Prague Airport Private Arrival Transfer

Very professional and waiting for us once we got our luggage. Helped with our luggage and very comfortable van.

The driver was waiting at the arrivals hall with a sign with our name on it. He drove directly to the air B & B and helped me get the key from the restaurant next door. Excellent.

This was an excellent service provide provided by a terrific driver. The vehicle is very comfortable with great AC. Driver was waiting exactly on time holding a sign with our name.

Our driver was prompt, courteous and friendly. He provided recommendations on restaurants, shopping and tours. The car was very nice and comfy!

Driver was great about information about Prague. Was waiting for us after getting our luggage. Very nice guy.

There's not a lot to this service, but if you do it well it makes travel so much easier. Immediately upon exiting customs we encountered our driver who was standing there with a sign with our names on it. He walked us to his vehicle which was parked far closer than I expected. Then he delivered us to our hotel. It really made for a much easier arrival and I highly recommend it.

We were met right outside our arrival are by our driver. He had a visible sign with our name on it. He loaded our luggage and helped getting us all comfortable in the van. He was on time and got us to our hotel in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Driver met us at the airport and the same driver took us back to the airport. Car was beautiful and clean. It was the best decision to book the airport transfer. Easy and efficient.

Tomas was a wonderful driver! He met me in line with my name on a sign. He was professional, kind, and taught me a few Czechoslovakian phrases. He was one of the best drivers I’ve ever had! Thank you!

Very welcoming and friendly. Our driver was waiting for us as promised. We would use the service again.

Our trip was changed so many time due to flight issues. The company accommodated us. Our driver was great.

Very easy smooth drive back to hotel. Driver was good! He was holding my name card in arrival hall of the airport

Professional, on time and took us directly to hotel. It was a great ride. Would use again! 10/10 stars

Professional local driver. As advertised everything was smooth and worth the price which is only a few more Euros than a cab

My family was worried about me getting to the city but the driver from Viator was fantastic! He was waiting me, collected my baggage, and made me feel comfortable and safe. Worth every penny.

The driver was outside baggage claim with a paper that had my name. Driver was professional and courteous.

Driver was on time and a professional A+. The vehicle was a van Mercedes Benz and it was spotless. Driver spoke English well

Flight was delayed and driver waited for us! Will book again next trip. Very convenient and speedy process!

Our driver met us right outside of customs and helped us with out bags. The car was clean and he drove us well to our air bnb. Just what we wanted.

Great service and still waited for us even though our plane was well over an hour late and well after midnight

Our flights kept getting canceled and they were kind enough to reschedule the airport pick up multiple times. Wonderful!!

Very prompt and courteous, gave information on locations along the ride. Would absolutely recommend this driver.

Driver was waiting with clear sign and driver / vehicle service and quality was of a high standard. No problems experienced.

Our driver was very friendly and pointed out key sites on the way to our hotel. Would definitely recommend him! Thank you!

Our driver was wonderful. Met us promptly with a sign, spoke really good English, and gave us a lot of information.

Cedilla was on time, waiting for us at the airport and totally professional getting us to our hotel. I have used Viator before for airport transportation and have never been disappointed. We’ll done!

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in till very late. They were extremely accommodating and communicated With us the whole time.

Joseph was a great young man! He did a wonderful job of getting us to our hotel in very bad weather conditions. Enjoyed talking to him.

He was super friendly and helpful. He was a very safe driver. The company was also very helpful and understanding when our flight was rescheduled and our luggage was lost.

Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived with a sign. He was courteous, professional and helped with our luggage. Clearly knew the city well as he was to negotiate our way around a traffic tie-up. Recommend him highly.

We booked a private transfer through Jet 2 city breaks. It was first class the driver was waiting for us on arrival and was polite and helpful. He explained what time he would pick us up on our departure and he was prompt and again helpful a very smooth and relaxed transfer

While my husband and I were confident we could have navigated the Prague public transit system, we did not want to deal with the hassle after a long flight. This was the perfect solution! Our driver was at the airport when we arrived with a legible sign and we were taken right away to our car and driven to our hotel. It made the arrival process so easy and simple! Highly recommend!

Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we walked out with our luggage. He assisted with our luggage and we had a quick drive to the hotel.

All ok. Driver waiting in arrival lounge with legible sign. Reached hotel safely. About 1 hour travelling time through the town

David was wonderful and very prompt and very safe driver definitely would live to get his services again

Driver showed up in time, but not the same driver I was informed. The driver was nice, but Not be able to communicate in English speaking. We were nervous on what’s going on, till he showed up on his phone text message with our name listed. The car is aging, no air condition.

Driver was very nice and the ride enjoyable after being in airports and airplanes for 36 hours!! The driver answered our questions and pointed iut sights of interest and places to see and dine

Excellent service very friendly driver would recommend this service to anyone travelling to prauge....

I was expecting a luxury car & excellent service. Instead we got a 10 year old, brown Hyundai mini van that we had to wait 15 minutes for. No sign with our name waiting for us after 15 hrs of travel. To make it worse, the driver lied about being late. After several texts that he was "on his way", "in the hall" (when he wasn't), "just about there", the driver said he was "there the whole time" waiting outside even though we walked outside several times and saw no one with a sign with our name as promised inside the airport. Save your cash and time and grab a cab waiting outside airport hall!!

Driver was waiting with a sign. So nice to not have to worry about that. Driver explained sights as he drove my sister and I to our hotel.

We arrived in Prague from the US and the airline made changes to our arrival flight. It arrived two hours later than the original plan. Since we were on planes and in foreign countries we were unable to text until we landed. The car service notified us that they left and would not provide a credit even after my explanation. This was insulting and beyond inconvenient. I immediately told our hotel concierge to warn people against using this company.

Our driver was clearly visible when we left baggage and was friendly and efficient. Mercedes was spotless and new

Within seconds from exiting the customs section of the Arrival Area, I immediately saw the driver holding out his phone with my name on it. Once my identity was established, he took charge of our luggage, and brought us to our hotel with efficiency and professionalism.

The driver was very professional, and courteous. We were able to enjoy the sights while he did the driving.

Great service, very reliable and driver was easy to find at arrivals. We would absolutely use again.

After calling and changing the time of arrival 3 times due to airline delays our driver was waiting and safely drove us to our hotel in a nice big Mercedes Van

Perfect On time and perfect driver Thank you and confortable car Very appreciate See you next time Bye
