The room was very nice, comfortable, and well equipped. When the windows were closed, it was very quiet, which we really appreciated. The bathroom, kitchen, and the room itself were all very good. The curtains also provided good privacy. The location was excellent. There are metro and tram stops just about 50 meters away, so it was very easy to get around Prague and reach everywhere we wanted to visit. The room also had useful amenities such as a safe and an iron. The gentleman at the reception was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated his assistance and hospitality. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Prague.

Reviews
I stayed here for 2 weeks, so this review reflects a fairly complete experience rather than a short visit. The room itself was average and nothing particularly memorable, but acceptable. What ultimately earned this hotel a 2 star review was the service. Before checking out, I asked for just one additional hour so I could finish some work. Despite my long stay, there was absolutely no flexibility. In the hospitality business, small gestures like this are what we. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Some days the room was cleaned properly, while on other days skipped.
My wife and I stayed in one of the apartments at Hotel Vinohradský Dům during our visit to Prague. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and there were several aspects that we genuinely appreciated. The apartment looked exactly like the photographs on the booking site, which is always reassuring. It was spacious, well maintained and equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and other facilities that make it ideal for families or travellers staying for several days. The location is another major advantage. There are cafés, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport all within easy walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring Prague. The only area where we felt the hotel fell short was the air conditioning. The apartment had a single split AC unit installed in the living room, which was simply not powerful enough to cool the entire apartment during the warm summer days. While we understand that air conditioning has traditionally not been a priority in many parts of Europe, summers are becoming noticeably warmer and many guests today are international travellers who specifically look for comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation. Upgrading the cooling system would significantly improve the overall guest experience. We also noticed an occasional sewage smell coming from the bathroom area, which appeared from time to time. It wasn't constant, but it was noticeable enough to mention. Housekeeping is provided once a week, and to the hotel's credit, this is clearly communicated during check-in, so there are no surprises. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment comfortable, spacious and well located. With a more effective air-conditioning system and attention to the occasional plumbing odour, this would easily become one of the best apartment-style accommodations in Prague for longer stays.
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel — truly a hidden gem in Prague. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the metro and tram stations, with plenty of stores, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It had a nice-sized fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, and a good selection of cutleries and dishes (see the photos). There was also a washing machine and an electric drying rack, which were very convenient. Housekeeping was always on time and very thorough. The weekly service and midweek towel change were thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The room layout made excellent use of space, and the design of the apartment was very comfortable, with plenty of storage areas. It was also quiet, which made for restful nights. The staff were kind, professional, and easy to reach — available during the day and always responsive via WhatsApp if needed. We did have a small issue with the bathroom water pipe, but it was handled immediately after we reported it, showing their genuine care for guests’ comfort. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Prague.
I had an excellent stay at Vinohradsky Dum. If I come back to Prague I would definitely stay again! The property is located in a historic building steps from the underground, street car, and bus that serves the national museum and main train station (which has direct bus service to the airport). There are lots of restaurants within walking distance (mostly fast food) and some convenience stores. The room is well appointed with cool air conditioning, in room washer, and kitchenette. Overall the value for the money was excellent!
