The welcoming was great, the places we visited were good but Pavel had so less emotion and passion for his job… If you complain about paying the bills for this easy routine job than do something else to earn your money. I had to puke because i was sick. He didn‘t even ask me if i was fine.
Guide was easy to find, Lyle our guide was very informative and showed us a lot round the Old Town, New Town and Jewish Quarter, how he remembers the things I don't know! Didn't put any pressure on what to pay just left it up to yourself, very happy to give a positive review
Even though SANDEMANs tours usually are excellent, this one stands out. Oliver, our guide, turned it into a Prague experience. The almost three hour tour went like 10 minutes. He captivated our attention with historical stories, anecdotes about famous people and jokes. He made the tour as an interactive conversation in which Prague was his venue. Thank you.

We should have done this tour on the first day in Prague. It was a great intro & gave us the. Information we needed to maximise our short time in the city. Lyle shared some of the interesting anecdotes of the cities history.
Our guide Lyle was very knowledgeable, but also funny and laid back; and we were quite impressed with his ability to convey so much information in so little time! It was really interesting and he gave us a very solid introduction to Czech History. The tour itself comprised all the key places of Prague's Old Town. We really recommend this walking tour to anyone who would actually like to know more about the places they're visiting.

Last Friday, I did (as always when abroad) a Free Walking Tour of Prague with Karel; he was not only kind and entertaining but also, and most important for me, an “open book”. He encouraged us to put him questions , which he always answered, and even taught us some useful words in Czech. It was a delightful experience I’d like to repeat. A good pair of trainers, open ears and enjoy the tour!
Very thorough history overview and recommendation for places to see at your own pace later. Note that starting point is not the pin indicated on Viator by the river but in the square itself. Almost missed tour because of this.

Have previously taken Sandeman walking tours in other cities and the Prague one was as excellent as past experience. The weather was rainy and so there were only 4 people in our group (10 no-shows apparently) but we benefited from that as we were able to huddle under cover to listen to the guide who was really knowledgeable. This really helped us to get to know Prague and get our bearings on our first day and, as always, you pay what you think it was worth (although they give you a little gentle guidance but no pressure). Can't remember the name of the guide but think it was Andrea - but she was great.
Andrea, our guide, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and thorough and spoke beautiful English. She answered all our questions with patience and good humor. The Jewish Quarter portion of the tour was particularly interesting. Thank you Andrea for a delightful and informative morning.

Four of us did the walking tour of Prague Castle and buildings with a local guide Pavel. We had three German natives and one English so we chose the English language tour. We did the City tour the previous day with Lyle and we were so impressed we decided to do the Castle tour the next day. Pavel spoke slowly and clearly and is a really engaging character with an in depth knowledge of Prague and the Czech culture and people. We really like the Sandeman tours having used them in Berlin and Munich previously. We would all recommend the City tour and the Castle tour and hopefully you’ll be lucky to get Lyle and Pavel as we were.

Prague Castle Walking Tour - our guide was Brandon who was super friendly and welcoming. The walking tour took in several of the sights in Prague including the Charles Bridge, a trip on a tram and Prague Castle. The historical information given about the sights was interesting and relevant with some unusual and funny facts too! I would definitely recommend.
Signed up for a walking tour from the old town square. Our tour leader was Brandon, he was welcoming, informative , inclusive and a great all round tour guide. We were a small group, but despite the rain Brandon bought prague to life with info on its history, places to visit and great insights into this fascinating city!! Thank you Brandon 😊

We did two Sandeman's tours while in Prague and thought they were both fantastic. There is model is 100% tip based so you give what you thought the tour was worth. We enjoy doing tours in different cities and the two tours we did in Prague did not disappoint. Both of our guides were engaging and interesting. We will definitely do another Sandeman Tour in the future.
Zina was our tour guide for a three hour walking tour of Prague. She was excellent, clearly loves what she does. She has a great depth of knowledge, shared fascinating stories of her own life growing up in the Soviet controlled Czech Republic as well as many other interesting historical stories and legends. The tour was pretty extensive and she has a wonderful site that helps with so many other points of interest. Prague is an amazing place and we will return.
We had a Private tour with Pavel, who was an excellent guide. We really enjoyed the 3 hours with him and he also gave good advice on what to do after the tour. Very recommendable.

We did the walking tour of Prague and loved it. Our guide Gaby a genius! gave us a lot of information about historical data, recommendations of all kinds and made it very dynamic so that we can understand everything about this wonderful city. We would definitely recommend it.
We never did the tour because we waited at the meeting point and the guide did not appear. Another company guide in another language told us that there was a "technical problem". Waste of time and total disrespect.
