Intersting space and nice coctail menu, also alcofree and premium dessert. We enjoyed Pinneapple chilli with classis brownie cup

We visited this restaurant several times already but we felt the total quality is decreasing continuously. Selection of meals is lower than expected. Also staff isn’t so kind as usual; they didn’t come during dinner often to ask or offer anything else so you must look for them. I forgot Parker pen there after dinner, next day I came back to ask whether staff has found it. They said: “I am pretty sure somebody told me that it was found but I don’t know where it is; probably some manager kept it for himself.” I was socked with the answer. Unacceptable.

Gluten free options available but not fries these are cooked in a frier with non Gluten products . Baby back ribs were fabulous

Located in the heart of Old Town, this is a typical Hard Rock restaurant. Filled with rock music memorabilia, the restaurant has three floors. Since we were a large group, we sat upstairs. We chose the set menu, which included 1 drink (beer, tea/coffee, juice), a main course (pasta, burger, etc) and a dessert. Probably because of the crowd, the waitresses took a while to take the order and then to serve the food. The beer was great and the food good! Restrooms were clean. There's also a shop on the ground floor to buy tees, caps, etc.

We made a reservation and paid for the Diamond Menu, and received the Gold Menu on that day. The staff said they could not confirm the Diamond Menu we had reserved, and asked us to pay for the additional portion.

So, despite usually liking chain restaurants, this was amazing! The staff were incredible! And if you were working today, thank you so so much you were lovely! The cocktails were fabulous and packed a punch!

Service was good the food was nice but the ‘platinum’ menu was appalling considering we paid £90 for the choice of food. And the staff had no idea about the vouchers either.

Food was good as usual but could have had a bit more variety. Band playing which was very loud and not conducive to conversation.

The service was excellent. My daughter was vegan and the staff accomodated her dietary requirements with alternatives. Nothing was trouble for them. Met fellow Australians. The decor great with music memorabilia and atrist photographs. Food amazing. Glenn Wilcher Sydney Australia.

Good setting, not so good food. You also have to pay for refills. Wouldn't recommend unless you just want to see the stuff.

With the snow falling heavily my twin brother Stephen and I were enjoying hot wines on Male Namesti Christmas Market just off Old Town Square and with temperatures dipping into the minus we decided to drop into Hard Rock Cafe ,been here before on previous holidays to Prague ,always had a great time and so it proved on our latest visit. I love the look of this bar ,multi floored ,a cool looking serving bar ,rock'n'roll memorabilia everywhere ,check out the glass guitar chandelier ,there's also plenty of seating options ,it's just a great bar to unwind in. We were greeted and seated by a very pleasant member of staff ,we ordered beers ,served freezing cold ,we chilled out and took in the great bar we were in . Beer served in here was outstanding ,a local brew ,iced cold and sparkling ,very easy to drink ,it was just so good being in such a great bar enjoying a really good beer and sat with my twin brother Stephen ,best beer companion in the world. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and as on every previous visit to here we had a great time. Hard a Rock Cafe Prague is easy to locate on Male Namesti. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,11.30am till midnight. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Living in Prague for a few years now. Visited the Hard Rock cafe a few times for a bite to eat and cocktails. Both good quality. Friendly staff also. But over the last few months their prices raised to such a ridiculous level that tonight was my last visit. 2x the price of anything around, which are already tourist prices. Seriously, 500 czk (20 euro) for a burger?? 300 for a cocktail? And when the bill is presented the waiter specifically mentions tips are not yet included. On my way to the next whiskey bar.

The location is amazing, it looks stunning, but the service terrible, the staff really rude. The waiter that served us was so mean, we asked for something to drink and his reaction was awful, saying”that’s all? Only this?”. When he brought my drink he simply threw the glass on the table… OMG!!! It was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.

The building is amazing. Beautiful restaurant. Staff were pleasant, efficient and friendly. Very quick service.

Restaurant was lovely but I’m sorry we booked the diamond menu, too little choice! We weren’t even allowed to swop the dessert ( which was chocolate cake ONLY! Neither my husband or I eat chocolate cake☹️

Did not get to redeem the voucher as the hard rock was closed for a function - this applied the last night of our holiday

First rate (perhaps the best I’ve ever experienced) service - I wii it sh id got the chaps name to send an email to HRC!! Only reason not 5 stars is you don’t get the normal menu - it’s a much reduced menu (2 starters, 6 or 7 mains, 1 dessert) - not a massive issue, but it would’ve been nice to know about it beforehand (oh and this menu isn’t available online)

awful from start to finish. showed my bar code at the front desk and the man there went what what is that, DO YOU HAVE A RESERVATION. anyway we were shown to our table then waited 30 mins or so for someone to come and take our order for drinks,then waited ages for someone to take our order.we ordered 2 x onion rings for starters we got 1 x onion rings and a salad, then when my burger arrived it was still pink in the middle. we left our meals and did,nt stay for dessert. i felt this was a waste of our money, it would have been cheaper and tastier to go to mcdonalds. feel cheated out of good money

Incredibly slow service. Had to wait 45 min each time we ordered a drink. Food came before drinks and wasn’t good at all

Excellent evening, from the moment we arrived and were met by a jovial Matt. The staff were very attentive and the foot good. Will return next time we're in Prague.

Went here for dinner with friends and overall, we all enjoyed it. Happy hour between 5 &7 meant we had cheaper cocktails and beers. Our server Kate was fun and enthusiastic and patient while we chose are meals and cocktails. The music videos are fab with lots of memorabilia on display and this place is set over 3 floors, so could get busy. The burgers were cooked as requested, but one portion of frys were cold. These were replaced with fresh. My issue was with the 16oz ribeye. Although it looked amazing, once I'd got into it, 1/3 of it was fat and gristle. Not what I want from an expensive steak. Kate suggested that ribeye was like that when I commented on what I had left. Having room for a dessert, I ordered the Apple cobbler. It was massive. At least 6 inches square! Anyway, I powered through it and felt very fat afterwards. Not cheap for Prague, but makes a change if you like Americana. After dinner we wandered round the shop and my friends bought t-shirts for their family (starting at £30).

No queuing on entry , set meal option is limited to 2 starters and one pudding , soft drink is not unlimited , you only get one.

Had dinner for Christmas last night, the menu has been shortened, and it’s very limit. Not what it used to be.

Our waiter George was lovely , good excellent! Recommend definitely! Easy to find, nice location will visit again

Because Prague is a city break I presume that it’s busy all year round that’s why I booked the skip the line meal deal but it wasn’t necessary as there was no queue but the staff were so friendly and the meal beautiful drinks were average price so all in all it was a good experience and even paying for the skip the line was actually a good price

We were on a hen party.. around 18 of us in total, on arrival we were quickly shown to our table, and given menus. Now bearing in mind this Hard Rock Cafe was 3 floors there were numerous other parties in too, the service was outstanding. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout meal. And also let ya pay separate for our own food & drink as other establishments weren’t willing to do this for ya whilst we were there. Also even in the gift shop again the staff were friendly to wards us all. Was my first trip to a Hard Rock Cafe and certainly won’t be my last.

<p>yes enjoyed this, was good food we had chicken burger chips and a drink a fudge cake for dessert the gold menu. The only negative is the hard rock cafe itself, it just needs an update and the stairwell needs to be looked after better, staff lovely and friendly. Thers is only 1 female toliet and this is upstairs</p>

<p>The reception desk in the the middle of the restaurant, which makes it very strange. Most host desks are at door. Found food VERY salty. My meal had 2200 calories - more than a one day's recommended caloric allowance!! The wait staff and host people very friendly and willing to help. If you are in dire need of American food, go, otherwise recommend trying Czech food instead - Czech's have great food and there are many restaurants within steps of HRC.</p>

<p>Service was 'erratic', i.e. mains brought out before starter finished, long wait for dessert and diet coke not available on refill machine broken.<br/> Was worth it to have a meal booked for Christmas Day though as the city was so busy.<br/> Irish Bar just around the corner a better option!</p>

<p>Disaster, had to wait 25 minutes despite having skip the line, no starter, yet other tables given a starter. Main meal was revolting, ordered burger well done, was given a burger that was nearly raw and freezing cold. Waste of time and money, never again.</p>

<p>There was no line at the Hard Rock...granted we visited Prague during the off-season. We were seated right away. We selected the Diamond menu which was really too much food. We requested to take our dessert back to the hotel with us.</p>

<p>It was nice visiting the Prague Hard Rock. Good drinks although the food is very average. Value for money - average as the food in Prague is very affordable.</p>

<p>An address and where the restaurant is located would have been appreciated. The restaurant is in Old Town, should be easy to find, but the Hard Rock website only gave a street address. They do give you a lot of food, but restaurants are fairly inexpensive in Prague and unless you crave burgers and fries, local restaurants may be more appealing.</p>
