Small-group Local Pubs Walking Tour And Traditional Czech Dinner

We had such a lovely evening, thank you Maggie! It felt more like making a new friend than having a tour guide. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Prague.

Manuel was an excellent guide, he had great knowledge of the beer scene and the city in general. Couldn't have asked for a better guide.

My guide knew everything. This ended up being a private tour. Had plenty of time to enjoy the city and the food. Worth the time and money.

The pub crawl turned out to be a private tour. Manuel was a gracious and knowledgeable guide and he appreciates good beer. The first two pubs were local places I wouldn't have found on my own, and the beers were excellent. My one suggestion to make this tour better is to find a substitute for the last place -- too touristy and the food was a C - just passable.

The tour was a blast. We got to experience a couple of different pubs and try a few unique local Czech beers. Our guide Tomasz was excellent at showing us around and very knowledgeable about the local culture and history. Would definitely recommend!

I did a beer tour last time I was in Prague that was much better. We learned very little and the guide showed up 25 minutes late making this tour very late for us. We didn’t have food until almost 10pm.

The tour was great! The knowledge and story telling by our guide, April, was fabulous. We highly recommend her! She chose great pubs, drinks, and food for us. We enjoyed everything about it! We did the tour on our last night and we honestly wish we did it on our first night to understand more about Prague in a very fun way.

April had the tour all planned out. Not only did she speak about beer, she added many facts about Prague history. We found her very entertaining and educational. I am not a beer drinker but I wanted my husband to experience this and April made sure I got either wine or soft drinks..

Peter was an excellent guide. We tasted three different beers at three local pubs and had a delish Czech meal. We learned a lot about the cities history along the way. Highly recommend.

Lots of beer, some walking but not difficult. Food was good. Prague is the place to see the night sights Gabriella was amazing!

Our tour was great fun! Tom was a great guide who shared the history of all of the places we stopped. We had a very enjoyable time at each pub and really enjoyed talking with Tom and learning about Prague. I would definitely recommend this experience to friends.

Gabriela is an authentic local guide very well versed in Czech beer history including all the best pubs and restaurants in Prague. Very delightful tour!

Our guide Martin was the best! He explained so much history involving beer… Pilsner’s, Lagers, even Budweiser (which is completely different than the American version). Had several good beers too! Definitely recommend this tour

If you love beer, especially beer history and facts, this is time well spent (can’t say that often about activities involving beer drinking!). Leo was a fantastic guide who provided a lot of information not only about the region’s beer and beer culture, but also a lot of other related information and trivia.

April is a wonderful host. A wealth of knowledge on local beers and provides lots of history of the area. Had loads of fun conversation on so many topics. Thoroughly recommend the tour. 5 star experience.

Not what I expected. Guide was very into one brand only. Would have preferred to sample different types and brands of Czech beer. Dinner was good.

April shared some fun facts about Prague as well as about the beer and the food. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Great way to kick off our time in Prague!

My first night in Prague, really enjoyed this, meeting new people. Our guide Linda was excellent, particularly as this was her first time doing this tour. I particularly liked that she had worked in the brewing industry previously and had a great knowledge of the beer industry. She kept the evening lively and fun despite some poor weather.

It was very entertaining, tomasz was simply awesome and funny! We were a very diverse international group and everyone enjoyed it!

Very cool experience. Tomas was knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining. He brought us to some great pubs and explained beer history, some Czech history, and shared many laughs with us. The dinner was fantastic as well. Highly recommend this experience!

Three pubs and three beers. At one restaurant we ordered traditional Czech food. Tomas was amazing and very easy to have conversation.

Although Matthew was very nice, the tour was not very good. To start off, our guide was late to the meeting Point.. We went to 3 pubs. The first one was very crowded and we had only 1 table that did not accommodate the whole group. We thought we might get some sort of small snack at each pub like other tours we have done, but no- we just got 1 beer. At the second pub we got another beer and a traditional Czech meal. The meal was good, but we could probably have just gone out and done this ourself. After the meal we went to a third pub for 1 more beer which by this time we really didn’t even want. It could have been better if Matthew was a bit more excited or talked more about the places we went or the different beers. I would skip this tour. Viator usually does so much better.

Thomas was an amazing guide and managed to be informative and a ton of fun!! We laughed all evening, enjoyed great beer, an amazing dinner and a very unique restaurant! Highly recommend this tour.

I had a great time was very fun tour. We went to three bars had some good beer and some good conversation. The tour guide was very nice and very knowledgeable. The dinner we had was very good with a lot of choices at a nice restaurant. I would definitely recommend doing this tour 5 star.

Our tour guide was Angela and we were with another couple who we met for the first time on tour. Our guide was really nice and knowledgable about Prague. Gave us insightful facts, history and things to do in the city. We were mostly in Old town at some of the local spots that served traditional food and Czech beers. We had such a good time!

Not worth the money, honestly. Our guide was very nice but she didn’t know anything about the beers or share any information about the food we were eating. Beer is so inexpensive here, that I was expecting a lot more from our guide to make it worth it.

My husband and I booked this tour for our first night in Prague to get better acquainted with the city and some of its bars through the lens of a local. The lovely Angela was a warm and wonderful tour guide! It ended up just being my husband and me, but spending the evening with Angela felt like visiting a new relative in Prague. Angela, who clearly loves what she does, provided a perfect combination of historical context, practical tips, and lively conversation. Highly recommend this tour!

Well organised but venue for meal was not very welcoming and the food only just warm. Friendly guide.

Ljuba was an excellent guide, it was just my wife and I, which was perfect. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, and we learnt not just about beer but Czech culture and Prague too. Greta way to begin your time in Prague.

We stopped at Potrefena Husa and had 2 beers which were pretty awesome! Dinner was at Staromestska for my first ever Czech meal and it was delicious!!!

An interesting an informative evening tour for an introduction to Prague. Guide was an experienced beer drinker with an interesting accent, eager to share his knowledge of Prague’s downtown pubs.

Vojta was such a great guide. We had delicious beers and our seperate tastes were catered to. Could not thank him enough for an interesting, well informed tour. Deep knowledge of the beer was peppered with local knowledge, jokes and anecdotes. Great evening and amazing value. Beer Museum was well worth the visit too
