Our tour guide Peter was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great tour. The depth of his knowledge was outstanding, I highly recommend Peter if you can book him.

Our English speaking guide was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable, provided a lot of comprehensive detail which we appreciated, passionate and at times provided more than one point of view as appropriate. A highly recommended excursion.
The guide was very thorough and knowledgeable with the history of this area. He could answer any questions posed to him
A somber experience but worth visiting. I true experience of what it was like during that time period.
Victor was a spectacular guide who helped bring the past to life. This is something that everyone should see at least once in their life. Such an incredibly important part of history Highly recommend
Eve was an excellent guide. She provided information from beginning to end with enthusiasm and knowledge. The driver Charles was clearly disgruntled and lacked any desire to be helpful.
Very informative guide. Thank you Peter. If you are on the fence and not sure if this is worth going to, go.
Victor of Prague Sightseeing Tours was excellent. He had depth and breadth of history of both Czechia and Terezin. He gave a very good overview of Jewish history in Prague and the reasons for antisemitism. He was very affable and made it all interesting. Dekuji, Victor!
Half a day visiting Terezin concentration camp. Pick up point is easy to find, our guide Peter was good however a bit monotone and there was a bit of overload of information. This tour should be a day not half a day, as we felt like we were running around and older people struggled to follow. Furthermore, the tour starts at 12:15 there wasnt any food breaks/coffee break until 16:45 which makes no sense for a tour starting at that time. Also, there was no free time for people to also walk around a bit, have a look at souvenir shops.. The guide in the camp itself though was great and still glad I went, but think the organisation of the day needs to be rearranged ie leave earlier like 10 oclock for example. The camp itself is very impressive and defo a must see when in Prague.
Paul our guide was outstanding and very knowledgeable! The tour was very educational but travelers should be informed beforehand about extensive walking.
Our tour guide (Petr Kronat) was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Terezin, WWI, WWII and all things Czech Republic!
A good tour if you have an extra day in Prague. Our tour was a mix of approx 20% Spanish and 80% English speaking peoples and Spanish dominated the guides descriptions of the various sites. Didn't seem balanced.
We booked the tour online with Prague Sightseeing Tours and everything went smoothly. We took the tour on July 12th, 2026. This is a tour for people interested in history and in learning more about the Nazi occupation in the Czech Republic and the horrors endured by the Jewish and non-Arian population during that time. Our guide was very good and knowledgeable, and told us the history of all the places visited both in Terezin Concentration Camp and in the city itself. The tour took 6 hours and we will never forget it.
The tour was excellent. We were very fortunate to have Peter as our guide as he was a wealth of Knowledge.
Our guide spoke from his heart and gave us an honest, objective, realistic, and historically accurate explanation of the history of the holocaust, Terezin and the personal stories from which he experienced. It was fantastic!
Peter, our guide was excellent filled with emotion about all the happenings in the concentration camp and crematorium. Would highly recommend this experience to everyone. Just beware there’s a lot of walking and if it’s hot, you need plenty of water.
As a Holocaust educator this was a place I wanted to visit. Guide was good. My only negative was that the sound system on the bus was not very good and it was very hard to understand the guide.
If you’re a history buff-particularly WWII- then this excursion is a MUST! Terezín is not discussed in history books, but it had an important place in Czech history. Our guide was unbelievably knowledgeable! She discussed history for the entire hour trip to Terezín and the trip back to Prague. The only negative: there wasn’t enough time! I wanted to explore the camp longer (read the information about the children and watch the video reel) for sure!
Wow!Never had an instructor quite like this one Call him Mr Google his knowledge of war times and beyond. Bring a recorder cause he speaks all the way in the bus and off. He’s got close to 40 years of experience doing his job. Air conditioned bus helps and good driver also, well worth the 6 hr journey.
Great driver and tour guide was very knowledgeable i understand why they say his mr google lol ! It was a real eye opener on that era and what the Jews when through during the war etc
Guide was extremely knowledgeable & patient with our elderly group. Highly recommend Valentina!
Arrived at the meeting point 10 mins before schedule time and the ticket immediately available from presentation of voucher at the booth, The mini bus arrived 5 mins later for prompt pick up. (Clean tidy and in good order) Peter the guide introduced himself and immediately told us some history of some of the buildings around us, as we set off. He was superb, very knowledgeable and had clearly personal experience from his family history as a Jew himself of the atrocities. Very good English and told the story of Terezin extremely well. We stopped at each of the sites, the cemetery, the concentration camp and then to the museum where we saw a really good film and had time to walk around the town which felt like going back in time, quite eerie as though time s had stood still. At the concentration camp,Peter handed us over to another guide who took us around the camp and explained in detail what happened there and the stories around it. There was lots of information on large signs around individual stories which provided more insight. Overall fantastic visit and learn lots that I didn’t know before. Highly recommended.
Numbing. I call this trip Nazi lite. If this excursion doesn't bring out the terror people experienced during the 2nd WW, I don't know what will. I recommend this tour for those who doubt the attrocites committed at that time.
The guide was knowledgable and friendly. Learnt lots about the history of Terezin. The memorial is excellent and the camp itself was eye opening. Around 1.5 hours around the camp with an excellent guide. Interesting information about the ghetto. Highly recommend if you are interested in history. Opportunity for ice cream and lots of photos.
I wasn't sure about attending this trip but a very respectful tour of Terezin Camp. Its difficult walking in areas that you know so much pain and grief has been encountered but Petr our guide had so many interesting tales related to this wide area and told them is his intense way. Petr is an absolute font of knowledge on a difficult subject. Thank you Petr.
The concentration camp tour was incredibly informative and is something I believe everyone should experience. Our guide, Martin, provided powerful historical insight into the devastating events that took place there.
Be prepared to walk more than the description leads you to believe. Some of it was very difficult for people with mobility issues. Our guide, Petr, was the ABSOLUTE BEST! His depth of knowledge about Terezin was incredible. I'm sure every guide is very well qualified, but if you're lucky enough to get Petr, you're in for a special treat
All day tour. Very informational as well as emotional. Peter was an excellent guide who passionately knew his history and shared it honestly.
Our guide, “Mr. Google,” was very informative and had lots of information to share with us.
Peter, our highly-experienced guide, made this Tour interesting, informative, and enjoyable. He was able to add a lot of information about Terezin not available in guidebooks.
Petr was an extremely knowledgeable and personable guide. I learned so much about the history of the camp, its role in WWII, and the effects of communism in the years following the war. I would have loved to have spent more time at the camp and the ghetto museum, but this guided trip was a great way to learn about the history and not have to worry about transportation.
We were lucky enough to have the tour guide Peter and he displayed an encyclopaedia of knowledge of the times and the history of Terezin. His passion in delivering a subject that was obviously close to his heart was immense and we left feeling humbled and far more knowledgeable about this never to be forgotten slice of history.
Guide is very good and passionate. However he was careless. Left us at museum even though he said meet out front at 5 pm.
Our guide was amazing and so knowledgeable we learnt so much, thank you. I took my elderly parents and they also enjoyed learning Czech history.
this was an excellent tour with a knowledgeable guide. opportunity to see several places in the camp, to absorb much of the history, to do some independent walking and absorbing of the horrors of what happened.
A terrible, and terribly important, history, particularly during Nazi occupation. Our guide, Peter, is highly informed and passionate to share his knowledge. We would not have gotten near as much understanding without Peter’s narration. It was a cold, blustery day when we went; appropriate to hint at how much suffering those imprisoned endured. Highly recommend.
This was an excellent tour, well paced and well organised. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. Highly recommend.
It was fabulous . From Start to finish ! Our driver and guide were amazing .I highly recommend this tour .
We did this excursion today with booking via Expedia using Premiant City tour. The visit was educational, our guide was very informative and great personality! We were stuck for awhile on the highway returning to Prague because of a tragic accident ahead of us but she was so apologetic and empathetic we weren’t concerned at all . Please see some of the experience in pictures
Extremely informative and interesting. It was depressing but quite detailed. The guide was very good.
A sad but very interesting tour. History that everyone should know. Be prepared to walk a little bit
Our guide clearly loves his job and knew his stuff. He provided information to and from the site as well as at the site.
Well worth a reminder as to the horrors of the past and to see in real life what the conditions were like in the camps. Very ably led by the tour guide Eva. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely an amazing experience. So much history about the history behind the suffering of the Jewish people.Had an incredible guide so knowledgeable and helpful
What an amazing insight into the history of the concentration camp Terezin . The tour guide Petr was outstanding. His knowledge of the camp and indeed the history of word war 11 was amazing. Lovely tour guide knew his stuff from Start to finish. Highly recommend Petr 5☆☆☆☆☆👌He was a gentleman in every sense of the word. God bless him.
I was anticipating a bit more from the tour as far as traumatic experiences associated with the camps, even though it wasn’t good what they went through.
It was excellent. Helen did a great job. She was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed hearing about the history of Terazin
Great tour but was constantly derailed by the fact that although the tour was supposed to be in English, the tour guide did all the briefings in English and French which messed up the timing where he would tell us to look at something after we had already passed by. The tour was advertised as English not English/French.
This trip was great because it included 3 separate locations with a guide who knew a lot of history and a comfy bus there and back. Our guide was amazing she told us a lot of history and was really informative.
A very insightful visit on the horror of WW II. The small fortress used as a prison was sobering, with the large fortress used as a Jewish ghetto for Czeh and other nationals disposed Jews.
