Prague Airport Private Departure Transfer

Everything good, kept in touch due to the amount of traffic. Well done. Would recommend to all and sundry.

Our driver was early which was good for us. Friendly & helpful. The car was excellent condition and very comfortable

Okay experience. Information to meet location was good. Driver told me to text when at location. Was friendly.

The driver was on time, friendly. Helped with baggage. Vehicle was in great shape and clean. Water was offered

The driver was very punctual even showing up before I asked. It actually worked out better as the security line was extremely long. I would choose this company again if needed.

Pick up was timely, ride was smooth and safe, car was impeccably clean. Driver was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend. .

We had a 3:30am pick up time for a 6am flight, I had not heard anything other than my card was charged, but at exactly 3:30 our driver pulled up loaded our bags and we were off, got to the airport plenty of time to spare he unloaded our bags and was so nice. Great experience, highly recommend

I generally don't take the time to do reviews, especially negatives one. But this situation was particularly egregious. The lack of professional and respectful customer service was appalling - the female dispatch was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and abusive. I will NEVER use this service in the future or recommend it to others.

Flawless - the driver arrived early and brought us to Prague airport without issue. Would definitely recommend.

Used this service to take us from hotel to the airport. As promised, our driver Jan contacted us the night before to confirm the pickup and so we had his contact info. He arrived even earlier than pickup time to make sure there won’t be any unexpected delays. The car was exceptionally clean. Perfect comfort temperature. Helped as with our bags. Ride was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this service

Great communication. Drivers were always on time. They gave a lot of notice a head of time of who and what time the pick up would happen.

Driver was on time and extremely friendly. Answered many questions we had about the country, and did so despite the subject matter. Would recommend.

This transfer was punctual and professional. Our driver arrived about 10 minutes early leaving no time to stress if we’d be delayed getting to airport. We got off to a relaxed start. Thanks. It was a pleasant surprise that our driver wore a white dress shirt and dress pants , opened car doors and loaded our luggage into an immaculate car. Very different when compared to some of our uber experiences!! Finally the driver was careful and smooth maneuvering the heavy morning traffic.

Driver was on time, helped us with our bags, and drove smoothly. We were very happy with the experience.

I had used VIATOR for hotel/airport transfers in Rome and on my recent Prague trip I did again. The service is seamless, professional, informative and always on time. My two Prauge drivers were fantastic!

Excellent driver. Ahead of time for our transfer. 100% recommended! Very attentive. I definitely will book this transfer again on a future trip to Prague.

Good experience car was on-time and clean. Only issue is that it is difficult to manage your booking (change details) or contact the agency/driver. Our flight arrived on time, but our bags were lost so it would have been nice to be able to communicate directly with the driver. Uber may have a leg up with the message feature.

Driver was professional, courteous and on time. The car was clean and the service was of high quality.

Driver is very professional and drove safely. Clean and.comfortable shuttle, too. Driver showed up 10 minutes before departure.

Reliable, comfortable ride from Prague hotel to airport. The driver will not be in a suit and tie with dark sunglasses, but they are a friendly local. They arrived early for a 6 am pickup.

Excellent and professional driving. Arrived a little late due to unexpected heavy traffic but keep me alerted by Whatsapp and SMS

First, I booked a drive from the hotel to the airport. I woke up the day of the flight to a 3 hour delay. I tried to call the car company to adjust the time. Their phone was disconnected. I tried the Viator messaging app. They did not reply. I called Viator. They could not reach the car company either. If you cannot communicate with the company it makes travel difficult even impossible. Second, you do NOT need an airport car service in Prague. Uber is the official airport transfer company. It’s reliable and half the price.

Great experience with this car service. Driver was punctual, friendly, and helped me with my luggage to terminal. Made the journey stress-free.

The driver was on time. Very polite. Vehicle was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it. Thanks!

Car sent was very small and couldn't fit 3 luggages in the boot. Driver had no solution nor suggestion. Ended up having to store 1 luggage in the middle between 2 people, which was a very tight fit. Not worth the anxiety and discomfort since this was an advance booking. Driver was more concerned with his seats being scratched. Given the price, I felt scammed and believe that I would have been better off with Uber XL to the airpot. I had a good prior experience so this was very disappointing.

Pick up was on time and the driver also very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this service.

Driver was on time. Convenient service, safe driver, and pleasant conversation. Transfer went perfect. Would use again.

Our schedule for hotel to airport transfer was early at @0300 am and our driver was very punctual . A day before he texted me to confirmed the pick up . Hassle free experience.

Our driver arrived on time. Car was very clean and spacious. Driver was very personable and we had great conversation on the way to the airport. Driver went to get us a luggage caddy when we arrived. We had to change our pick up location and time and their customer service was responsive and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this service.

Excellent! We had the same driver for arrival and departure from Prague. Would highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful!

Courteous and professional................

smooth and easy transaction. On time Do not hesitate to book with them. Safe driver and new exactly where we needed to go

The flight we were on was delayed 3 hours but Viator and the driver kept in regular contact and were there at the airport when we arrived. Great service. We used Viator for the return to the airport. The driver was on time and the cars were both immaculate too.

Very comfortable transport from hotel to Prague airport. Our driver arrived on time at 3:30 am and handled our luggage with ease.

Driver was early and did a safe drive. We had 6 in our group and the vehicle was large enough for us and our luggage

The driver was early for pick up, which we really liked. It was very early as and offered us water for the ride to the airport. The car was exceptionally clean.

This provider is recommended for trips to and from the airport. Cost effective, on time, clean and new luxury vehicles are used, providing everything needed for an airport transfer.

Our driver, Vilem messaged ahead to say he would be 5 minutes late to collect us. He was in fact merely 3 minutes late and very apologetic. Our car was modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We arrived in plenty of time for our departure given the heavy Easter traffic. Would highly recommend using this company for airport transfers

Our drivers had a sign with our names on it and was right there when we got off the plane. Felt save.

Great informative and professional service. Recommended

Because of a mix-up on the time of departure from Hotel Duo, that was later corrected, I had doubt when it was 10 minutes before time. In fact, Thomas was precisely on time, and provided a perfect delivery to out scheduled flight. I recommend this process to everyone.

Excellent service. Completely hassle free. The driver turned up on time, drove extremely well to the airport, had perfect English and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He dropped us off as close to the departure area as he could and helped us out with the luggage

Kept informed , very prompt and efficient service. Would definately reccomend this and would definately use again

Excellent driver. Arrived on time. Got a text message to say he was outside the hotel. Excellent knowledge of Prague.

Our driver was early- helped with luggage, provided us with parting knowledge about Prague and was so well versed. Very conversational and kind. He made the airport journey easy and helped us to feel at ease with travel home to o the US. I will request him when I return.

Driver arrived on time, happy to pack suitcases into vehicle. Pleasant trip to airport with no delays.

Our driver was great. He arrived early and helped us with our heavy bags. Super friendly and chatty. Nice easy ride to the airport.

UNRELIABLE. Driver never showed up. No communication. Elderly passengers (My parents) had to look for a taxi in the middle of the night.

Had pick-up problems when visiting previous cities with other agents but not this time. Prompt, polite, clean car, smooth ride and overall very efficient.
