A fun night with lots of food & drink - beer, white or red wine. Perhaps have a mixture of all 3!!! The entertainment is brilliant. 5 course meal is really nice. Time between each course to allow some breathing space. If you're a small group you'll sit with others. If this doesn't suit make sure you add to your booking. Highly recommend this evening trip. Good value for money & an all round good night out.

Reviews
Vibrant and energetic show, tasty food, no shortage of wine and beer. Great ambience. We had a fun time !
Get there early for best seats to see entertainers. Food was not very tasty. Plenty of drink though and entertainment was good.
Time for a new review after second visit. we wanted to give this establishment a second chance since our first experience was mainly well. we couldnt see much and maybe they booked abit to much people in July. dont know why but now in october WOW. all was moved to a single show instead of double in the summer and you really felt engulfed in the experience. defenitly worth the money in october. so conclussion is prolly its best at non peek time if you plan to visit. but i also know the people behind it takes reviews seriously so they will prolly improve peak hours. but ,, well anyway thx for repairing the experience outmost gratifying
Went for the 4:30pm dinner show and had a wonderful time. Show started promptly, unlimited beverages and the food was great. Highly recommend the pork, but the chicken platter was good too. Overall, I would definitely come back. It’s a ton of fun for the whole family.
Food and the atmosphere were good but from our table we couldn't see any of the entertainment! I feel they try to cram too many tables in but overall it was a good evening.
Booked the evening and to be fair it was pretty much as described. Food was ok and plentiful drinks were constantly brought to the table and entertainment was on throughout the evening. For our taste it was far too noisy and the lighting was so dark that we had to use torches on our phones to eat. I think it would be a lot more fun in slightly larger groups as the two other couples at our table were clearly not aware of what they had booked and left half way through the evening
Perhaps we just weren't the right audience for this one, booked as a last minute family night out. We were hoping for more of the jugglers and swordsmen described, but it was mostly belly dancing which soon became repetitive and boring. We were seated in a corner with a restricted view, and the food was served with little care. There are lots of other ways to spend your time and money in Prague, so I'd suggest looking around before booking.
The most fun we’ve had at dinner 🥘. The beer and wine flowed , well, actually it was poured into our glasses all night w The show was fun and the atmosphere was electric! The performances were top notch. We’ll definitely do this again next time I’m in Prague 😁
Entertainment was good. Dancers were very good and enjoyed the bag pipes and drums. The food was average at best. We both had the chicken. The dessert was some dry spice cake with powdered sugar. Waitress did come often to refill beer mug.
Show was good Food disappointment Pork knuckle unreadable. Veggie main tasteless
It’s a must do when in Prague! The medieval city is the perfect place for this amazing 5 course banquet experience. The food was delicious and the entertainment was amazing. We really did feel that we had stepped back in time. Brilliant service and highly recommended. Great value for money. We had the best time.
The setting was good reminded me 9f pirates of the Caribbean more than medieval but we had a fabulous evening. Good entertainment but some was silly but all good fun. The food was lovely and plenty of it and drinks were free flowing all evening.
Really good! Bit on the expensive side, but very atmospheric and great entertainment, the food was better than expected and well worth the wait.
It was a great fun night. The meals were huge. There were many belly dancers the entertainment was fun and embracing.
Great fun! Almost too much food if that’s possible! We contacted them to ask to join us to another group and they did so we were grateful. It is a bit more ‘pirates of the Caribbean’ than medieval but still great!
Loved it! Wonderful performances and well organized. Would have liked better vegan and gluten free options but performances and ambiance over the top. Thank you!
This was so fun plus the wine and beer was really nice. Food was decent, not amazing but the atmosphere was great. Well worth it!
Picked up from home, which was great. Driver on time and picked up others along the way. Once at venue and seated no info was given, plates of food set up in place but noone sure whether to eat or not. Stack of plates on table, not sure whether they were for buns so passed them out. First course, ok but nothing special. Second course potatoe soup was tasty. Next course was a spinach and egg cake, not a lot of flavor but ok. Ordered pork for meal and got a pork knuckle, flavor really good. Dessert was a piece of cake, not a lot of effort out in, would be nice with a sauce. Someone at the table found mead shots and we each had one. Not sure why everyone not offered them? Communication lacking, some people left before show was over, after the meal. Was ok but with a little more effort could be great! Awesome setting but staff indifferent.
Honestly really underwhelming considering how expensive it is. Might be good if you have little kids that aren’t picky eaters.
My wife and I attended. It was fun and we had a good time but we do have some thoughts to share that may be helpful. The performances are entertaining but we would not call it medieval. For anyone with mobility issues be aware that this requires descending a spiral stair to reach the eating level. After descending the stair there were a couple more steps down to the seating area. To reach the bathroom from the seating area, required going back up those couple of steps and then down another short flight of steps. When booking, the meal was called roast pork. It is roasted pork knuckle. I was unable to break thought the hardened skin with the utensils provided, so I have no idea what it tasted like. My wife had the chicken and duck. It was very good. The portions were large so sharing with her was enough. It is 5 courses as advertised, salad, soup, dish of barley and spinach pie, the meat, and a piece of cake like loaf for dessert. The beer, wine and soft drinks flowed freely. People generally had a good time. It was a relatively young crowd. We are retired. The show is very loud, bagpipes and drums. Hearing protection would be a good idea. Performers are very enthusiastic and interact with the guests.
Great A experience Great food Great beer Great wine Dancers were incredible Your time justs flies by , by having a good time
The food was disappointing and of questionable quality, with very limited options. The only wine choices were red or white, and the quality was so poor that neither was enjoyable to drink. The performance itself was pleasant, but fairly basic and not particularly impressive. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the food and beverage offerings. And you could not order anything else unless you go upstairs and find another waitress who can order it for you.
Would not recommend at all. The show was really good but the food and drink were awful. You arrived to a plate on the table that looked like dog food and if any food was left the staff shook their heads. The 3 stars were solely for the entertainment.
It is an absolutely must join when you are here!! I visited Praque for many times, first time to join the dinner. Super fun with energized live music, dancing and show! Such a fun experience!!!
Performances were not as interactive as I would have liked and restaurant very noisy. Musicians were best part, along with dancers. Food was good and plenty of refreshments. Two actors with pretend sword fight didn't make much sense and were basically just running around.
If you love bagpipes and drumming this experience is for you, if not, you may want to skip this tour as the meal is sub par and so is the watered down white wine. At our table most left before the show was even over. The entertainers worked hard to give a great performance and worked the room so there were no bad seats to see the entertainment, but by far the worst meal we had in Prague. Overall we were disappointed and would not recommend this tour.
Entertainment was great. Food was good but way too much. Beer was good but the red wine was terrible. White wine was ok but warm so it needed lots of ice. You never ran out of booze. I would not recommend if you are handicapped as the venue is two floors down with winding stairway and no elevator.
We originally booked this dinner show just to fill an open evening in our itinerary, but it turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Prague. The entire three-hour experience was incredible from start to finish—non-stop entertainment, hearty and generous courses, and truly unlimited drinks. The musicians, swordsmen, bellydancers and performers are exceptionally talented, creating an atmosphere unlike anything we’ve experienced before. If you’re visiting Prague, don’t hesitate to book this!
Well worth the money. Really good fun would definitely recommend. People with mobility problems should note there are a lot of stairs but the staff are amazing and more than willing to help.
Not what we expected. Mediocre food and just silly pirate show and belly dancers. Musicians playing bagpipes and drums (who were good but how is that Czech!). Unlimited beer and wine if that’s your thing.
Absolutely brilliant event and entertainment, a must do in Prague. The food was gorgeous and the entertainment was amazing. My wife was a bit hesitant about it but she came out with a big smile on her face he enjoyed so much
Just simply fun! Visit an era where beer, food and a show in a dark tavern was the simple life (as so it seems now). Food was ok but that’s not why you go! Enjoy the new friends at the table. Good night!
Me and my boyfriend travel quite a lot so obviously have done a lot of activities a long the way but oh my god this has to be the best activity we have EVER done. First time in a Prague and this was definitely the highlight. Please please if you’re debating just book it! You won’t regret. Even with it being a lil on the spenny side I’d pay so much more. Thank you so much for making a memory we will never forget. Ohhh and also the food unbelievable. Chicken and duck were beautiful with my boyfriend also saying it was actually the best meal he had here
Cheap and tacky with poor food and awful wine. Nothing 'medieval' about the beyond dancers, pirates or Cosack dancers!
Not quite sure what exactly I have just experienced! Coming from the UK, and used to medieval history and events I was looking forward to this however, we were soon brought crashing down to earth! The first shock was the exceptionally loud droning of the Bagpipes (not a classic medieval instrument I would argue), there then followed a series of very poor quality acts including belly dancers, sword fighters although I'm sure they were more pirate like than knightly, some Cossack style dancers and weirdest of all a man encased in donkey costume! The food was of a poor standard, a wooden bowl less than half full of luke warm vegetable broth, followed by a pork knuckle or chicken on a scraping of what looked like mashed potatoes in a gravy - whilst cooked, both options were pretty tasteless and for dessert it was a small piece of flavourless brown cake. There was beer available along with wine - whilst the beer was drinkable, there were lots of full glasses of wine on the tables still at the end of the night...........
Brilliant food, spectacular beer, even better shows. If you don't book this you are missing out on the best Prague has to offer!
terrible!! the setting was like in the film Oliver! the service exactly the same aswell. Rude staff who need a course ( or 5) in customer service... the food?! horrendous!! cold cuts with 2 slices of beet that are passed for smoked turkey, a ' pancake' the size of a matchbox with a spoonfull of disgusting barley, a soup which tasted like dishwater, chicken and duck which looked boiled and a 'cake' which suspiciously smelled like fish. You pay good money for a childish 'show', abmissal food and cheap beer. total rip off!
Thus was a really great fun night for pur family, with plenty of food and drink, and very attentive staff all night
This is a must if visiting Prague. The food, beer and the huge experience. It was marvellous and very little down time. Only down side was that I was expecting a dinner with all 5 course to be fowl but is was only the main dish that was according to your order the rest was the same for all.
Went for my birthday meal and had an enjoyable night. Food was tasty; I recommend the Pork but the fish looked delicious as well. Great unlimited beer and wine. Delicious medieval cake. And the staff worked hard and were so friendly. I also was sat with good company. The show as amazing; including the finale. Great band; brilliant sword fight and fantastic fire dancers.
There was no show... just performers up and down the aisles. There was no choice of 3 or 5 options. It was so noisy and loud that you couldn't hear the person across the table. I noticed many people leaving early, and we would have left early as well, but the people we were sitting with were so gracious. You were seated with people by the time you bought your tickets, and we couldn't sit with our friends because we bought ours at different times. We would not recommend this affair.
Food was not that great, service was slow & rude. Entertainment was mediocre, best part was drum and bagpipes and one of the belly dancers could actually dance well.
Incredibly entertaining! Atmosphere was exactly what you would think it would be like and the service was top notch!
The entertainers were very good. As for the food it was average at best… we selected the fish and the poultry meals. Soup was good. The chicken was fine but I wasn’t a fan of the duck . My wife had the trout. We are very familiar with trout in all forms and I would say it was a bit on the fishy side (not the freshest). You will need to add salt and pepper. Servers tried to keep up but it was hard to get water, and wine/beer refills only slightly better. If you want the entertainment, by all means check it out, but for the price, we had better meals for less at local pubs and hangouts.
Restaurant setting was very medieval, however entertainment was not indicative of Czech culture or of anything medieval. Food was mediocre. Not worth it.
We had a fun night. The entertainment was great and had lots of energy. The room was packed though with a lot of background noise and talking. Overall a good experience
Although a bit crowded in an underground space. The show and experience was excellent The performers were amazing . Food was delicious and very big portion !
The food was delicious and plentiful and the entertainment was fantastic. The whole experience was great.
It is a very good experience. Very entertaining really enjoyed the show and the drinks - the food could be better. Ideal event for Day 1 if you are visiting this part of Europe.
