but the organization with this company did not satisfy us: out of two planned snorkeling spots, we only did one due to poor time management. Furthermore, food and drinks were a bit scarce compared to the same excursion done with other companies

Very beautiful excursion departing from Côte d’Or beach with time spent with the large tortoises that live freely on Curieuse. Crossing the island through the mangrove where our guide provided us with plenty of information, then arriving on the other side of the island (Anse José) for a tasty barbecue and snorkeling from the beach. Then back on the boat to Saint Pierre islet and snorkeling around the islet. Wonderful snorkeling where you can see countless very colorful fish. Then return to Anse Volbert. A day that leaves us with plenty of good memories.

Excellent support and communication. The organization was top-notch. The whole team is very friendly, professional, and very pleasant to ensure the best of times. A guided tour of Curieuse Lille to learn about all its aspects. Snorkeling, a barbecue, unlimited drinks (soft drinks and beer), giant tortoises, rays, hermit crabs, lemon sharks, and discovering the trees that produce cinnamon. Accessible for children and even people with reduced mobility. An excellent time spent with the Loyalty Charters team, who came to pick us up and drop us off at our hotel. Top-notch, thanks to them.

We made the half-day tour to Curieuse. They were dropped off at the beach and had to wait 45 minutes until it started. To get to the turtles and the pick-up site, everyone had to cross the island, whether they wanted to or could. With the turtles we had 10 minutes to look around. Then we went snorkelling by boat a few meters further. ( St.Pierre could not be approached due to weather conditions). After 15 minutes we went back to Praslin. A not recommended tour.

The experience was really interesting, the island is small but nature is the master. Turtles are beautiful. The guys who accompanied us were very good and very kind. The rich and excellent lunch. I recommend it.

Excellent day, in a small group, we visited the island and its mangrove, getting acquainted with the turtles in the wild. Nice beach and authentic meal. It is imperative to take protection against mosquitoes, which in this month of January were very numerous. The majority of the group had not thought about it. On the way back to the sunshine. A day out of time.

That was a great trip! The boys were really great! Very friendly and helpful and concerned for our well-being. Mario us guide was really great during the little walk over Curieuse, he told a lot and showed a lot. The BBQ was a fantastic meal, after that we went by boat to two snorkeling spots. A really great day he brought a lot of joy to everyone. With our little daughter (4 years) it was a great trip to the most amazing giant turtle 🐢 in the world 🌎!

Due to a medical incident, we could not visit all the wards. The guide took excellent care of the patients and his information about the island and the next actions was also very good. The rest was average, especially the snorkel spots show strong signs of destruction. Snorkeling on the beach is generally closer to the fish, even if there are fewer overall.

The super friendly and competent guide and always ready to help with amazing knowledge. The place is magical the super interesting turtle island. Trekking not super easy it climbs! Barbecue not extraordinary. Creole cuisine. By 3pm it was already over.

Really top , boat, guide, meals and Snorkeling, everything was top 👍 I've been on a lot of excursions and rarely as well, you can go with your eyes closed.

My wife and I really enjoyed the trip. The boat trip on the way out was rough due to the weather, but the stay on the island was very nice and educational. We had a very sympathetic guide who knew a lot about the flora and fauna and could explain a lot. The subsequent BBQ was also very tasty. On the way back we could still dive in a calm reef while snorkeling, where we could see numerous fish and even a sea turtle. We would recommend the trip to anyone and book it again at any time!

Very great and really worthwhile trip. Marcus made the day an absolute highlight by his likeable nature and with plenty of knowledge about the region, turtles, nature and history. He is a good-hearted person and conveys this all the time. Very interesting snorkel spots with a fascinating underwater world. I can only recommend this trip to anyone and would always participate in it.

But what to say that everything was perfect, the lovely staff. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary that day, and what a surprise a cake and a bottle of sparkler offered by the company!!!! Who does it!!! This company is welcoming, my English is borderline and despite everything the visit was comprehensive ( pk not extra have helmets to translate your guided tour to know all the subtleties 🤷‍♀️) it is only a suggestion Otherwise what to say more .. continue your adventure (I read the negative comments) as always people do not read or ask , for my part I am disabled (one leg with a prosthesis longuuuueeee😂) well I did the hike in flip flop 😂😂😂 you must go up certainly ... the slightest question tapping you send a message and they answer and even better call the islands answer also Thank you very much.

He picked us up from our villa and then we boarded his beautiful boat for curious with his team and we had all the necessary explanations to understand the history of this island and turtles. Then visit the island with him We reached a beach set back from the crowd where he served us a delicious meal very hearty and delicious with a table decorated with care, after the meal we enjoyed during 1h30 of this beautiful beach.
