On the 28.0.2026 I was picked up by a pre booked airport taxi from Prague terminal to Royal Court hotel , a fee minutes into the journey l heated klick noise and l seen a taxi driver with a mobile in his hand pressing buttons on the keyboard, was he texting or making a call l did not know ? I politely asked him if it’s allowed to do it by Czech law ? I made a note that in England it’s illegal and can easily result in being fined or loosing his driving licence and if he caused an accident then he very easily can be prosecuted. His answer was that he usually don’t use mobile phone while driving but his operator was looking for him ,that’s why he accepted it.. He was apologetic but l was scared to death for the rest of the journey .. l tried to calm myself down but dispute him tried to hushhush tte incident by making a small talk l could not put my mind at ease or trust him with my life , wandering what could happen if l did not asked him if it’s legal in Czech Republic to use mobile while driving ??? I would never take a taxi with him again. I don’t wish him bad but if he used a mobile while driving with me as his passenger relying on his safe driving taking responsibility for my safety and life taking me to my destination carelessly making or accepting calls could he easily doing it on other accessions while driving / taking passengers who entrusting him with their safety and life on their journey back and forth to Prague airport? And using his mobile while driving ???

Did great letting me know how I can locate the driver and who my driver was. Always responses fast to my questions and the process was easy to help me get to my hotel.

Driver was quiet but friendly. Assisted with our luggages. One of my friends forgot her backpack in the vehicle and when driver discovered it , he gave it to her. He was very helpful and reliable and honest. I’m sorry i forgot his name.

We had a shared pickup for hotel to airport. The driver was excellent. He was delayed by a no-show at another hotel but this was communicated.

Great communication from booking to travel. Driver waited longer than he was contracted to do after border control delays meant we were 45 minutes past pick up. Met us in arrival and helped us with cases. Got us to our hotel in super quick time. Will definitely use again and recommend them to friends.

Our flight was delayed & our baggage took some time to appear. Our expected pick up time was 21:00 but we finally emerged after 22:00. Our driver contacted us by 22:15 and appeared in a very nice saloon car, instead of a multiple drop-off vehicle, and whisked us to our hotel!

He was awesome. On time and dropped us off exactly where we needed to be. In addition, he made some.suggestions on where to visit. Good experience.

Our driver Gennadij was excellent! Unfortunately we were waiting for 2 hours to get through passport control and he kept in contact with me throughout the wait. He was very polite, friendly and professional and got us to our hotel safely! Would not hesitate in recommending this service to anyone and if we were to return to Prague again I would definitely be using them!

Have booked and paid for transfers weeks in advance, we arrived at 7.30pm on Sunday 26th October and when I couldn't find a driver waiting I contacted Prague Airport Transfers to say we had arrived only yo recieve a short message stating they could not pick us up until 1 .5 hrs later. After a lengthy phone call I told them to cancel and refund both bookings. It took another 30 minutes to get an other transport. NOT a great start to a holiday due to a unreliable company.

Tomas (Tommy) was my driver this evening. He was great. Excellent driving and talkative. He was easy to find after leaving baggage claim. My flight was a little delayed and he and the other passengers were very patient.

Driver was holding the orange sign and waiting for me. It’s very easy to find him. He’s very friendly, smiling, and drove safely. I got to hotel without any issue:)

We were very delayed departing airport because of slight flight delay and then horrendous queues at passport control but our driver kept in contact with us and waited well over an hour for us. Don’t know how we’d have managed without him being there after our experience at the airport.

So easy! We arrived grabbed our bags and David was out the front with his orange sign. A quick stroll to the car and we were away. David chatted to us on the way in and gave us a few tips. A very pleasant experience.

I had give a time that I thought would be enough time to get through customs but just as I got to the window they closed down 4 lanes-mine included. Before I was even through customs I was what's app called and texted my Jan and he assured me not to worry. He would be waiting and he was. So helpful for a solo traveler to a new country. He provided water, a map and an overview to Prague and personal recommedations. Although I had booked a shared group it was just me. What a lovely intro to this wonderful city!

Booked taxi for arrival from airport bin Prague on June 12th and return from our hotel on June 15th. Received updates from drivers beforehand to say they were there waiting to pick us up . Peter, our driver, had been waiting patiently, for 90 minutes after our plane was delayed due to a storm. He didn't tell he'd waited - we asked. He was polite, courteous, professional. The car was clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary map (used every day) & water. Would heartily recommend this service.

What a great experience we received from this company that would highly recommend. Very Professional and on time, but also a lovely touch on the back seat was a small bottle of water, map of the town and a small book on the top attractions which was so lovely and helpful for our time in Prague. On top of this, on the map, you receive a free 4 hour city tour. At first, it was a little difficult to find the spot as missing information printed, but then we met Dana, our absolutely lovely tour guide. There was only me and my mum on the tour, but she made our trip one to remember 💗 💓

Our driver was waiting for us inside the airport for a swift transfer to our hotel. So much better than trying to find a taxi and figure out payment while jetlagged.

Though it was unavoidable because of car breakdown they said,they cancelled my booking as soon as i arrived the country, minutes after someone called me if i have luggage with me. I tried to call the number that contacted me but he hang up on me. Good thing Prague has a good transport system that you can book uber directly in the airport. But still cancelling it last minute is not acceptable.

We were collected from the airport by Jozef. He sent us a WhatsApp so when we arrived we had immediate contact. We sent him a message when we had collected our luggage and within minutes he was meeting us at the airport arrival area. I cannot fault this guy, very friendly, gave us a pocket guide and explained that our hotel was in the centre of Prague and a great location. As we drove into Prague he pointed out interesting places and restaurants. That evening he sent a list of restaurants recommendations to our mobile.

Our Prague Airport pickup and transfer was perfect. Our driver met us at the exact pickup point on time and delivered us to our hotel at the Charles Bridge Palace hotel in perfect time. We had a group of 7 senior citizens. He loaded our luggage, offered us water, and gave us a Prague City Guide and unloaded our luggage at the hotel. It was an outstanding experience all around.

Our driver was waiting for us. The sign he held was clear and easy to read. He helped us with our bags. He chatted with us for the 35 minutes, or so, from the airport. I absolutely would use this sevice again and recommend it to anyone coming to the Prague airport.
