All Day Guided Trip To Český Krumlov From Prague

The tour was great, Cesky Krumlov is a really nice little old town with very interesting history. I really liked our guide Karolina, she was absolutely fabulous! You can tell she loves her job and her beautiful country! She shared lots of intesting information from the moment we started the tour on our way to Cesky. I even took notes as some of the info was so interesting that I needed to find out more! We had a really nice day including a great lunch at a restaurant next to the river, and more than enough time to walk around town, enjoy a coffe and do some shopping!

Had been looking for to this tour since we are planning the trip to Prague. CK is definitely beautiful and different from Prague. Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of history. Having lunch by the river was also the highlight of this tour. Definitely recommended!

Fun trip and great guide. Would certainly use this company again next time we visit. But with confidence.

This trip is not to be missed. It is a two hour bus ride so be prepared for that , can’t remember our guides name she was blonde lovely lovely woman. She spoke for languages and was a book of knowledge on all of the history. It’s like going to a fairytale village with lots of shops great restaurants the view is spectacular. I can’t say enough about it truly a splendid day.

I was really looking forward to Czesky Krumlov however I was disappointed that when we arrived both the castle and the museum tickets were booked out.?The locals tell me that it is common knowledge the tickets were free for the last Sunday of the month and get snapped up quickly. Premiant tour company could have advised that pre booking these attractions was necessary in the tour description. Though no fault of her own the guide was very apologetic. We booked this tour months ago from Australia so not happy that we missed out on the castle

Český Krumlov was absolutely beautiful and amazing from start to finish! Our guide, Karolína, was fantastic. She was cheerful, friendly, and made the tour so much fun. She shared lots of interesting information about the history and also many other things about the town. She really made the experience special. Highly recommend!

Great experience, the excursion was well organised.

First time in Czechia and this was a great part of it. Karolina was both welcoming and very knowledgable both of the local history of the castle and of Czech history in general. The town itself is so picturesque it's like it's torn straight from a fairytale book. Highly recommended!

Karolina is a great guide, she gave interesting facts about the places. There was enough time to go through all places. The ride was nice.

Beautiful town to visit, however the AC didn’t work on our way back, so hot that whole passengers complained.

The guide was informative but quite rude. She took us into a gingerbread shop (clearly on commission) - I wasn’t interested so stood by the door. She told me to either stand outside or inside because the cold air was coming through the automatic door, which is fair enough but it was the way she spoke to me. I told her I was going to wander around by myself in the end and meet her by the coach. It was a good way to get to Cesky Krumlov.

Excellent interesting fun day.

The guide was good. The bus ride was very uncomfortable. The seats gave us a backache. To make matters worse, on the return journey a group of indians switched seats and displaced the rest of the bus. With the result I could not even sit with my husband for the long uncomfortable ride. The tour guide did not interfere. The town was interesting but not worth the discomfort and chaos

This was a very nice day trip from Prague. Karolina, our guide was very good, really interested in showcasing the history and looked after all of us very well

The trip was well organised and we had a great time. Karolina was very informative and shared quite a lot of detail - especially on the history of the place and what was unique there. She is also well connected to shop owners and introduced us to the right places for shopping as well. Overall, great time for our family.

We had Stepan as our tour guide,. He did an excellent job at providing historical details of buildings in Prague and of site during the drive to Cesky krumlov. The walking tour was well worth it and we had plenty of time to explore the town. It was a beautiful place to visit. Thank you Stepan and Tony (driver) for a memorable day.

The trip was great. Karoline was a great tour guide on our ride. She told us all about the history. We did a one hour tour of the city. I was traveling by myself, so it was nice that she offered to have lunch with me and another solo traveler, and then I had easily three hours on my own before the ride back.

It was filled with historical facts and beautiful scenery. And the guide did a very good job of explaining it all.

The town is magnificent, it is a must-see. But the tour guide walked too quickly for some of us.....especially when we were walking quite a distance uphill. He also spoke half the time in English and half the time in Italian, which was distracting. The experience would have been better with a tour guide who was aware of his specific clients and their interests/needs. It would be helpful if Viator described the walking tour more specifically and accurately in terms of how much walking there is, the difficulty level, etc., so we could be prepared.

The tour guide Karolina was good and friendly. Unfortunately it was raining and the tour agency not prepared to offer raincoats for travellers who came prepared, instead stopped any many areas to talk about the history under the rain to complete the tasks and after which leaving the group rushed to restaurants. I find that very inconsiderate. Castle tickets area and tower tickets area were different and we are not aware. In the end we had no time to visit both. Meanwhile we had difficulty in getting back to the common spot as very few people spoke English. I find it very unfriendly for Asians who only spoke English. Prague has to improve its signages to sustain it’s tourism

We have a great time in the town, Karolina was really kind and friendly. We spent a great day with the group. We visit a really cozy restaurant in the center town, and we took amazing picture. Great experience, good relation quality price. I recommend 👌

Well worth the price and the travel time. Guide was very good. Scenery was beautiful. The castle is very different from Prague Castle.

The day trip was very nice, we enjoyed the castle and the time relaxing and shopping in old town. The time allotted on out own seemed about right, and we appreciated the tour of the castle grounds with out guide. Our overall experience was excellent. We sat in the back of the bus nearest the engine and once underway it was extremely difficult to hear our guide speaking so we missed much of the background he gave. Once on the castle grounds, all bathrooms were guarded by staff who charged a euro for use and we did not anticipate that; it would be good to have that mentioned in the trip-advisor description under "what to expect," and that category was missing completely from the data we received. Also, the hike to the castle had a moderately steep grade, which slowed us oldies down and was too much for a least one of the people with another group on our tour. The physical requirements of an activity should be explicitly stated in the description as a standard matter. Overall, for us, we had a great time and we were pleased to have chosen to join the tour.

Well worth doing. David was a brilliant guide who gave us lots of information about the history of Cesky Krumlov and the surrounding area. He took care of all our practical needs and his recommendation for lunch in a Medieval restaurant proved an excellent choice.

We had a great day visiting cesky Krumlov. I felt safe in the driver's hands. Our guide today (28/05/26) was really informative and provided us with interesting facts. Apologies but I lost my note with the guides names. It is a very long day but there was a bathroom break included both ways. Cezky Krumlov is magnificent and worth taking the time to visit.

Karolina is a wonderful guide. She is very good at explaining the history of Czech Republic, we learned a lot from this tour. Very pleasant ride, Tony our driver was very professional.

Prepare to walk a lot with inclines. The village is a real great experience. It’s like a Disney Land set, only it is real.

We visited the fantastic city of Cesky Krumlov and our guide, Karolina, was amazing. She started the tour telling us some Prague and Czech Republic history and then when we arrived at Cesky Krumlov, she brought us in the beautiful village. The tour itself was very interesting, funny and we learned a lot of new things!! Also Karolina is an amazing person! A great mention to Ivan as well, our bus driver! 10/10 experience.

Our guide, David was great. The trip was structured well. And the lunch place we went to with David was wonderful. The town was a little underwhelming for the distance travelled. Due to the springlike weather, we did get to see the bears. Overall o very good day.
