The Ultimate Prague Food Tour

This tour gives a complete taste of traditional Prague, including open sandwiches, beer, charcuterie, cheese, goulash, and cakes. The guide provided plenty of information about the food, and you get to see Prague Old Town as you wander from venue to venue.

This was a really informative tour about Czech food and culture. We visited four different venues each very different. The sequence was : starter Snacks and beer( very typically Czech) Selection of different main courses Coffee and pastries There was quite a bit of walking between venues but the guide was very attentive and made allowances for myself as I was walking slowly due to a sore knee We wound our way from place to place through the quieter streets and ally ways of Prague and saw bits of the city not usually seen by tourists All in all great value for money

Just dis the Ultimate Prague Food Tour and honestly… it was perfect! We got to try amazing local dishes and beers while discovering the city from a completely different perspective. Everything was delicious and authentic. A special shoutout to our guide, Aris — he was fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and he even spoke French with us, which made the experience even more enjoyable 😊 If you’re visiting Prague, I highly recommend this tour. It’s a must-do!

We only have 1 regret and that is not doing this tour with Aris earlier on our trip to Prague. It was on our last night. Aris was such a knowledgeable guide and was such a great guy. We were shown some sights as well as different food and beer that we would not have otherwise tried. We were very impressed having not done a tour like this before and would highly recommend this tour. Thanks heaps Aris and all the best. 👍🏻

This was our second PP tour in two days and was booked on the strength of an excellent Old Town Tour yesterday. Aris is a brilliant guide; knowledgeable, tactful and yet full of fun, we thoroughly enjoyed his company. His food and beer suggestions were spot on whilst the food was beautifully presented. Thoroughly recommended as a vehicle to better understand local customs!

Wonderful food tour. At the first bar we were served the best beer I have ever tasted. The starters were sublime. Main courses at second venue delicious. Aris was a wonderful guide, talking us through the food and drink. Also walked us through yet more beautiful Prague streets. The best thing about this food tour was that it showed us the Prague locals experience, that we would never have found for ourselves.

Good tour and locations. Nice food and excellent guide but at €75 per head it’s not good value for money. Appetiser, or “beer food” and main course was good but the dessert was a bland pastry stood in a small bakery. Additionally I’d say there could have been more explanation about the places we passed walking between locations. So in summary the tour was ok and we enjoyed the food but since that and the drinks must have amounted to about €20 per head it’s definitely over priced. At €50 each it would have been a 4 or even 5 star rating but sorry not at the price we paid.

The experience was amazing! The tour guider Aris super friendly and quite knowledgeable We ate so much, we cant even move! Everything tasteful and Czech authentic ! Great food and beer, perfect combo!

We took three Prague Pulse tours: the free The Old Town and Castle etc tours and a paid Ultimate Prague Food Tour. Our tour guide Jeremy coincidently led all of them. He has a great depth of knowledge on Czech culture and history and delivers the information in a very engaging and entertaining way. An excellent guide! Date of experience: August 2025

This was a great food tour including some bar foods as appetizers, a main course and desert at 3 different places. Ian was a great guide who provided interesting background about Czech food and Prague. I highly recommend

This is a great food tour. My tour guide was Aris. He shared so much knowledge and information about the food and beer we were having. He took us to places that the average tourist would never know about. He answered all our questions and offered many recommendations. I have been on other tours with this company and they were all excellent! I have taken many food tours around the world and this has to be the best I have ever been on! I highly recommend this food tour.

Never done anything like this before & it was amazing! Our tour guide Aris was fantastic. Took us to really good restaurants & made our food choices for us sampling all the traditional beers & foods. Learning great knowledge of Prague’s history/culture and experiencing interesting and delicious Czech cuisine.

We went on the walking tour on our first day in Prague. Our guide Aris was so engaging and knowledgable that we decided to join the food tour the next day. The walking tour gave us the chance to get our bearings of the city and gave us insights into bits of the city's history. Aris was a brilliant guide and created a comfortable atmosphere where we could ask lots of questions. It's clear he loves Prague and wants to ensure visitors enjoy the city, so made sure to warn us of potential scams, as well as giving reccommendations of where to go. The food tour was brilliant with plenty of food and beer. They accommodated various dietary requirements in the group, which as a vegetarian in a meat heavy country was massively appreciated. Both tours we went on were fantastic and I would definitely suggest anyone looking to find out more about Prague with an easy going atmosphere look into these tours

Best food tour I’ve been on! So much food to try, I was amazed with how good Czech food can be. The guide was super nice and knew exactly what to tell us. Amazing experience in Prague and definitely the highlight of our trip!

What. A. Tour! Ian is not only filled with boundless knowledge and humour, he also exudes a fatherly energy which kept the whole group bound together from start till end. The food was delicious, the company was stellar and by the end of it we all felt like one big family.

When exploring the city is always good to find the perfect balance of tourist input and local experience. The tour was amazing coz it gave me and my friends a good overview of the cz cuisine and explore parts of the city at the same time (even if this tour is not a guided tour around the city). Excellent food and our guide was fantastic. In addition to showing us around such great spots, he gave us a lot of interesting history about the places nearby. I'd be happy to even go on this tour again!

We decided last minute to book this tour on our final night in Prague, and we are so glad we did! It was the best part of our weekend. You get to try so many dishes, learn a lot about the area/history, and it really felt like we were having an authentic local experience. I only wish we had done it earlier in our trip!

Really enjoyed learning more about Czech cuisine, my favorite was the pickled cheese , and the beer, and also the kolac for dessert at the end. The guide was wonderful and we all had a great time!

We got to try so many different Czech foods we didn't know about before (savory and sweet), and the beer was soooo good! It was also nice that my friend got to have wine instead as he's not a beer drinker. Just delicious, and the tour guide was fantastic :)

I think I will stop going to restaurants alone and start going on food tours from here on out. Such a good experience! The tour was perfectly outlined. We visited 3 places, one for each course. We shared the food with the group and we could try multiple Czech beers, snacks, and dishes. It would have taken me a few days of eating out to try all of them on my own. The open-face pie desserts were delicious and I wouldn't have known about them being a Czech staple without the tour. I would do the tour again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Outstanding tours with a friendly, funny tour guide. I enjoyed my first tour (Old City and Jewish Quarter) so much I booked a second on the same day (Beer Tour). My guide Mike has a great sense of humour and loads of interesting stories to share about the history of Prague. I'm a solo traveller and I felt happy and safe throughout both tours. This is a good way to taste some of Prague's beers without going on a huge messy crawl. I highly recommend it!
