Fantastic tour! Judith did a magnificient job to explain all the interesting storys in a way that young and old had a great time.

The tour was funny, and we really enjoyed our guide. We played some games too, and it was overall a great experience. It would've been better if there had been a longer version of the tour.

It was a great tour. We saw a few dungeons. Learned about some of the darker history of Prague. And got some good steps in.

Maki is a fun, charismatic and entertaining tour guide who made the tour interesting and great fun while we learnt about the history of Prague and the ghosts and legends.

Maki guided us through the city and made the whole experience a very memorable one with her interesting and witty commentary! It was our first time in Prague and we couldn't have wished for a better guide, so special thanks to Maki and we hope she continues this for a long time so more people can have the absolute pleasure of meeting her 🖤

Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 19:00 for our 19:15 tour and presented our e-ticket at the ticket office. We were told to return at 19:20 and wait for the 19:30 tour. When we checked again, we were told we needed to pay a booking change fee because we didn’t have a printed ticket. What made the experience even worse was the way we were treated by the staff. Instead of offering assistance or trying to resolve the situation, they were rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. We were made to feel as though the situation was our fault, despite following their instructions. Terrible customer service, poor communication and an extremely unpleasant experience. We would not recommend this tour.

The tour was excellent and Mia’s delivery was spot on! I highly recommend the tour for anyone interested in learning some of Prague’s more unusual history.

My boyfriend and I booked a tour on a whim while visiting Prague and our guide Natalie didn’t disappoint! She dressed the part (down to the spooky lantern), and she was knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. We enjoyed learning about the city’s dark history, exploring the dungeons, and spinning the wheel of death. Would absolutely recommend for a fun adventure that doesn’t break the bank. ☺️

Our guide was Mia, who was very friendly and had a very entertaining way of telling stories and legends. We also really enjoyed the torture dungeon. We highly recommend it.

Emma was an AMAZING GUIDE very animated and entertaining! She shares stories on Czech life, history and scary ones too! She also takes the little details like involving the group in activities and it helps to immerse ourselves in the medieval world. Love it!
