Sophia was great! She was very knowledgeable and interesting. She kept a good pace on the tour with plenty of information.
We made the tour on July 2023. We started at 10 a.m. and finished at 14. The guide Ladislav Stoupa accompained me and my family making accurate descriptions not only of the sites we visited (castle of Prague, boat trip and Jewish quarter) but also all the roads, squares and all the facilities in the city (mains of trasports and prices).
Peter was excellent and extremely helpful, great personality, friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Premiant to anyone visiting Prague!!
Visiting the castle and learning the history of the area was made possible by Ladislaus Stoupa, who had a great command of the English language. His concise summary of the history of Prague was very enlightening.
Picked us up for afternoon tour. Our tour guide Ladislav Stoupa mentioned only the two of us on this tour, he had 20 people on morning tour. He was great, proud of his city and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. Had a little rain shower but he lead us under overhangs while he explained things, didn’t get wet. Tour was a bit longer and I believe covered more then stated in brochure. After his tour we felt very comfortable getting around with a no map or guide book. Thank you Ladislav.
Perfect Tourguide from the Beginning to the end. We saw everything interesting in the City and the Perfect Tourguide could answer every question
The combination of a small bustour through the city (showing most important sites) followed bij a downhil walk from the Castle via the bridge through the Jewisch quarter towards the "old city" was perfect. The guide Mr. Ladislav Stoupa has an enourmous knowledge of Pragues history. We recomment him and of course this tour to anybody visiting this beautiful city.
It was an absolutely perfect and very informed tour! Our Tour guide Ladislav Stoupa was very professional and funny! We‘ll see us again.
Ivana (our guide) spoke excellent German. The tour was interesting and she answered all the questions we had. You could tell that she really loves her City (Prague) therefore the tour was even better. The information she gave us were really extensive. She was very friendly and even ordered us food and drinks when we were on the boat tour. All in all I can say that the tour was very fun, informative and that I would recommend it to my friends and family that want to visit Prague. The tour covered all important things that you need to see :)
Participated in this tour with the lovely Martina as a tour guide who was fab! Very informative and lots to see. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic tour, very knowledgeable guide, really made the city come alive. Really interesting information shared in a lively and engaging way, never felt overloaded with superfluous information. Our guide gave us great recommendations of places to go for food, beer and live music too. We’re English but noticed that our guide spoke multiple languages and was able to translate for others on the tour.
Very informative tour from Ladislav Stoupa. We did the 4 hour tour which goes to the castle, Charles bridge and ends with a nice boat trip up the river.
Our guide was Jacob Sasinka, he was informative, accommodating, and pleasantly humorous. I was surprised he can speak good mandarin , definitely a plus to your company. The driver was Tony, he was good and careful.
Our guide Mr ladislav was excellent. V. Knowledgeable and spoke great English. All questions answered.
Ladslav was our guide, he was great spoke different languages very well and was extremely accommodating
A good trip with Eva Nova as guide. A half hour tour of the city by bus. Followed with a great tour of the castle, and Cathedral. Fuller viewing would mean buying extra tickets to explore speccastle parts. Then walk back to old town via Jewish areas. The group was mixed with french and English. Eva kept both groups happy with plenty of information. When talking to the French group it gave a rest from information overload. The groups interacted well, giving an overall great experience.
Very nice guide. Good tour. Worth it. Boat bus and walk tour is a very good mixture. The price is absoluty ok.
Jiri was a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. I often do the walking tours when visiting cites around the world. It was at the perfect pace and Jiri really knew his stuff. He had a lovely manner and whilst it was only me and my girlfriend on the walking tour, he didn’t rush through things. He gave us time to ask questions throughout and we had a few jokes and laughs with him as well. I would highly recommend Jiri’s walking city tour (the company is called Premiant).
We had a cold but amazing trip around Prague today with Jakob S . What a great guide, funny, enlightening and very informative . What a history Prague has and this was a great way to embrace it. Thank you Jakob for a great tour.
Good value and full of information. We had a very enjoyable day in December seeing so much of Prague and learning so much from our excellent guide, Wenceslas. Lunch on a river cruise was included giving us time to sit for an hour and see more sights over our meal. We explored areas of Prague we would never have found just wandering and packed so much into the day. It was perfect for us as we were only in Prague for two days so appreciated the organisation. Our guide was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.
We took Prague Great City Tour. It included combination of bus, walking and cruise excursion. Very professional and informative. Everything was on time, bus was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to our guide Ladislav for introducing us to endless world of Prague.
Our licensed guide Mr. Ladislav Stoupa was very friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. It was an awesome experience
I think this is a great bang for the buck to see all the main sites of Prague - the caste area, the river with Charles Bridge and swans galore, the Jewish Quarter, and of course, the astronomical clock. Our guide was very entertaining with a great sense of humor, very knowledgeable, and very accommodating to all walking speeds and abilities.
Our hotel recommended this tour. Brochure said hotel pick up, that translated to a tour guide on foot meeting you in the lobby to walk about 1/3 of mile to the bus. We were the last on this bus that held about 40 people. It did not have a glass top which made it impossible to see anything as they drove through the streets of Prague, which are narrow. Once we arrived at Prague Castle you go on foot over cobble stone, uneven streets. We asked the guide to slow the pace as by the time we caught up to him he would move onto the next attraction. I won't comment on the boat ride portion as it began to rain when we got there so we sat downstairs to stay dry as the top deck had no covering. We felt completely left out of this tour, total waste of our time and money. Would not recommend for anyone with any type of walking disability like bad knees or back.
Ivana, our assigned guide, was awful. She ditched 7 of us at a stop light and went on with the rest of the group. We never saw her again! It was outside the Hradcany (castle) area. After the light changed we went forward to a large group of people at the security gate where they searched bags, etc. Afterward and still looking for Ivana and her umbrella, we saw no one from our group. The 7 of us wandered around the area and eventually back to the Old Town. When I went back to the ticket office, they called her and she had said he waited for us for 15 minutes. That is untrue. She never counted the total on the bus. She had no idea who was in her group. She was terrible and worse, she lied. Just avoid the company in case Ivana is your guide that day.
You get to see some great sights and if you are short on time and are up for a long walk plus boat trip this may well be the tour for you. A long day but worth it. Very good guide.
We had a guide named Ladislav Stoupa during the bus ride, boat trip and a walk. It took about 3,5 hour and I would recomend the tour and guide to everybody visiting Prague. very much value for the money and an extremely good guide! The trip is is planed on a tight schedual, but he made it enjoyable and is very skilled. If you have a choice......chose this Guide!
Grand city tour. Seeing the castle was nice, but we didn't have tickets to some of the important places to see. Why not? Oh that's because, WE DIDN'T KNOW WE NEEDED TO BUY EXTRA TICKETS. The guide made it sound like WE CHOSE to not buy the "tickets." Disappointing.
We were lucky to be a small group of 6 people, and our guide, Michaella, managed very well giving all the explanations and background history in both English and Spanish, as we had a couple of people from Ecuador. She shared many details and relevant info on the city, and kept the group engaged and interested all through the almost 4 hours of our tour. The weather was very pleasant, which definitely help to make the experience even more enjoyable. If you have a little extra time, plan on booking a tour specifically to visit inside the Prague Castle, which is not part of this tour.
On our first day in the city we opted to go on a guided tour and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to start our visit in Prague. Our guide was Albert who was not just knowledgeable but personable with a great sense of humour and genuine interest in his group. We enjoyed learning many interesting stories about Prague, Czech and how we had shared historical links. The whole group interacted with Albert and each other which made for a very enjoyable 3/4 hours. Would recommend to anyone coming to the city for the first time. One watch out is that the boat trip only accepts cash if you want any food or drinks during the boat ride. Thanks Albert for great introduction to your city!
This tour was great value for money and you saw much of Prague in 3.5 hours. We were picked up at our hotel Ibis and driven to pick up point for the tour. We started it in a bus and drove around parts of the city and Jewish quarter and then got out at Prague castle and enjoyed a tour there. After that we walked to Charles bridge via John Lennon wall and the guide pointed out different attractions along the way. We then finished by the astrological clock. The guide was happy to answer questions and was very clear with instructions. It was good to learn about the history of this beautiful city and we really enjoyed it.
My wife and I always like to do a city tour on our first day in a new place, so we went for this one which was recommended by our hotel concierge. Good call! Our guide Helena (Russian, but you wouldn’t guess that) was excellent. Knowledgeable and energetic, she kept us moving at a good pace with breaks when we needed. She also gave us invaluable advice on which restaurants to try, so based on that alone I recommend this tour.
We booked a 6 and half hour city tour through Premiant before we left the UK. We knew this would be a long day, but wanted to get a good overview of the City before we set out to explore on our own. We were not disappointed. We were picked up from our hotel and joined up with our guide Jacub, who was extremely informative and kept the commentary light hearted and we did not feel at any time that we were being rushed around the sights. We mentioned 6 and half hours – well 8 and half hours later (!) we had seen and been told so much interesting information, not just about Prague (including the do’s and don’ts), but also about the Czech Republic as a whole. By the end of the tour we were well placed to go out exploring more at our own pace the following day. It was fascinating. Probably because it was a whole day tour, there were only 8 adults and 2 extremely well behaved small children in the group, and everyone got on famously. You do need to have the stamina for walking a lot on this tour, so comfortable shoes are a must. We started off in the Old Town and Jewish Quarter before heading for a simple but nice meal on a river boat which included an hour’s cruise up and down the river through the city with an informative commentary. A mini bus then took us across the river to visit one of the many Churches in Prague before walking up to the funicular railway, which took us up to Petrin Hill. A leisurely walk took us down the hill to the Monastery (including a refreshment stop at the Monastery Beer Garden), the Castle, Cathedral and finally down to Charles Bridge. The tour should have finished there, however, Jacub kindly escorted those who wished to go back to the Old Town. We can’t praise him enough for his time with us. It was worth every penny and we would highly recommend it.
I was really excited to get a good grasp of Prague in a day, and this trip looked perfect. I was super disappointed though. - the guide, Camera/Kamera/something like that, was horrible. She was rude, her English was terrible so we had no idea what she was saying, she yelled at us for not paying enough attention when admiring sights, she complained when walking (lady it’s a 6.5 hour WALKING tour, if you can’t cope, do a different tour!), we are pretty sure she was drunk halfway through, but worst of all, she gave so little information! For example we got to a sight, she would say ‘this is what that is’ and be done with it. I’m SO glad I went on a bike tour the night before to learn some actual interesting facts about things. The whole group of 9 had a great laugh about how terrible the guide was, and if it wasn’t for the group being such fun, it would have been a miserable experience! 2/10 - great sights, terrible guide.
Jakub Druek, our tour guide, made this tour a pleasure with his ability to engage everyone with his knowledge and friendly demeanor. His detailed historical accounts at the Cathedral, Maria Theresa square and at the Astronomical Clock made the city's past come to life. Great job!
My son and I took this tour and really enjoyed it. Honestly, the minivan part wasn't that great because of terrible traffic, but the commentary was good and we were eventually dropped off at the castle for the walking tour back into the city. Our guide (I can't remember his name, but he was born in Russia but had lived in Prague for many years) was excellent... his commentary was great, and he let us decide what things we did or did not want to see (for example, there was a very long queue for viewing the cathedral and he let us decide as a group whether to wait or to add in a few sights along the way.) What made the trip even better was that there were only 5 of us on the trip, so we could hear very well and also have our questions answered easily. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and felt it was a good value as well.
This is one of the best guided tours I have ever done. The tour guide Jakub Drnek is excellent: a fountain of knowledge about Czech history, all of which was explained in a very engaging manner. Really educational and enjoyable experience. I will certainly recommend to my friends. Thanks
This is a waste of time if you want facts and information in English. Find out before you go if it is an English only tour, as our guide spoke in both Spanish and English which was hard to follow and meant there was less time available to provide information. Focus seemed to be on where you could get a photo and details provided were limited. Guide did not wait for everyone before moving on and starting commentary. The boat part of the trip was ok, but overall wouldn’t recommend as learnt very little.
First time in Prague we wanted to get a fast introduction to the city and some historical background maybe as well. The very expensive tour (including a joke boat ride) was a total disappointment. The guide was more concentrating in rushing through things and tell all of us were to by souvenirs, booklets and other crap. Once we came to the castle he just said you’ve got 30 minutes of your own (while everything was either closed or lines soooooooo long.....). Totally waste of time and money. Much better to look things up her at tripadvisor, checking Wikipedia etc and get a few “insider” recommendations from your concierge.
We took this tour as part of our Gate 1 package and the tour was excellent. It was very cold during the tour so we would have enjoyed it more if the temps were above 40 degrees but it was still very informative and the guide was very knowledgeable.
Pre booked this tour before we got to Prague. Excellent value for money. There was only myself and my husband on the tour so it really was a personal tour. Our guide, Vojjta was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Plenty of walking which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Loved the city tour and the way it was done. Our guide Mr. Ladislav Stoupa was an amazing tour guide and was pretty informative. He knew what he was doing and was entertaining as well.
The tour started well with a pick up from our hotel. Next was a bus tour through the city with our guide pointing out points of interest. After that we headed up to Prague Castle. Our tour went downhill from there. Our guide didn’t explain where we would be going in the Castle. Her knowledge was good but when leading the group she held up a water bottle for us to follow. She wasn’t the tallest person and didn’t keep track of the group at all. I stopped briefly to take a photo and literally within 5 seconds the group went behind a barrier into the cathedral part WITHOUT checking everyone was there. I had no idea where they went. My husband mentioned that I wasn’t with them and she couldn’t have cared less. All she said was we have a boat and a bus to catch. I then proceeded to wander the castle on my own and getting more distressed. An anxiety attack ensued. I asked several people to help and thank you to the lovely family who could see I was upset and helped. I decided to walk back to where the bus had dropped us off and finally found my daughter on the way. Our guide continued to just wander off and was assuming we were following her. We then headed for the river cruise part. The boat was very old and dated. Then the tour guide left a family behind when we headed off onto the last leg of the tour. The tour was very mediocre. It was like ‘hop on a bus and see a small part of Prague, lead or not lead a group around the Castle, here sit on a boat for an hour and then walk back to the city square’. Not very professional. For the cost of $45 per person we were very disappointed and unfortunately will not be recommending this tour.
Decided to take Premiant's #1 tour. Was picked up from the hotel at 9.30 and we were on our way by bus by 10 am. The bus took us through various parts of the city with continuous commentary by Mr Ladislav (Stoupa). A former languages teacher, his commentary in English was excellent. The bus took us to Prague Castle where we were free to walk around on our own after watching the 'Changing of the Guard'. Then back to the bus to the river where we went by boat down the river under the famous Charles Bridge and then back. Wonderful views of the city in both sides. If you want to take photos from the upper deck in winter, make sure to wrap up warmly - it will be chilly. Once the boat is docked Mr Ladislav led us the short walk to the city's main square again with excellent commentary. From the start of the commentary until the finish was around 3 1/2 hrs. Great value for money and great exercise (a fair amount of walking involved).

Excellent tour. A taster of the major attractions in the city. 30 mins tour on the coach and 3 hrs walking. Good knowledgeable helpful guide and the added bonus due to the time of year and weather had a private tour.

Leader covered a lot of territory. Was really an over view. I perhaps would have enjoyed a tour inside of the castle but I understand that is not what I signed up for. We had a great time in Praha .
