Not worth it at night at all: there is no drink included and there’s not a lot to see as there are no buildings lit up like in Budapest

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for this trip. Totally pointless, couldn’t see much due to the condensation. Waste of money.
An hour trip with a bar if required, a 3 language commentary and the expected fabulous views Prague. We went at dusk so we're treated to both daytime and night time views which I would recommend
Great value of money thanks for this great opportunity to see a difference corner of the city from the river side
This cruise was a lovely peaceful hour spent on the river. The boarding and serving of drinks on board was well organized by friendly staff and the boat was clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed this very relaxing cruise.
We took a mid day cruise and it was wonderful! The staff and boat were nice and the views on the cruise were epic. For the cost this is well worth it and should have a much higher rating!
The sightseeing cruise in Vltava river in Prague is an amazing experience through the river. The trip admission fees worth it for the cruise and guide provided. Very very exceptional experience in Prague and it’s highly recommended, especially the afternoon timing.
Jetty easy to find, friendly staff, not overloaded with commentary and information and another right length. Was glad we’d brought jackets for 9pm cruise as cool on top deck sitting on metal benches.
We took a short tour during the day, buying our tickets by the docks. Not worth the time. The boat was new and comfortable enough for the short trip. Boat lower deck is designed to have meals served for dinner. It was not something we fancied doing. Overall it was ok and disappointing as we sailed for about half a mile before the boat made a U turn and went back another half a mile beyond the original departure point, to return to the docks again.
It was okay for a short boost ride.
Fare was 21 usd. I used Visa. Boat was quite large and could easily hold >100 people. On my tour there was only about 25. Boat was very clean and new looking. There are two decks, upper has no cover with bench seats. Lower deck (covered) inludes the bar/snack area. From observing empty chafing dishes it was obvious that the boat can also be for lunch/dinner cruises. I thought it was well worth the $21.
Lovely boat ride providing excellent views of a number of key landmarks within Prague. Our boat was 100% electric, which made the operation silent and created such a tranquil environment. Staff was great and attentive, super friendly, and the beers were cold. Loved it - well with the $20
Lovely view, informative but definitely could have given more history and information about Prague. At times we were just floating and listening to music.
It was an amazing experience. Great site seeing and view. Would definitely do it again. Try to get the outside seats for a better view and get there about 20 minutes before the cruise sail off
Top class service on board. The evening trip was beautiful with the landmarks being lit up. Well worth it
Great tour to discover Prague from River - Prague in night was spectacular, lights simmering in the water and the brightly lit buildings added extra beauty. Great view of Charles bridge was the other highlight.
It was a pleasant trip yes - Thought there could have been more information about the buildings we were passing The staff serving the drinks were wonderful , polite and friendly
Never met such rude staff! We wnt on the boat and decided to sit downstairs because just before it had rained. However downstairs the audio guide was not very clear. As we disembarked we tried to tell the staff who respinded that its not their problem and if we want we can write review!
Riding the Anna Carolina catamaran with Prague Boats was easily one of the highlights of my trip. It was 15th of July 2026 right in the middle of the summer. It was hot and sunny, but also slight wind on Vltava made cruise fine. The price is 450 Czech kronas i.e. $22. 50 min. No food and drinks included. This is 100% electric boat. So no smels from disel engine or loud noise. Actually on the lower deck there is a restaurant and bar. But there are leather seats by the windows, the air conditioner works. On the upper deck there is a sunken space without a roof or awning, the sun can burn your head. Take hats. There are waiters and there is service on the second deck. They accept cards for payment. This is the cheapest cruise. Departures every 30 minutes from 10 am to 10 pm. Also ther are audio guides on Czech, English abd German. There is another cruise for 2 hours. There the ship sails all the way to Vyšehrad. There the price is 700 Czech crowns per adult. But on another single-deck ship, also electric, there are gastronomic cruises for 2 and 3 hours. There the prices are from 1230 to 3230 crowns. There is live music, dinner and drinks. Next time I will choose cruise named Prague by night - 3 hours, swedish table, aperative, live music OR "Prague Grand Cruise" for 2 hours to Vysehrad with price 700 CZK. There are also low prices for children but age 3-11 years old. The modern design, smooth ride, and panoramic 360-degree views of the Vltava River make it perfect for capturing the iconic sights of Prague—from Charles Bridge to Prague Castle. Super clean, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent organization onboard. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and scenic river cruise! Captured some incredible cinematic 4K POV footage of this trip.
Did the cruise on a lovely day sat on the top deck we really had a lovely relaxing time drinks service too
The weather was perfect, with clear skies throughout the day. The boat was electric, which made the experience even better as there was virtually no background noise. The English commentary was clear, audible, and easy to follow. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our nighttime cruise on the river through Prague. The experience lasted exactly 50 minutes and we found the cost reasonable for that length. We sat on the open, upper deck with almost everyone else on the cruise. Some guests paid extra for an included glass of sparkling wine, but there was a la carte ordering available for everyone else. The staff were efficient and friendly. This cruise would be best either for people wanting spectacular photos of Prague's major sights, a quick overview of what the city offers, or couples looking for a romantic outing. Make sure to check Sunset time so you can schedule your cruise at a time you can see the city lit up.
Lovely trip up and down river, not much of an audio guide, but main points mentioned, very good price for drinks on board.
Nice little boat ride on the Danube with view of the Charles Bridge and other historic sights.......
We decided to do a sightseeing boat tour when we seen them operating the river whilst we were on the Charles Bridge. We went with this company and they were very friendly and professional from start to finish. With great views to be had throughout the tour, it was a must do. With drinks and snacks available on board at very reasonable prices, it was a great way to pass an hour and give a different perspective to the city.
Wonderful nighttime experience. Nice to sit and have a drink with friends while enjoy, enjoying the view from the river..
It was a nice smooth ride, however, everyone stands in the way of taking pictures without you also getting up and moving about, thus being in others way. It was also very packed - I’m sure because it’s a decent price for a nice 50 minute break. It’s definitely worth the price to rest your feet and look at the buildings along the small stretch of the Vltava River it goes down and up. We went at night when it’s all lit up & I would highly recommend the evening for that reason. They take drink orders, but it takes a while to get them. They also sell blankets, mugs, & coins. If you want your group to go together and it’s more than 15 be sure you message them to add the tickets. We were on a separate boat from our group even though we all had the same pier on our purchase.
A pleasant evening cruise with great photo opportunities for photos of Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. The trip is narrated with fun facts about what you can see. Table service for drinks provided to your seat.
The experience was amazing. The sights were beautiful although there was not much commentary from the boat’s captain
What an absolutely delightful experience on the 50 Minute River Experience. We arrived early as suggested, but on our trip there was plenty of space. We chose to sit inside, but the glass windows meant we had a totally unrestricted view and it was spectacular. We went under Charles Bridge and we were fortunate to have a photo of our group with the bridge in the background. The bar staff came around immediately the trip started and ensured we had drinks for the entire trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would have no hesitation in recommending it and we would do it again when we return to Prague.
The boat trip was a nice relaxing trips between bridges, there’s waiters too take your order while you sit and relax having classical music playing. We enjoy the experience and the following day we booked another experience on a smaller boat which was a great trip same company.
Very smooth ride in the electric boat with plenty of seating on the top deck. Staff were friendly when taking orders for drinks but our order was totally forgotten and we only received it 5 minutes before we disembarked! Audio guide was through a speaker but we couldn’t hear it due to other passengers chatting. It was good to see a few of the large buildings from the water but again couldn’t hear what they were. The boat only goes up and down a section of the Vltava river due to the wier but it was a relaxing 50 minutes.
Very romantic experience late at night. The value for money is quite good with a 50 minute boat trip around the river, with an audio guide explaining what you’re looking at. Staff were friendly and helpful and our boat wasn’t too busy though I saw others on the water that was packed so if you want a more intimate experience go later at night (we went at 9.40PM). Only downside is that the bench seats were REALLY uncomfortable but not unbearable.
Great way to see Prague via the river. Informative and very relaxing Recommended
Really nice experience especially when the sun goes down. The staff were all kind and helpful. One of the cleanest tourist boats I have ever been on. Would definitely recommend it when in Prague
It was nice newer boat. Staff very nice and friendly and prompted table drink orders. Very short cruise. The boat can only go so far up and down the river in a very short distance due water locks. It was nice. You are the river for about 45 minutes. Total 50 minutes
I never got to do it when I was in Prague for the first time, so I'm really happy I've finally seen Prague from a boat perspective. I couldn't hear the audio, which is a bit sad, but still, the experience was fun and relaxing. Thanks!
Took the 50 minute tour. A very modern electric boat with floor to ceiling viewing windows for great views of Prague. There was also an upper viewing deck too. A table service for drinks was also available during the short trip. Commentary in several languages was provided with an interactive map available via QR code to add more info if you wanted it.
The boat was so clean! I loved having the commentary over the speakers while we were floating down the river. The boat showed a beautiful perspective to the buildings along the water. It was nice having the server take our order and bring our drinks to us. Very nice staff all around!
We booked for 9.30pm, they requested us to arrive and stand in the line strattone at least from 9.10pm. When we were already waiting in line they told us that the engine of our boat broke (the boat arrived perfectly and they immediately put the boat to charge..). In the end we were requirente to wait for longer than 1.30 hour. No discount, no space to Seat, very poor treatment. Not advised.
We were unable to find an elevator to the docks from street level. Just stairs and a long incline hill down which was much further away so just be aware of that. It was listed as an one hour tour but was more of a 45 min tour. I guess the 15 mins was to embark and disembark. Smooth ride. Great pictures with the sunset behind the castle on the hill. Couldn't hear the recorded guide. Unfortunately we have very loud people talking behind us...didn't hear anyone else who were that loud.
It was a very sunny, hot day so this was a lovely experience on the top deck taking in the view. Couldn’t really hear the audio guide so we just enjoyed the ride. ‘Table service’ drinks and snacks were a nice option. We got the 7pm - as we came off, the 8pm ride was much busier.
Great trip with river boat at Prague. Excellent balance between price and quality and service on the boat.
A very nice excursion on the Vltava, great views of the city. Enjoyed very much, while a relatively short excursion, it makes it easy to fit into your schedule
The other reviews I read were pretty accurate—it’s basically just a boat ride covering sights you could just see from land. Commentary was recorded and very limited. It was a relaxing trip though and great to see lights at night. Knowing what to expect, we weren’t disappointed.
The boat ‘tour’ was an add on with our hop on hop off bus ticket. It was an electric boat so it was incredibly quiet and smooth. Prague was cold, windy, and rainy this day, so being inside sitting at a table was very nice. My friend and I ordered a mimosa and took in the sights as the boat cruised down to the St Charles bridge and beyond. The boat then turned back around and went ‘up river’ a while before turning back to our dock. I honestly didn’t want the ride to end! The ONLY reason why I gave this 4 stars is that the mimosas were very expensive…but hey!!! Who can say they were sipping champagne on the river in Prague on a rainy day?
Great experience, but really only 40 minutes, also audio was hard to listen to, as it constantly cut in and out.
Is a must thing to be done while in Prague, the boat is an electric one with no noise and gasoline odor, have a seat on the deck and try the beer.
The 50-minute Prague Boats cruise is a delight. Beautiful to see this old city from the water. Online ticketing was easy, the upper deck is great for viewing, wine and non-alcoholic drinks were served very efficiently. Well worth it and great value.
Nice tour, too bad we could not hear the commentary
