The trip up to the Prague Castle was fine. Our guide gave nice commentary on the way and while introducing us to the complex. He then left us to visit the sites on our own. We thought we were to meet him after for our ride back to the meeting spot. Surprise! No ride home! We had to find our own way back. I think this should have been specified in the description before we purchased it and certainly should have been specified in our documentation. Fortunately, we were already familiar with Prague’s public transportation. But it was a very long walk down many cobblestone stairs to get to transportation. The kind of walk we were trying to avoid by purchasing transportation with our tour package. I am still recommending this because the ride spares you the walk UP to the complex, just not down.
Daniel and his colleague were amazing guides to the Prague Castle history and general information. Very professional and knowledgeable. Transport excellent. Download guide provided was helpful.
These guys hoard castle tickets so when the official tickets sell out you have to buy these at 4 times normal official price. Also they advertise that you get an audio guide. I assumed this would be a proper official guide with its own handset and headphones like at other tourist attractions. It is not. It’s a terrible online guide that you have to access on your phone ( if u have a data plan) and it constantly drops out, audio randomly stops and you will need to keep reopening the webpage and re-log in after using your phone to take photos. The castle is a nice place on weekdays away from the crowds but this company is a rort. Also note in September 2025 the palace is closed to touring so you miss out on a good chunk of the attractions in the castle complex. There was no discount to the ticket. And no warning that the palace would be closed. The only compensation for this from the company was a 10% discount at some other palace in Prague.
Great way to get onto castle grounds Meeting place easy to find Helpful staff members They where all multilingual
Well chosen visit. Our guide Konstantin went above and beyond what we expected! During the time it took us to drive to the Castle and then inside it, he never stopped giving us great information about the city of Prague as well as it's history, past and present. Strongly recommend it!
Costa is a very friendy guy and explained everything about prague to us before we are entering the castle. He even give us some tips where to eat, what place is recomended to visit, etc. I like the audioguide that they provide us: Easy to listen in a very clear information and explanation, we can play it acording to where the spot we are at in order.
It was very easy to find the pickup location listed. There was a little walk to the vehicle (Prague streets can be very small), but the guide gave us lots of nice information the whole way. He pointed out many sights on the drive, and he gave us a brochure with a map and showed us how to use their guided tour website at Prague Castle. I have been here previously, and this way was much better than walking up the hill and generally not knowing what I was looking at. It was a good experience, but the castle is very crowded and you should plan probably 2-4 hours after drop off to explore on your own.
This was a great tour, and our guide was the best! We were taken by minibus to the castle and a guide told us things to see and told us about St. Vitus Cathedral. The cathedral was so beautiful!! We spent as much time as we wanted and saw everything at Prague Castle.
The praque Castle is a must see. Using skip the line and transfer makes that very easy. The guide was supportive and knows a lot.
Convenient way to get to the castle and great orientation. The information provided by the guide was extremely useful -- from the historical and cultural notes regarding not only the Castle but also the city and the country, to the tips on how to make the best of the visit, what not to miss, etc. The transport and prepurchased tickets were super helpful.
Excellent tour. We met our guide in the Old Town Square right on time. She was the highlight of this tour, really knowledgeable with a fun and charismatic way of explaining everything - a pleasure to listen to. Well pleased with this purchase.
Our guide was on time and did share a lot of infos and trivias about Prague in general. We did skip the line for the tickets, just waited for about 7 minutes for the security.
We met up with the driver and guide behind the Jan Hus statue. The van was clean and comfortable. The guide shared a wealth of knowledge. And also very pleasant. Enjoyed her 45-50 minute tour. Plenty for us old folks lol. It was a quick and easy walk to the castle grounds from where the van dropped us off. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to avoid too many steps uphill.
All as it is written and explained, the guide was kind, fruendly and gave an introduction to the castle explaining how to visit
We took a tour this week for the Prague castle and it was well conducted by the knowledgable guide. We spent 2.5 hrs in the castle and 45 mins travelling to it through a walk about and explanation of Charles bridge on the bridge which was quite nice. The one minus point for this tour for us was the meeting point explanation on the voucher - it’s not near the castle main entrance where the change of guard happens, it was actually near Charles bridge which was a big pain point for us as even the locals couldn’t decipher the address of the square or statue described on our voucher. We finally had to ring the company to get guided there which was very panicky and resulted in a 15 min run to the meeting point!
Nice option to arrive at Castle for those with limited mobility. Drops you off right at the front gates and gets you started on your way with water bottle and an overview.
This was the way to go and get up the hill! This was a personal tour with our tour guide. To get a ride up the hill—- was worth every penny!! She was so knowledgeable and personable. She gave us a Fabius overview of the grounds. Highly recommended!!!
The minibus transfer makes this worthwhile and saves a lot of walking prior to arriving at the castle. The guide was very good (didn't catch her name) - we spent some time with her in old town square prior to the minibus arriving and she gave us a short informative tour of the square. The lines at security were short when we arrived, however it was good to have someone give you some advice on touring the castle area. The only issue we had was that there are several possible tickets providing different combinations of entry into buildings. The one we had did not include the Rosenberg Palace, and it is not possible to purchase a single entry just for this palace. Instead we ended up in the Lobkowicz Palace which we thoroughly enjoyed (and recommend). Original Beethoven (his 5th) and Mozart manuscripts on display with hand written edits.

Worth every penny. Excellent informative guide helped us through quickly.
Beautiful castle and churches

Martina was our guide. A fabulous guide and Michael was the driver. I was glad that ti was organised and had purchased beforehand

The perfect transfer, the perfect introduction, then we did the tour we were told and everything very well
Friendly and punctual guide. We were fully informed about the sites to visit and the parallel activities.
