I had an absolutely wonderful stay at L'Archipel. The hotel is beautiful and the staff made us feel completely at home from day one. A special mention to Edward, he is such a bright, warm, and genuinely kind person. He truly made my days happier just by being around. Thank you for making this experience unforgettable.🩵
We've just come back from holiday here. The rooms were big and super clean, love a his and her sink. The pool is lovely. The beach is stunning and has views of the sunset. The views where you eat were of the beach, so really stunning. The staff were so lovely, and they were so kind as well they didn't have alcohol free beers on the menu and they went and bought some for me after I'd asked if they had any (I'm pregnant). It felt like nothing was too much trouble. We did a boat snorkelling trip organised by the hotel as well, which was great, and I love that the guide pointed out turtles for us too! Was sad to leave and would recommend.
I've been travelling all over this island and I find this hotel to be the most gentle and soft. The colours are pastel, light blue, green, white, brown and pink. Stuff is local, super friendly, woman at the bar was truly taking care of us, listetning to our needs. Pool is clean (no chlorine stuff). I'm truly positive surprised. We just came for coffee and drinks, but next time - its our 3rd time on the island - we will stay here :) unfortunately now is low season due to war, but they are running normally, still smiling :)
Highly disappointed in this hotel’s complete lack of compassion. Our flights got cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East and yet the hotel is not willing to give us a refund for a forced cancellation, dictated by extraordinary circumstances. Avoid this establishment, they don’t treat you as humans but as money machine. UPDATE: You telling me to “just book a different flight” when I don’t feel safe flying to the region is exactly my point in this review. Thank you for illuminating it further.
Christina Pertaub, the F&B Manager at L’Archipel Hotel, is absolutely outstanding. She hosted the 31st December end-of-year celebration that I attended with my dad, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Christina created such a warm, elegant, and joyful ambiance—it felt special from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Her attention to detail, genuine care for guests, and calm, professional presence made the entire evening flow perfectly. She goes above and beyond in every possible way and makes guests feel truly welcome and valued. Christina is a real asset to L’Archipel Hotel, and her passion for hospitality shines through in everything she does. Thank you for such a memorable way to end the year—we will certainly remember it for a long time.
