This tour was an incredible experience to meet many places in Prague. I appreciate the patience and explanations of Olga, she is an incredible guide.

Wonderful day . Castle was worth going too. We had a driver to take us up the hill and we walked down which was much better for somebody who is slightly older and difficulty with walking. . Small group which was good .
Great experience, very informative & covered a lot of ground. Wouldn't have seen half the things we did if we didn't have Jiri, he was fantastic & knew his history
Helen was our guide. There was only 5no. of us on the walk. Helen was an absolute legend and very well educated lady full of lovely tit bits of information all about Prague. Would highly recommend the City and the tour of it with the lovely Helen.
Our guide Andrea was fantastic she made our tour so much fun and was so informative, we enjoyed our lunch and river cruise tremendously! Thank you Andrea ! . Yvonne & Phil (England)
Dana was lovely very knowledgeable but not very dynamic no real interaction and we struggled to understand and hear her sometimes we were given an option to do either Jewish quarter or astronomical Clock square and felt compelled to choose one even though we thought the two were included in the trip before the river boat cruise
Full day of extremely knowledgeable history with a fantastic lunch in a beautiful historic building coming down the steps from the castle! Saw the changing of the guards, the astronomical clock strike, a boat ride & endless history in the old town & Jewish quarter. Dana was so knowledgeable and informative! She did a tremendous job!
You will be doing a lot of walking. The guide was knowledgeable but you couldn’t hear her unless you were next to her. She needed microfone or something
Do not ever book with this company. It was a complete waste of time and honestly ruined a full day of our trip. The tour guide showed zero interest in actually guiding or engaging with us, making the experience feel careless and unprofessional. She even tried to skip the Astronomical Tower and only went back after we reminded her. That alone says a lot. This experience was extremely disappointing and left a bad mark on what should have been a special trip to Prague. Please save yourself the frustration and avoid this company.
A great overview of the city topped off with a short river cruise. Be prepared for walking on slick surfaces and for large crowds.
It is a comprehensive and informative experience although it is a full day and physically tiring. Lots of interesting local knowledge.
Could well be good for many but we were misold . We had made clear that my wife had limited mobilty but this was ignored It was OK so far but we then had to decend a very long and steep hill which my wife couldn't take We had to leave the tour soon after . Very disappointed
We covered all of beautiful Prague city, our guide Helen was incredibly knowledgeable, we learnt much from her and could’ve listened to her all day 🙌🏻 highly recommend
Prague was a fascinating place to visit. However, this walking tour was a bit of a let down with the guide dealing with both English and German translations of every key stopping point. Very off putting. Strongly suggest single language tour group
This is a must experience when in Prague. 1 hour bus tour to get familiarised then a walking tour, lunch and ending with an hours cruise on the Vltava. Helenka was a first class guide friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this days tour.
The initial part of the coach trip was fine. However there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning on the coach and it was unbearably warm on board. Next we were taken to the castle, where the tour guide Dana would periodically stop to provide some historical information about the place. This was fine, except for the fact that it was very hot and we were stopped in full sunlight with no shade, which made it very uncomfortable. Dana was very knowledgeable, however her presenting style is very monotone and there was no humour injected in to it, which meant after a while it became quite bland and boring, so we stopped listening. The tour didn’t involve the use of earphones and receivers, so most of the time it was also very difficult to hear what Dana was saying. We were then taken to lunch in a traditional Czech pub, which was fine. Food choices were limited and quite bland to be honest. It was edible but not particularly tasty. After this we walked to the Jewish quarter and then on to the final part of the tour, which was a boat ride on the river. This was a welcome break as the boat generated a breeze when it sailed and there was a bar on board to allow us to purchase refreshments. However there was no further guide on the river, so we had no information as to what we were seeing as we sailed up and down. All in all it was a pleasant enough day and reasonably cheap, but not a trip I would do again or could recommend.
Helena our tour guide was amazing, very knowledgeable, food was amazing and Cruise to finish off the day overall brilliant experience and day out
Very efficient organisation a great value for money. The tour leader (Helen I believe) was superb and explained everything so well. Lunch much better than expected. A real must do trip.
Perfect tour with a very experienced and knowledgeable guide. Gave great insights into the history, culture and architecture of Prague. The only downside was the lunch in a run down hotel with a limited options menu.
What a fabulous effort by our tour guide!... she went out of her way to make it a truly memorable ...and safe trip for us!
Helena was very nice and knowledgeable about the history of Prague. Because of her we truly enjoyed the experience
This genuinely made our trip. Dana ("D-A-N-A") was absolutely brilliant. She had a strong accent, but for my wife and I that made it feel all the more authentic. She walked around with her little stick in the air (with a ribbon, so we could spot her in a crowd), and what that lady didn't know about Prague wasn't worth knowing! The tour was full on - we did about 20km of walking, so bring some comfy shoes, but it was well worth it. The mini-bus takes you to the castle, then drops the party off and you walk down the hill - stopping halfway for lunch (which was amazing). Genuinely loved it, and Dana was amazing (or as she'd say "very very absolutely beautiful"). Would highly recommend!
A wonderful day from start to finish! Day started off on a minibus which took approximately 30 minutes, with the extremely knowledgeable tour guide of 35 years experience pointing out points of interest along the way. The minibus trip concluded at the castle where we disembarked and were guided around the various sights within the grounds. From here we walked down to the old town stopping for lunch along the way at approximately 1 pm. The 3 course lunch was very good. It is local cuisine but please do not be afraid to try something outside of your comfort zone... you only live once! Be careful though, if offered drinks like beer or coffee by the waiter these are not included in the tour and must be paid seperately. So after lunch we walked down to the square to view the meteorological clock. We headed to the river to meet the boat at 4 pm for the final part of the tour. The boat tour was basically to relax at the end of a busy day and was lovely. All in all the day was a worthwhile experience of the sights of Prague.
What a Brilliant day, really enjoyed it and our guide couldn't do enough for us, he was extremely knowledgable. The lunch was traditional and added to the trip. The river cruise was a nice finish to the day with a beer 👍
Firstly, the tour was not described well. Ourselves and another party were not aware of how much walking was involved. The bus tour part was simply a drive to the start point. The guide was boring and was unable to answer questions
This tour was the highlight of my stay in Prague! Our guide Marie was wonderful and made the history of the city so interesting. I enjoyed the day very much!
A great guide in Maria, who had so much information to share, started with a bus tour with constant narrative on the history of Prague, its buildings and architecture. The tour of the castle was ok and we got to witness the changing of the guard. The walking tour was long but very interesting and the lunch provided was amazing, fantastic chicken. The ending with a leisurely, slow one-hour boat trip (no commentary) was a great way to relax and unwind with a glass of wine after a long and tiring day. Excellent day out and would highly recommend this tour and was great value for money.
This was, by far, the worst tour we have ever done in all our travels. The bus tour section was a fast drive around town in a mini van where.our ‘guide’ pointed out a couple of buildings and a couple of movie film sites. Our friends in the back seat couldn’t see or hear anything! During the walking tour, we literally just followed our ‘guide’ through the castle grounds and around some streets. Almost no commentary on anything and then complete silence from her on the river cruise. We learnt nothing about this beautiful city on this tour. Our lunch was in the basement of a dingy pub where our guide messed up the lunch order and blamed one of our group. Food was limited in choice and very average. Very disappointed in this experience!
Everything was memorable . The tour guide was organize and kept the history part of the tour going. She took the time to explain and point out all the significant buildings. Prague is a city filled with so many different kinds of architecture from diff centuries. Very relaxing cruise.
Our guide, Marina was very pleasant and knowledgeable. A must do tour for first time Prague visitors.
This tour operator is not one I would recommend in the future, as the company did not take responsibility for the mistakes made by the guides on the tour. In the middle of our tour, our guide made us take a tram to speed up our tour, after already removing significant landmarks from our itinerary (note that the tram was not a part of the walking tour). Once we got on the tram, and attempted to buy our tickets, we found that the machine was instructing us in Czech. When we asked the guide for assistance, she told us to forget the tickets as it was just 2 stops, but then the conductor asked to see our tickets and we ended up paying 9000 Cks (360 euros) as fine for 9 people, when it was never our fault to begin with. Even with all this wasted time with the ticket checker we still reached the next point of our tour with 30 minutes to wait for the cruise to start. We felt cheated and betrayed by the guide, our passports were taken by the police enforcement, and we felt like criminals for a crime we hadn't intentionally committed. We were not at all supported by our tour guide through the process and upon contacting the gray line services they said it was between the guide and tourists - not their matter!!!!
Dear team Client was alone having the tour , feed back was not positive in regards Pick up from the hotel as other suppliers do , Guide , food on the boat was not as he expected ... hope next time will have better review from my client
Very Disappointing experience. We met the Driver and the lady Guide at the appointed time and place. The van claimed as Grey Hound bus turned out to be a 8 seater old VAN: The commentary by the Guide was barely audible due to the rattling noise from the van. After roaming around in the van for nearly one hour the guide took over : for nearly 5 long hours we roamed around on foot - appeared to have no real tour plan. Only saving grace was one hour at our disposal during the river cruise. We have used your services for numerous trips in the USA . In fact we have booked three trips from Vienna through your company. Hopefully we will not experience similar ordeal 🤞🤞 Thanks Deepak Sinha +91 9716104555
Our lovely guides have been great, helpful and knowledgeable making our day in Prague amazing. We will definitely be back soon.
Would have been 5 stars as the tour company were fantastic only the lunch let us down , it was absolutely terrible! On the positive side , because of traffic and no taxi show up we arrived late for the trip. The mini bus had gone , but the tour operator came to the rescue took us in his car to Prague Castle to catch up with rest of the group. Excellent customer service and care .
Excellent excellent and excellent. Our guide Sofia was the best. She knows all about Prague. If you take this excursion, you will know everything about Prague.
The company and tour guide was great! I had a fun time on the tour and learned a lot about Prague and its' history. My tour group was small, which helped add to the intimacy and familiarity with the group and guide. The guide was very knowledgable and was able to answer all questions asked. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit and learn about Prague in a day.
Great 1st day trip around Prague. Helen was very knowledgeable. Perfect day out. Bus walk lunch and boat trip
it was a small group, the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and the building and different things that influenced the city.
Everything was brilliant and the guide, lovely lady and most helpful. We were given an excellent tour.
This was a fantastic tour to take on our first full day in Prague. Our guide, Helen, was very knowledgeable and provided interesting background into the history and geography of the city and it's surrounding areas. It also highlighted the places for us to visit in a little more detail over the next four days. We will definitely recommend this tour to anyone.
Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Tour had a good variety of activities. Lunch location is fantastic
Helen was very informative and pleasant. You definitely hit the highlights of prague. Great photo op opportunities. Unless you are a history enthusiasts I would suggest a shorter tour is recommended. 7 hours is quite a bit to not visit anything prominent. Mostly just driving by it and saying it is worth coming back to visit on your own time. Helen makes it as entertaining as possible and knows the good spots to see views, changing of the guard, and gives great advice on navigating the city.
My fiancée and myself took this six hour tour on our 3rd day in Prague. We were the only ones who signed up for this tour on a Tuesday so it was more like a private tour. We enjoyed the sights, history and food that came with the tour. We had some miscommunication with our tour guide throughout our time with her. She was very good at her job but her accent sometimes made it hard to understand and at times she would mishear us. But it wasn't unbearable; we enjoyed our time with her and Prague.
Helen was an amazing knowledgeable guide. Full of informative and helpful local information. What a wonderful fun day!
The meeting point happen to be 2 blocks from my Hotel, so that was great for us. There is a lot of ground to cover and a lot of walking. So be prepared to walk. The only thing that was just okay was the food. Our guide was really nice and moved the group along.
Praha is an amazing city. This city has everything for a tourist, majestic buildings, superb architecture, a beautiful river, great food and drink, amazing restaurants and fantastic shopping destinations. We ended up buying quite a few items in PRIMARK store. Prague along with Budapest were the two best destinations in this entire trip that also included Vienna and Munich.
Prague castle and river cruise and Sophia our guide was excellent and really knew her history and was friendly
Prague is gorgeous and this tour touched on many highlights. Only wish we had known about walking approx six miles and all the stairs. Meeting spot convenient. Guide was knowledgeable.
This tour was catastrophe. First of all the driver did the one hour in 10 min and we sweated for our safety as how fast and dangerous he took us. Then the tour guide spent all day walking us, being rude to the point we walked away and didn’t take the River cruise. She would walk at least 10 blocks ahead leaving us behind, treating us with disrespect, this was a nightmare and I paid for this service.
