The driver picked us up at the terminal. His vehicle was very comfortable and roomy. Our driver pointed out a few things of interest for us to do while in Prague. It was nice having our driver ready and waiting for us after we gathered our luggage. No standing in a cue or waiting for an Uber. Door to door service.
The booking was easy. Our driver was on time very nice and our ride to our hotel was very enjoyable!

David was the BEST! He was in contact with us upon arrival. He let us know getting thru and luggage pickup could take more time due to changes happening with the system. He continued to stay in contact and was ready to take us to the hotel when we were thru with our luggage. His patience made arrival less stressful.

No one should ever use this company. They are not reliable or honest. The driver was not at the airport when we arrived. We called the company looking for the driver and they informed us that he would pick us up at the airport in 10 mins. After 20 minutes, we called again. They put us in contact with the driver. The driver told us he was on the way and would be there in 25 minutes. The trip from the airport to the hotel was only 35 minutes but we had to wait for 45 minutes for the driver. The fee was twice the rate if you used an Uber. The driver should be waiting for you. You pay for that service. We informed the driver we no longer wanted their service. We disturbed the company’s credit card charge. They lied to our credit card company that they were there to meet us but we cancelled. So, we were still charged for failure of service. This is the most dishonest company we have ever worked with. Viator should re-think representing them. We have never left a negative review for any service or company. But this company is the worst.

Smooth transfer from airport to city centre hotel. Driver a little late (10 minutes) arriving to pick us up.
Our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours but David was there waiting for us and communicated through WhatsApp. Very friendly and informative on our ride through the city to our hotel.

Hilton Prague is an absolutely exceptional hotel where we spent a wonderful weekend with my whole family. In addition to the beautiful surroundings of the large modern hotel, there was a very pleasant atmosphere. All the staff are helpful and kind. I would like to especially highlight the entire FRONT OFFICE TEAM led by Mr. Jiri Starecek. We requested a total of 6 rooms for our family in advance and everything was perfectly prepared and problem-free thanks to them. We enjoyed our stay very much and we definitely recommend it to everyone. We will definitely come back soon.
We arrived at the airport and were collected and driven to the hotel with no trouble at all. The driver was professional and courteous.

The driver was rude and drove really crazy. He was clearly mad. I tried to ask him a question twice and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Very disappointed. My mother was terrified in the car.
We booked at midnight for a last-minute escape and used Trip Adviser to sort the drive from Prague airport to the Old Town. Our flight landed early, but due to other cancelled flights, there were so many people at passport control. With only one booth opened, the wait was long. Eventually, we got out of the airport an hour later than expected. Yet, our driver had called and messaged us and waited. Even on New Year's Eve at 9.30pm. What a star. Would definitely recommend. Excellent service. They met us in the arrivals hall and had a sign with our name. Our flight was delayed almost an hour but they were there waiting and very professional. It was easy to get to the car and the driver helped with our luggage. It was as simple and low drama as possible. We arrived at the hotel easily. I would highly recommend this service. Driver was excellent!
What an awful experience. Driver didn’t show up. I messaged them and did not receive a response. After waiting 30 minutes we decided to get an Uber. I cancelled the Viator car. I then received abusive messages from the Prague drivers online accusing me of lying as to how long we waited telling us it was our fault because our flight had been delayed. They were rude and aggressive and TWICE the price of an Uber we then found out. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! In the event that your flight is delayed your driver WILL NOT SHOW UP and will accuse you of not waiting. They will then not refund you. We lost money with them even though they did not turn up. The emails I received from them were astonishing. I have never received such bad service and abuse from a service provider EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
