There was a lot squeezed into our half-day trip, very little waiting around, and plenty to see and hear! Our guide was fantastic, kind, and attentive. She was incredibly knowledgeable and continuously checked our understanding. I would recommend that you have cash for the public toilets and that you take drinks and food as the fast pace limits time.

Guide was nice but struggled to walk and spoke in a few different languages other than English (this was an English tour) so everything took longer to understand. A clear time line wasn’t explained.
Was really cool and interesting. Your guide was very knowledgeable and informative. It’s definitely worth the trip for a look
Trip itself takes you to an amazing Bone Church and then you get to see the town of Kutna Hora. We got a tour of the church and then walked through town where it’s very picturesque. Our group did not do a good job of listening to instructions so we were always behind schedule. I’d set clear expectations at the start so everyone is aligned and knows what to expect; seemed like quite a few people didn’t understand we were a group and needed to stick together. Tatiana did her best but it was like herding cats. I’d lost my voice that morning or I would have spoken up to my fellow travelers since we all want to see the same sights but also respect the tour guide and bus drivers time.
Great tour to a very unique place. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the time lines and historic events that impacted this city. The bone church history was very interesting, as well as the stories to go along with the bones over time. Our guide was very interactive and explained how things happened in this once second biggest city in this bohemian area. Beautiful buildings, cathedral, monetary and views. You won't be disappointed!!
We went on New Year’s eve which was a mistake. Everything shut down early so we were rushed to try to get to the sights in time. Our “free time” in Kunta Hora was spent at a pizzeria since that was the only place open. We then had to wait an extra 30 minutes on the bus for a patron that left their phone in town. The guide was good. The tour operator should have made it clear that the tour would be different on 12/31 or started the tour earlier that day.
Overall was good tour but sometimes couldn’t understand tour guide.Taken round beautiful churches and given done free time.
This was a very wonderful change of pace from the bustling city of Prague. Our guide was fantastic and extremely knowledge. This is a great trip to mix in to your plans if you are staying in Prague.
The tour was amazing and we were lucky enough to travel with little traffic. We travelled in October and many things were under construction - which we understood. The ossuary was amazing and I was thankful for the generous amount of time we spent here. Despite being told we couldnt take photos, many people from other tours did, which was very disappointing to see. St Barbara's was an amazing experience- i only wish our guide had given us the time to stop and enjoy enjoy things as we went. After the ossuary the entire tour was very rushed, we marched through/past so many beautiful things with no explanation. Many times through the tour there was no head-count and it wasnt until we were getting on the bus or outside that it was apparent someone might be missing. I wish we had been given times or a time frame to meet back at spots (e.g. 'ok. We are at St Barbara's, we will meet back here XYZ at this time'. Because a lot of time was spent either waiting dor people, or hurrying so we didn't get left behind with no idea of time frames. The experience was lovely - and a great way to see an amazing side of Praha, but I would suggest in future, the logistical planning be planned/carried out a bit better and communication of time frames/expectations clearer - and regular checks of who is there and who is missing!
My small group had a wonderful time. We enjoyed seeing Kutna Hora especially because we weren’t able to go during an earlier trip to Prague. It was well worth doing. Lovely town, interesting landmarks. The Basilica of St. Barbara was gorgeous. The ossuary was simply amazing. Our very knowledgeable tour guide kindly took us to the tourist center where we could buy a book about it, rather than go into the little souvenir shop we weren’t interested in. We had a nice meal during our free time before returning to Prague. This tour was a half-day trip very well spent—even the drive into the countryside to and from Kutna Hora was lovely.
This was a great tour and Sophia was a great guide. The reason I wanted to come to Prague in the first place was to see the Sedlec Ossuary. I wasn't disappointed, such a stunning place. Kutna Hora was also fantastic, but I came here for the bones.
Kutná Hora was a darling little town with some really cool sights. The highlight for me was when our guide took us into an old underground room adjacent to the cathedral and sang a psalm for us to show the amazing acoustics. He was a fantastic guide and gave us more than we expected. If you’re going to go, go with this trip.
Our tour guide was a colourful character with a musical bent who guided us through the ½day trip. The trip highlights for us are the ossuaries in both Sedlec and Kutna Hora where the guides musical skills made this trip one for the memory bank.
Enjoyable day out. Lovely little town. Guide (Sophia) was excellent, provided loads of information about the bone church, cathedral, town and surrounding area. Pity, but understandable, that photos not permitted in Bone church.
Our guide was awesome, interesting, informative, and incredibly talented. He brought us to all the things we had on our list, everyone on the tour got along and we got back on time. At one point he decided to sing to show the acoustics in the church and it was breathtaking. All in all, I would strongly recommend this tour. It meant my expectations and then some.
We took a half day tour by minibus to Kutna Hora to see Sedlec ossuary, St Barbara’s church and the town. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining (at one point singing beautifully for us to demonstrate some acoustics, and he played a wooden flute-like instrument as he led us about the town - not unlike the Pied Piper!). The weather was extremely cold so in our free time we found a cosy restaurant serving hot and delicious food. A magical day out.
A very relaxing beautiful village-Kutna Hora. The bone Church was incredible. Our tour guide was excellent, explained everything and recommended a great place to have lunch.
We pre-booked a half day tour to the Sedlec Ossuary at Kutná Hora and St Barbara's Cathedral with some free at the end to grab a bite to eat and look around. It was a wonderful tour led by Jarka. She was very knowledgeable and provided lots of background information about the sites. The bone chapel was quite eerie. A strange arrangement of human bones and skulls. We kind of wondered why it was done like that. Jarka explained that it was the architect's idea as he renovated the church. People were respectful though. We also looked inside the largest church next door, also being renovated. It was vast but largely empty. St Barbara's Cathedral was magnificent! Soaring vaulted ceilings and interesting frescoes and paintings. Well worth a visit! Great to get out of Prague and see a little of the countryside!
This was a fabulous trip to the famous bone church, Brandon our guide was friendly fun and very knowledgeable. We liked the fact that we went on public transport including the train and local bus, and the restaurant recommended was fabulous, great Czech Food and beer, a really smooth trip no queuing or hanging around. I highly recommend it.
Jacob was a great tour guide. He was very funny and attentive. He ensured no one was left behind. Beware there is a lot of walking with many steps. You will need to keep up with the 20 and 30 year olds.
The bone church is impressive with all the coat of arms and chandelier made entirely of bones. Unfortunately no pictures allowed.
The city and the sites were absolutely stunning. I’d love to spend more time in this area. Unfortunately, most of the tour was spent waiting rather than enjoying the sites. Out of the six hours- 2.5 hours was driving and maybe another hour inside the churches. Had the tour guide communicated the opportunity to go off on our own- it’d be much more enjoyable. To top it off- this tour goes over dinner time, and only after we bought snacks to much on for the trip back was this communicated. You have free time in the town, but not enough time for a meal, so this should be clear from the beginning. I would not recommend this tour but absolutely recommend this adorable town and the churches and cathedrals.
Great afternoon .Our tour guide Sofia was wonderful and so interesting information we heard.I have never seen anything like the bone church. It needs to be seen to be believed. After the churches we had an hour or so to look round the village. Found a lovely great cheap food. Highly recommended.
Excellent trip. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered every question. She was friendly and we had all the info on the day which we needed. The bone church and the santander Barbara cathedral are so worth the trip.
This was an awesome tour! The bone church was amazing. St. Barbara’s Church was beautiful, and the town was lovely. Our guide was excellent - she was knowledgeable and friendly.
Fantastic! Our guide and our driver were both great. Lots of history and information and the churches were phenomenal
Tatianna was amazing! She filled in so much history throughout the day. A wonderful woman with intense knowledge of Czech history! Ask for her, you will not regret it!
Short trip here was so interesting. But very short.Tatayana tour guide was super lady great conversationalist great english Very informative. And really funny lady
We look back on a great tour of beautiful Prague. Our tour guide, Ladislav, told everything with great knowledge and conviction. With a nice ending on the boat, we recommend this tour to everyone.
Wonderful tour with a wonderful tour guide! Thank you Ivana for your knowledge and taking us on this breathtaking adventure!
just returned from my holiday in Prague and we had Andy Allen for two of our guided tours with sandman’s a day trip to kunta Nora and walking three hour tour around Prague which was free I just wanted to say this guide was amazing knowledgeable friendly professional and enjoyable to have an guide we couldn’t wish for a better guide then him so I hope this email will find its way to his manager in sandermans in Prague so he knows how wonderful Andy was he made our holiday special interesting. Recommend him very highly he just brilliant we had other tours in Prague no where has good if anyone wants a great priced tour in Prague I definitely guarantee ask what tour Andy Allen on and take it you definitely will enjoy it and learns loads we might just go back to Prague sometime just to do the tours we missed with Andy because of the virus Thank you Andy Best regards Mr desmond Heydon & ms Glennis Morcom UK
Our tour guide was V and our driver was Igor. We greatly enjoyed this half day trip, it covers way more than just the bone chapel. V was great, he was able to deliver a lot of information and kept it very interesting. We wish we had 30 minutes more at the end to explore the town on our own, but at this time you have to choose between grabbing a quick bite or exploring the town on your own a bit.
Eerie, strange, creepy but good. Worth the trip. Makes you wonder. History of lots of things all wrapped in skeletons.
I have never in my 55 years of life been as disappointed in a tour as I was with this one. Because of this, I cancelled another tour I had paid for via Viator. The reason for this disappointment was the awful and obnoxious guide we had. She yelled at us on more than one occasion. Yelled for simple things like asking to use the Toilet! And anytime we approached her, we did so with respect and in low voices and she seemed to find it absolutely appropriate to yell out her response for the entire area to hear. Also, she rushed us through the whole trip as if we were on the "incredible race" and might possibly win a million dollars at the end! The bus ride there and back took 50% more time than we should have and no one said anything to us, no apologies, nothing. To top it off the bus driver thought it would be nice to cut off the air on the way back and the only windows that open were his and the guides. Thus making the trip back a sort of SAUNA HELL. At the end, I left the bus without saying thank you, and this is a first for me as I ALWAYS say thank you. In addition, this was the first time in my 55 years of life that I do not tip the guide of a tour. I cannot even say that the location and its beauty made me forget the manner in which I was treated. Extremely disappointed. :-(
Well, this was our second day trip in Prague and it was worse than the first. I don't know if we got unlucky or if it's cultural, but we've cancelled our third trip because we're so disappointed. Again, no clear instructions at all from the guide. The trip to there was 30 mins longer than they said, but no bathroom stops were offered. When we arrived in Kutna Hora, and the guide was standing in line to buy our tickets, we asked if she could point in the direction of a public restroom. She YELLED that she couldn't get out of line to show us and we had to wait. The entire area heard her. She YELLED at us again inside the church for stepping away from the group to take a picture. Then gave the group 30 mins of free time to take pix, shop, get coffee, find the bathroom and get back to the bus. BUT, she had never told us to remember where the bus dropped us off, so many of us had not taken notice since we had no clue we'd be on our own for a short time. At the end of the trip, the ride home was again 40 mins longer than planned, no bathroom stops offered, and the bus driver kept the air off while we were stuck in traffic but had his own window open so he could have fresh air. I did not see a single guest tip either one of them. It is the first time ever that I have not tipped. EVER
Very good and interesting tour. The tour guide nico was very interesting and had a lot of knowledge. I hope he gets to Sweden to meet the Vikings that he mentioned.
We were collected on time around 12 noon from our hotel and proceeded to the central Prague area to collect more passengers. Jacub provided an informative and historic talk in the 1 hour drive from Prague, pointing out areas as we passed which made it interesting. We saw the bone cathedral which contained gnarly bone structures :), St Barbara's church which was the best gothic baroque church seen to date, and Jacub guided us on the history. Overall, a good trip to see a quaint town outside Prague, despite a rushed "free time" to get the driver back to Prague. Kutna Hora is perfect if you want to see something "non-city" and historical.
Lucie was amazing !The most funny and charming guide! The trip is very good ,even we have been on a very bad weather !
We really enjoyed our trip to Kutna Hora, our guide James was great and made the tour so much more interesting.
Good but it is too fast; the guide was very good, but it is very fast, and I could barely be in the church, and eat super fast
Nice guide and spoke good English. Free time too short...it would have taken at least 90-120 min and not just 50min. The information provided by the guide was fine but short and in-depth....
Beautiful little port town the road is a bit long but nice our chsuffrur Mohamed was very nice a nice discovery
Fachkundige nette und hilfsbereite Reiseführerin. Eine gute Balance zwischen den Kirchen- und Stadtführungen und freie Zeit. Bequemer Transport, kleine Gruppe.
We decided to take a tour to Kutná Hora to visit the city and its monuments. We decided to rely on Premiant city tour because it offered the possibility of being picked up directly from the hotel. After receiving fascinating information about the place thanks to the expert guide Elena we arrived at the Sedlec ossuary. After visiting the place the guide accompanied us through the streets of the city explaining in detail all the monuments. It was an interesting trip, I highly recommend it!
We had the opportunity to have a very trained guide, a very experienced older lady. It made the afternoon very interesting, full of nice stories. The agency very orderly and very punctual
