Itinerary
We offer a very special wine tasting. Once you arrive, you will get a chip card with CZK 900 credit to operate our wine machines. We will also provide you with a list of wines, water, and a glass (in fact, feel free to take more glasses to compare wines against each other). Most visitors simply try our recommended list of local wines to get a very good snapshot of the Czech (we should say Moravian) wine scene. However, this list is just a starting point. Would you like to compare a local Pinot Noir with the French “original”? You will likely find both in the same machine. Are you interested in Bordeaux but were afraid to ask? Our Bordeaux Corner may help. Curious about “New World Reds”? Great value for money! Or take the full list of wines and figure out what you want to do… The 900 CZK credit is enough to try tasting samples of 25+ wines and this is what our customers normally do. However, the card can be reloaded in a second if necessary. We usually offer 64 different wines every day. Our cheese and salami plates (not included in the CZK 900 credit) are designed to match the wines. Just in case you were a bit hungry.

This place was great; it’s such a cool concept. The sommelier, Justin, is friendly, funny, and informative. I really enjoyed learning about the MANY wines they have. I hope to come back. Thank you for a great experience in Prague!
Absolutely brilliant!! We had a great evening at this unique experience. Highly recommend. Our host was very knowledgeable and enhanced our evening!
Super fun and interesting experience learning about features of the regions, grapes and technical processes, comparing many different wines and working out which we liked best. The format is fantastic for comparisons - 60+ wines with a choice of serving size so we could try many and whittle down what we liked then enjoy with a delicious charcuterie plate. The staff were very knowledgeable and keen to tell us about their favourites and hear our thoughts. And a good array of local wines that we hadn’t come across before. We will definitely come back next time we are in Prague!
A delightful afternoon with an extremely knowledgeable sommelier … not only sharing his knowledge of wine, but also entertaining us with the history of wine in the area … a definite plus was enjoying tastes of wine from throughout all of Europe, not just being limited to sampling a single winery as most tastings are … will definitely return next time we are in Prague … well done
Fantastic experience and super friendly staff. Great selection of superb wines accompanied by great chat. Very good value for what you get. Highly recommended
A great way to sample a variety of wines affordably. It was a fun experience and I would recommend the cheese and meat charcuterie board to complete the experience.
Trevi was excellent in his description of wines. He absolutely knows his european and world wines. He listens to questions and is very knowledgeable of wines. My time sampling wines with his guidance was the best part of my day! Great location and facility and variety of wines to select!!
This experience was a chance to relax and enjoy tasting wine from around the world. Coming from the United States, we rarely (if ever) have the opportunity to try Czech wine, and what a treat it was. We were recommended some different options that we likely would not have tried if not for the sommelier. I would certainly recommend this experience to anyone wishing to have a fun evening spent drinking wine and learning more about the intricacies of different varietals. The staff was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. We left with a few bottles and we are excited to share this experience (if only in a small way) with our friends and family.
We were visiting Prague for the first time and this was a very nice break from the crowds. It's in a relaxing setting that's easy to reach with a very welcoming team. We were the first to arrive for the evening, so our sommelier might have been able to give us even more attention than usual (not sure) but he was very helpful in guiding us through the tasting process and listening to our likes/dislikes to recommend wines. We were able to choose what wines and how much we wanted to taste by using cards loaded with credits to dispense wine ourselves. This included some Czech wines along with many European wines. Only a couple of U.S. wines, which we were fine with since we can more readily find these at home. The credit amount on our cards purchased through this experience felt very generous. We were there for a long time and tasted a lot of different wines. Recommend!
What a great way to be able to taste a broad selection of wines from the world. You take your own time. You chose which wines you want to try and how much you wish to taste of them and then learn through individual questions and answers to the very knowledgable staff. It is a charming fun and relaxed and novel way to learn, to sup delicious wines and enjoy an evening. For us it was a chance to try the local wines and the ones we didn’t know and find out what we are missing . It was a thoroughly enjoyable two hours accompanied by delicious breads , olive oil and charcuterie. A great evening.
This was a great experience, honestly none of the wines were great but it was fun. We tried almost all of them.
This was the best experience of the trip! Prague is an amazing city with so much to offer, and this was the true gem. We tried several wines from several regions with excellent recommendations and an amazing atmosphere. I recommend this to anyone who wants to sit in a relaxing environment and just enjoy the wine and company!
Very interesting to taste some local and surprisingly good wines! The concept var very clever: you could choose from a great variery of wines and you could choose very small samples. The guide was an experienced sommelier and could tell you more about the winea if you were interested. The cheese and coldcut plate was also excellent.
Such a great experience. Arrived to a lovely welcome, an insight to how the tasting would work. Arranged for us to have food brought to our table. Advised us on the best wines to try after we said which one we preferred! You get a lot of wine for your money! Biggest tip is to make sure you have some cash. We wanted to leave a tip and they couldn’t take it from card. We were only in Prague 2 days so didn’t take cash with us and really regretted it here. They definitely deserved a tip!!
It was amazing! The service was exceptional and the man who helped us was such a great host and he new absolutely everything.
I love this place with all my heart. If you’re the wine lover, come here and you won’t be disappointed 🥂
My wife and I really enjoyed this experience. The staff was very friendly and walked us thru the process and provided tips on which groups of wine to start with. We actually didn't consume all of our "wine allowance" and they offered to have us come back at a later date to finish it off (but we declined as we didnt have any more free sked). Definitely an experience we would do again and thought it was great value for what you are getting. Cheese platter was plentiful too and again offered us to take home what we didnt consume (as it was quite a lot). Shoutout to Kate(?) Who assisted us. Owner(?) requested if we could provide reviee in local language - Punta na rito, di kayo magsisisi 😄
The staff were very knowledgable and friendly. And the choice of wine to taste was extensive. Would highly recommend if you have time.
This is an exceptional experience. Each participant was given a card with a generous stored value amount, which was then used to purchase wine from a dispensing machine. The collection of wine (64 all together) was of impressive quality and breath. The sommelier was also fun to chat with. My highest recommendation.
Location is difficult to find on your own but worth the time and effort. The setting is lovely and the sommelier is friendly and oh so helpful. This is the first wine tasting I've done where I felt that I really do know more about my wine preferences after the event than I did before. My sister and I both said we would visit again when in Prague. PS They also called a taxi for us after the event and confirmed pricing for us. Thank you.
We're in Prague this week to see in the new year, saw this wine tasting experience on here and thought we'd give it a go. From the moment we stepped inside we were met by friendly welcoming staff who explained how the evening would progress, we were then led down into the cellar which was a modern take on a traditional cellar, we loved the style and quality, we sampled and graded a multitude of wines on offer, complimented by the meat & cheese platter which was excellent. We'd booked a two hour session starting at 7.30pm, had a fantastic evening trying many wines from around the world, we over ran by half an hour but the staff we more than accommodating, even calling a taxi for us at the end of the evening. A fantastic experience even if your not a wine buff, we absolutely recommend this experience, you won't be disappointed.
We were blown away by the quality and variety of wine. The cheese and charcuterie were the perfect pairing, and the cellar itself was beautiful. The staff were very knowledgable, attentive, and helpful. Chill vibes and not too crowded to enjoy our time there (3.5 hours; and we were told we could stay longer). Incredible value for money, in my opinion. We loved it so much that we bought two bottles of Moravian wine to take home with us. Highly recommend!
Excellent time the host Justin was very helpful and informative great wine selection lived the idea about using the credit card for selection
Amazing - so simple but enjoyable, we bought the charcuterie board as well - can’t Ifault this - thoroughly enjoyed every second - left hammered ! Hosts talk everything through - a bit out of the centre of town but don’t let this put you off - best Viator trip in a while!
This was more than we expected.. really fun and relaxed afternoon tasting a great range of wines . Easy to find .
Great experience. Really nice wines and food. Host very knowledgeable. Relaxed chilled atmosphere very enjoyable.
A really lovely space, very good value for money and the staff really make it special, they are very personable without being too much, if you want a lot of advice they will provide it, of you want peace to try the wines and some food at the same time, also very good, then that works too. This is a great experience just outside the centre in a great area of the city and we highly recommend it
Very well run Clean modern wine tasting. If in Prague would return to Wine List great way to spend an evening
Wow, wow, wow! If you’re looking for a truly unforgettable wine-tasting experience in Prague, the historical cellar on Křižíkova is something you absolutely cannot miss. This must be one of the most brilliantly run and professional wine-tasting events anywhere in the city. From the moment you arrive, the host gives you a warm introduction and is on hand throughout the entire experience. The staff are attentive without ever being intrusive. While they don’t guide you through the tasting of the Old World or New World—that part is left to your own exploration—the setup makes discovering your personal preferences incredibly fun and surprisingly easy. With 64 wines in total—a mix of red, white, and rosé—the self-guided system is simple to use, and before long you can clearly identify which wines delight your palate and which ones you’d happily leave behind. It’s a brilliant way to narrow down what you might want to order in a restaurant during your time in Prague, turning future meals with family or friends into even better experiences. The food deserves its own standing ovation. The cheese and meat platters are plentiful—borderline biblical. We joked they were feeding the five thousand! If you book this event, rest assured: you will not go hungry, and you most certainly will not leave thirsty. An absolute pleasure from start to finish—a delightful experience that deserves well beyond five stars. They make you feel genuinely welcome, and you end up enjoying every moment without fail. Highly, highly recommended. Cheers! 🍷✨
We visited here as a group of 4 'experienced' wine drinkers and had a fantastic time. The staff are very knowledgeable about their wines and the setting is really nice and relaxed. There are 64 wines to try and we managed more than half of them with the credit you get on the cards. It was really good for allow us to find exactly the right wines that suited our tastes. The staff are there simply to help you, there is no sales type pressure to buy anything. Don't worry about the 2hr bit either, you can stay as long as you need. If you even remotely like wine I'd highly recommend this.
I am so glad we did this. The venue is lovely, the hosts very knowledgeable and the wines are simply amazing. It's a wonderful way to try different wines that you may not otherwise get chance to sample. You can choose a small taste sample (it is a very small amount) but is enough to give you an idea whether you like it or not to save you choosing a larger amount and not being too keen on it. Once you have found the ones you like have a larger amount. I have discovered a whole range of new favourites wines as a result. Thoroughly enjoyable.
The chance to sample 64 wines is simply mind-blowing. Our host was very knowledgeable and checked in with us several times throughout the evening to talk with us about the wines. Highly recommended.
You will be amazed at the large selection and variety of wines from around the world. I was welcomed by knowledgeable and passionate staff dedicated to getting excited about wines both local and international. The design and ambiance of the cellar is enough the delight any visitor.
We had a great time sampling so many different wines! It was more than enough credit to try everything we wanted to! We ordered a charcuterie board after we arrived and it was pretty good as well. Only thing I wish is that they had more of a dessert wine to end the night. Overall- wonderful experience and cute building.
Great concept trying different wines from different regions. You get plenty of credits to use on your tastes. We also ordered a charcuterie board. We would definitely do this again.
Really beautiful space with a mix of historic exposed brick in the lower level cellar alongside very modern wine pouring systems. The staff was incredible! We tried about a dozen wines.
The wine tasting is more of a choose your own adventure. You are given a card with an amount loaded on it and then are given free rein of the cellar and choices of 64 different wines. The sommelier explains the wines and also provides guidance during the process. We did the tasting and also got the meat and cheese plate and it was amazing and totally worth it. I would totally do this again.
This was a lot of fun! First time with this type of wine tasting experience. Lots of options. Charcuterie Tray available to soak up some of the alcohol. Tasted 25 wines over the course of two hours. Very laid back, not crowded or rushed. Highly recommend.
In a nice cool basement. They give you a list with recommendations that you can write on. We circled the ones we tried and rated them. It was fun. Italian restaurant next door has delicious pizza so we ate there after.
Honestly wasnt sure what to expect when booking this experience, but we had the best time. The sommelier greeted us at the table and took time to explain how the experience works, understand our likes and dislikes before recommending some wines to try. Although this was a '2 hour experience', we were not rushed or kicked out after the 2hours - in fact we stayed for 5hrs. You are given 950czk in credit which is plenty to sample the variety of wines on offer. Would 100% recommend this and a nice way to sit back and relax. Didnt manage to get the ladies name, but thank you
Justin was a wonderful host! We were visiting Prague from the US for the first time and my friend and I’s palates are very different and he guided us incredibly well. There were 60+ choices and, with the credits given, you get many tastings and several full glasses. We also got cheese and focaccia that were delicious. It was overall a wonderful experience and a great way to end our evening: thank you so much!
So when I walked in I was skeptical. This is not a typical wine tasting. This cellar has 64 wines available and they are self serve from a very fancy machine that measures exact amounts. When you arrive they give you a prepaid card to use and demonstrate how to use the machine. How you spend your money is up to you. It was very generous... I tasted 13 wines and had two full glasses of the ones I liked. The charcuterie (they called it tapas) was quite good. The atmosphere was fantastic in the cellar. And even though it was self serve the staff were friendly and helpful. I was skeptical, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend!
Lovely experience we were expecting to be with a group but we did the whole thing as a couple and it made it just that bit more special. Stunning once your inside and is located in what I would call more rural Prague. Loved it very much and would recommend to all
We had the best time! Great experience! We got the wine and cheese package and it was amazing! Loved every second! The staff was friendly and helpful!
Very well organised with wonderful staff. At one point I realised there was more funds on the card than I felt comfortable drinking in 1 sitting - I asked if I could return the following day to complete it expecting they would say no but they said ‘of course’, & they were lovely when I did go back. It’s a great opportunity to sample from a wide variety of wines including some Czech wines.
The owner was very accommodating in changing our experience times. We really enjoyed the wine tasting. The information provided about the different wines and tasting sheet to score the wines added to the experience. Definitely worth a visit when in Prague.
This wine tasting experience was absolutely fantastic. You are given a card with a credit, and can taste whichever wines you like from their selection, I believe they had about 65 different wines to sample. You can also select from three different volumes, sample, half glass, and full glass of wine. My group of 4 got a cheese and meat board as well, which was absolutely fantastic with the wines. I highly recommend this to any group who has a variety of likes and dislikes with wine.
Beautiful place, the drinking/eating area was in the cellar which had a really nice feel to it. Justin was a really good host and Yan also helped us pick certain wines whilst explaining different origins. Overall amazing experience and especially for the price we’d 100% recommend to get this booked if you’re coming over!
A fantastic evening- charming venue. The hosts are extremely knowledgeable, providing information about their extensive variety of wines but never intrusive. We enjoyed this experience so much and can’t speak highly enough of this experience. The tapas to accompany our wine was excellent and plentiful.
