We did this tour with Stepan. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He answered question after question. There were only 3 of us American women and 2 German people. He switched back and forth between languages flawlessly. I highly recommend this tour and hopefully you will get Stepan. He even walked with us further after his tour since he was going in our general direction and pointed out areas we had questions about.

This was a great tour we took this afternoon. Our tour guide (Tatiana) was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderfull walking tour with our Guide.
Excellent destination but bad guide. He spoke softly with no mic. Was not accurate in historical description.
The tour guide only got back to me after I messaged about the meeting place. Only then did they mention that there needed to be at least 2 participants. When I messaged back it was returned as undeliverable. Another tour was offered for the next day (more expensive but offered for free) but I was departing Prague for home. Very disappointing.
It is so worth the money and the time. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and funny.
Although the guide was very enthusiastic and dynamic, the information expected from a city tour regarding the historical and social context of the city was not there. We were given tons of details regarding the exact dates of the facades of the buildings or the statues but nothing about their history or that of the city and the country. As a result, I don't know more about Prague and its culture. Very unfortunate
Our guide was full of energy and stories. We walked all over into various neighborhoods. He timed the clock perfectly and got us a good spot to view.
Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to understand. She tailored our trip to what any in our group liked. Our group was small with only four of us in it. I would recommend this tour because it is a nice length and gives a good overview of the city.
Great walk thru historic areas of city and fantastic way to begin your visit! Our guide was super informative and customized our walk based on personal interests.
Our guide was boring and not very knowledgeable. In some instances she couldn’t answer questions and in other instances she gave wrong answers. The city is magnificent.
Guide Struggled to explain sites in English, very monotone, disappointing. Would be a good tour with a proper guide
The guide had limited English skills and frequently switched between broken English and Italian, which was difficult for most of the group to follow. The tour also ran 30 minutes longer than scheduled. While the guide clearly had a passion for the architecture, many of his comments focused more on personal opinions about the beauty of buildings rather than their historical significance. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this tour based on my experience.
The tour itself was good ..however the tour guide was speaking in English and Italian. His English was difficult to understand and he kept switching to Italian for one couple (who did not speak English)
Excellent Tour - one of the best we've done, and our Guide was the best - very knowledgeable and provided us with a great insight to the history of prague.
Fast paced Informative tour. He tailored the tour to the abilities of the participants. Would definitely recommend this tour to get a feel and understanding of Prague.
We had a great time with our guide Sofia. She was incredibly knowledgeable as well as courteous and helpful. She had great invite on the history of Prague and surrounding areas.
Stepan was really knowledgeable and brought each site to life with interesting stories about the history of the people and places in Prague. It was a great way to find your bearings in a unfamiliar city and learn about the past and how it's shaped the present. Really interesting, highly recommend.
Logistics / tour locations: The locations that we went to on the tour were Old Town, Jewish Quarter, and the Charles Bridge. Our guide, Eva, showed us some things we don’t think we would have seen on our own. Presentation/ Information : It was unfortunate that the presentation of the information was very poor. She mumbled a lot so it was very difficult to understand what she was saying. There were also several instances where we expected her to share information, such as when we were looking at the Charles Bridge, and she said nothing. We had to actively ask for information. There was no cohesion to the information shared (no storytelling) so it was just random facts when we could actually hear her. The tour felt painfully slow because it was so hard to understand.
It was a great tour lots of historical stops. Rene is easy to see as he is tall - which was good because some areas were quite crowded. Rene is affable and friendly
Excellent tour guide Rene really gave us a great introduction to the city, its history and culture. Informative, friendly, satisfying.
Petra was a wonderful tour kind and so patient with all of our questions. She really brought the city to life.
The tour advertises 2.5 walking tour. We were done in under 2 hours. The guide was friendly but appeared rushed - nearly lost her in the crowd a few times. For paying almost 60 dollars Canadian a more thorough and as advertised tour would have been appreciated. You can get a FREE (tip based) with some companies. We were not in a position to do this unfortunately but if I had to do it again this would be the route I would take.
It was interesting but much of a repeat of the 6 hour walking tour. The guide was not as interesting as the other 2 guides we had with this company. When asking questions, the answers seemed unrelated to the question.. this was noticed by others in the group As well
Sofia was amazing. She had all the information and background to make the tour very informative. Her sparking personality was an unexpected pleasure. If you can get Sofia....you will not be sorry.
Petra was a wonderful guide - knowledgeable and friendly - really brought our tour to life with stories and legends.
Ended up on a tour which was combined German and English. Tour guide went through the motions of pointing out different sites without any really background or history so didn’t get any perspective on the places visited. Overall tour route covered the key spots. A bit disappointing for our introduction to Prague.
We really enjoyed this walking tour. Our guide, Mr Ladislav Stoupa, was extremely informative and explained the background and history in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. There were only three of us that day which meant he had plenty of time to answer all our questions. His English was perfect as well. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes as 2.5 hours is a fairly long time to be constantly on your feet Highly recommended
Great tour! Very interesting and educational. Good pace and we tended to take the roads Leas taken to avoid the throngs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour of Prague. Such a beautiful city to explore, and the tour only made us fall deeper in love with the city. Our tour guide, Mr Ladislav Stoupa, was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He demonstrated a clear love for the city, and its rich history and culture. Mr Stoupa was patient with our questions and curiosities, and was more than willing to allow us the freedom to explore around Prague Castle. We’re looking forward to returning!
This tour met all the expectations and more. Our tour guide, Daniel, is young, enthusiastic and mostly, knowledgeable; his passion for the history of Prague combined with the city's amazing beauty made those hours really fly by. I highly recommend it.
We booked the german walking tour. Our guide spoke very clear and good german. So it was easy to understand. It was interesting and the guide was very friendly. After a while we did a break at a coffe where we got 40% discound off for every drink. Such a great experience.
Lucie, our tour guide was absolutely fantastic. It is provided free of charge when staying at the old town Ahoya Hostel. However, it is always good to give her money for the wonderful, informative and cultural experience. Her English is very good and she has that British Banter. She advises us on what to avoid in Prague and where all the best cheap options to go for. I would highly recommend her for the tours in Prague. Funny thing is even a person from another tour group said that our tour was better.
We did the German tour. We got a very good overview about the Old Town. Our guide Ivana was very friendly and because we were so few, she even showed us some smaller places.
We booked the all day walking tour and our guide was Vojta (hope I’ve spelt that right!) - a ukelele-playing, singing guide who really knew his stuff about Prague. Helpful and happy to answer questions about Prague. His artistic slant on the information about the various sights really gave this a unique flair to other tours we’ve been on - would highly recommend :)
Fascinating to hear some of the history of this beautiful city. Michal Plava from Explore Prague was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Myself and a few friends had the pleasure of joining Lucie on a walking tour which our hostel had recommended on Wednesday. She was knowledgable about the sites and answered all questions we had while putting a fun spin to it and made us laugh. It was stated this would be a free walking tour where at the end you pay what you recommend is the right price. Honestly I gave 500krn because she is so worth it, you end up finding out a lot about Prague in one day. She recommended places to eat and local cuisine which was affordable prices and ensured nobody was ripped off. We loved Lucie so much that we ended up doing the castle tour later on that day and then beer tour straight after that! Could not recommend this enough if it’s your first or second day in Prague as you get to map out everywhere and explore the main parts of the town while enjoying a couple of beers and local food. Lucie is awesome so hopefully you get her on your tour and enjoy Thanks so much for the amazing day Lucie Stacey from Scotland - lives in London GOODLUCIE2019
My friend joined me and we did more than 2hours tour around historical centre with Milda. We visited streets and monuments which are right in centre but without guide difficult to find and we got a deep and extensive information about history, shopping opportunities and culture and life in Prague. Difficult tour for guide - English and German. We appreciated a sensitive approach to both languages despite we were less she spoke to us equal; why agency doesn´t do the tour in one language only? There is not enough guides in Prague?
Our guide made a bit of annoying impression! The tour was unfortunately a bit boring. No helpful tips about local restaurants could be given!
Very helpful, kind, the Story about Prague very prepared we did a nice ride thanks from Maurizio
It was great to know a part of the city with such a knowledgeable and friendly guide. Super positive experience!
Sebastian has made a very good experience with a lot of patience and very professional answering the questions we asked 100% recommended
Intressant vandring med duktig guide, Yarka. Nödvändigt att du orkar gå en hel del. Vi hade en lite grupp, kunde ställa frågor, blev extra visade sånt vi frågade efter, givande!
The tour was not possible because they decided to cancel unilaterally due to lack of a minimum number of participants. I can understand this. What I do not understand is that the visitor finds out when they are at the meeting point, without a message to the email notifying them of their cancellation in advance (despite the multiple messages remembering the appointment they receive). Very bad communication from the tour organization.
The guide has a tremendous knowledge of what he wants to bring to the guests can tell very well in German. He doesn’t just spool everything more honestly, but also incorporates personal experiences. Time should be set to a good 2.5 h or easily half an hour more. If the 2.5 h is enough, you should clarify with him from the beginning what is important to you, so that the main points in time are achieved.
Very funny guide we had a great time took us to see some nice spots in the city telling the stories and legends we liked it very much is very nice guide
Stephan was an excellent Tour Guide, he gave us a great introduction to the history of Prague and its different neighborhoods, highly recommended this tour.
Very interesting tour of the most important sights in the old town with lots of additional tips and suggestions for the rest of your stay in Prague. Mr. Urban is a very competent and cheerful city guide who also provided a lot of historical and cultural background information and also gave insights into his own everyday life in Prague.
We were a small group, the guide had to speak in German and English, but he managed this well. There was a good overview of the important places in the city, the guide was very nice and knew his way around. The tour even lasted longer than stated. Definitely recommend it.
Eine sehr gute Führung, bei der viel geschichtliches Wissen zu Prag, Böhmen, Schlesien, Slowakei vermittelt wurde.
