They don’t have the facilities for this big man! Service wasn’t attentive, rooms are good and bed is very comfy. Breakfast is ok but nothing special and the jacuzzi / sauna is over emphasised for what it is.

We stayed at this hotel because of the jacuzzi, and unfortunately, our experience was quite mixed. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable overall. The breakfast was okay, but the choice was not very large. There were quite a lot of mayonnaise-based salads, which, in our opinion, are not really the most appealing option for breakfast. The staff were very friendly, especially the guy at the reception, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. We also appreciated that you can get drinks at the reception at any time — this was a really nice touch. I had read several reviews saying that the hotel has a good location, but I would disagree if you are a tourist without a car. Most attractions are quite far away, and getting to the Old Town requires taking a bus and then a tram. In our experience, the location is much more convenient for people arriving by car, especially from Germany. The biggest disappointment was the jacuzzi. On the first day, everything was fine. However, the next day, it seemed that far too much chlorine had been added to the water. After using it, we experienced dizziness and headaches, and even our silver jewellery became totally black. The chlorine also irritated our skin and eyes, and our swimsuits smelled strongly of chlorine for a long time afterwards. We were honestly scared to use the jacuzzi again, which was very disappointing since it was the main reason we chose this hotel. The bathroom was very small, and the toilet was positioned in a very tight and inconvenient space, which made it quite uncomfortable to use. Towels were not changed every day either. When we mentioned the problem with the chlorine and our jewellery, the staff kindly gave us baking soda to try to clean it, which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel has friendly and helpful staff and a clean, bright room, but for tourists travelling without a car, the location is quite inconvenient. Considering the price, especially for visitors coming from farther away, we expected more — particularly regarding the jacuzzi and overall comfort.
Beautiful hotel, great staff, located in a beautiful area of Prague which gives views of the city. Get a message or soak in the hot tub. Breakfast is a mix of traditional European and local cuisine. There is a beautiful park with in 300 meters for kids to play and parents to relax.
Hotel Pod Lipkami is a small boutique hotel full of charm. We arrived very late, and Karel at the reception was kind enough to give us an upgrade. We received a large suite with a huge balcony. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, everything was very clean. The queen-size bed was very comfortable; we slept well, even though it was a bit on the soft side. The interior design is really special—you won’t find it in many hotels—but you have to like this style. The breakfast was incredible. There isn’t a huge selection, but you have everything you need, both savory and sweet. The eggs are especially delicious. You can enjoy free coffee and tea 24/7, which is a very nice touch. This is the only hotel in Prague we have stayed at that offers this service. The best morning welcome comes from Patricia, who gave our son a lot of attention and even a small gift. I truly felt welcome here, like at home. They also have a large free whirlpool that you can use at any time, and we also tried the salt room for people with asthma. My wife took the Cleopatra bath and really loved it. The price they charge is absolutely fair. You get great value for your money. In Prague, there are many hotels that are expensive and not nearly as good. The only downside is that they don’t have a restaurant or a bar for a few nice cocktails. We will definitely come back next month, in December and January.
Situated in a prime and peaceful location, we booked a duplex apartment for six, which had a decent balcony view. The beds were unique with antique designs, and the interior of the rooms was well-maintained and excellent. The washroom was also very clean and well-kept. We stayed in There were other services like a spa and sauna, but we didn't try them, so I can't comment on those. The staff was very nice to customers, and the check-in process was very easy. They also guided us on how to use public transport. The tram station is an 8-minute walk from the hotel (around 700m). You can take tram numbers 9 or 15 to get to the city center, with trams running every 10 minutes.
