Castello Beach Hotel

Amazing hospitality from start to finish We stayed at Castello Beach Hotel with our two kids and the warmth of the staff truly made this trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the doorman greeted us and our children with genuine smiles, making us feel welcome before we even checked in. Every single staff member we encountered — from housekeeping to the waiters at breakfast and dinner — went out of their way to make our kids feel special, whether it was a friendly chat, a small treat, or just patience while our little ones took their time deciding what to order. What really stood out was how this kindness came from every level of the hotel. The general manager personally checked in with us during our stay, asked how our children were enjoying themselves, and made sure everything was running smoothly for our family. It's rare to see that kind of genuine care from the top down, and it showed in how every employee treated us — like guests they were truly happy to have, not just another booking. Traveling with kids can be stressful, but the entire team here made it easy and joyful. We felt looked after the whole time. A huge thank you to the wonderful people of Castello Beach Hotel — you made our family's stay truly special.

We truly had a great time, and the staff made the experience exceptional; everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered a wonderful variety of delicious items and the dinner set menu was equally impressive.

This is really a top top place to stay! The location is amazing , beach access and also a really nice pool area. The rooms are beautiful , clean and comfortable, with brand new furniture, which is all really nice ! We ate dinner and breakfast there, which was both great! And all the staff couldn’t do enough to help us, we really have nothing bad to say, it’s perfect and for a really reasonable price

We had a wonderful stay at the Castello Beach Hotel on Praslin. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the ocean. The hotel also had a great pool, a restaurant, and offers massages, which we enjoyed very much. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the nature. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway on Praslin. We would definitely come back again. #CastelloBeachMemories
