Prague Airport Private Arrival Transfer

Our transfer was arranged through Easyjet Holidays. If you want a hassle free transfer then use these guys. Before we had got through passport control we had a text from the driver welcoming us and giving us his details to contact him when we had our bags. We also had a call from the office doing the same so excellent service. Peter our driver arrived just as we come out and we arrived at our hotel hassle free. These are the people to use if you want an easy arrival into Prague.

Excellent service. We were unable to locate our taxi and after a while the driver sent us a WhatsApp message looking for us. He took my case to his taxi and offered us a bottle of much needed water, also a map and a booklet about Prague.

Great communication from our driver - he messaged to confirm he was waiting to collect us in the arrivals hall. We were able to let him know that we were running late due to huge queues at the Entry/Exit System (ESS) as this took nearly 90 minutes from getting off the plane. Excellent service and fan value for money.

Arrived on time, the driver was friendly and very welcoming. Pointed out some attractions on the way to the hotel. Great service.

Our driver was very pleasant and helpful with the luggage. He was well dressed and the vehicle was immaculate. Our only reason for not giving it a 5 was our difficulty connecting with him. We expected him to meet us at the arrival area inside the terminal where all the other drivers were. He did arrive late due to heavy traffic but was kind enough to let us know . This was no problem. Once he got there he went to the wrong pickup point and it took several back and forth texts to finally connect . Later we found that his English was very limited which may have contributed to the problem.

I arrived early and great communication driver very pleasant and professional and came to collect me. Thanks so much. Gave me a map of city and a book and a water. Great service will use again.

The driver was very communicative and was available to pick us up earlier than the scheduled time, which was great !

I ordered a Mercedes E-Class, but a standard sedan arrived instead; I was informed of this change four hours before the scheduled time, and I have not yet received a refund for the difference in service.

It took 1.5 hours to get through Passport control and our driver waited patiently. William was curtious and very informative in the city of Prague. We enjoyed talking with him in our drive to the hotel.

Driver was late - supposed to have water for us and there was none - didnt say anything or point out anything.

Viator and driver kept us informed before landing and after. We were welcomed with a sign with our name on it at the arrival hall. Excellent driver was friendly and car was very comfortable. Provided water and Prague information.

Private transfer from Prague airport to our hotel with English speaking driver. He was on time and communicated well with us thru WhatsApp. His driving was good and we talked about Prague highlights. He gave us a compact guide book of the city and a map; we used both during our visit. Very good experiencce overall.

The driver was late getting to the airport. We had to wait for him .on top of that he and his supervisor were rude and not cooperative. We took an Uber instead. Still waiting for the refund.

Driver was timely and answered many questions we had regarding the Chezc Republic. Scenic ride. Make sure you have Koruna not Euros in Prague.

Despite taking 2 hours to get through border control upon arrival at Prague airport, our driver was there to welcome us when we finally got to the arrivals hall. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable about the city on the drive to the hotel. It was an excellent experience.

The driver was going to arrive 45 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. I said to cancel as I would take a taxi. He said he would cancel but they sent another driver who would have been nearly an hour after my pick up time. No sign of a refund for a service I paid for in advance and didn’t receive.

Transfer was on time and communicated with us through our aircraft disembark and security screening..

Driver was on time and holding an easily identifiable orange sign with our name on it. Drove us to hotel as expected. Not particularly conversational but not a big issue. Perhaps he was uncomfortable with English. Would definitely use this service again.

We were delayed by almost 2 hours stood inside the airport, in queues for passport checks, (Thomas) the driver was fantastic he messaged me asking me to contact him when we were ready to be picked up, and he patiently waited outside, he was very polite and knowledgeable about the local area, I would definitely recommend using this service again

Al went smooth. Very processional. The car is exceptionally clean. Jiri even went out if is way to bring us cap that we forgot in his car.

Denise was wonderful! She was so patient and waited for us for more than an hour while we were in long lines at border control. She gave us a warm welcome and provided us with pocket guides about Prague and we have been referencing them. Her van was pristine and roomy for 4 travelers. She was courteous and professional.
