Great location, but service and breakfast need work I had a stay with both positive highlights and frustrating downsides at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it very easy to get around Prague. The room itself was nicely designed and functional, though extremely small. It is perfectly fine for a solo traveler, but it would definitely be too cramped for two people. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired: * Check-in Delay: Despite arriving at 5:30 PM—well after the 2:00 PM check-in time—and giving prior notice, I still had to wait nearly half an hour for my room to be ready. * Staff Communication: I requested a chair so I could work from the room. After having to follow up a second time, they brought me a table instead of a chair. * Breakfast Chaos: The breakfast experience was a complete mess. It was extremely difficult to find a seat, and the food ran out very quickly—likely because the breakfast area serves two different hotels at once. Overall, I wouldn't particularly recommend staying here unless you find a really great price. The location and design are nice, but for me, I’d only consider returning if it were significantly cheaper than other options in the area.

Very disappointing stay at Urban Creme. We booked and paid for a Superior Double Room, which was explicitly advertised on booking platforms with a bathtub and a city view. Upon arrival, we were assigned Room 506, which had NO bathtub (shower only) and faced a dark inner court. When we brought this up at check-out, the receptionist bluntly told us that their Superior Double Rooms do not have bathtubs at all, and only Superior Triple Rooms do. This means the hotel is misleading guests with false room amenities and specifications online. No proper solution or apology was offered. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend or stay here again. Update: Agoda has already refunded the price difference directly due to the misleading information. The hotel only responded here after the bad review was published, offering no actual help beforehand. I have no reason to contact the hotel further as the issue was resolved by Agoda.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean and in a perfect location. Yana was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Alexander was also very helpful and always willing to assist us. ***Jan was very friendly and even helped us with forks and spoons at midnight 😁*** Thank you all for your excellent service and hospitality 🤗

A bit challenging to get there with a rental car but manageable. Urban Creme is at a good location (Northeast from city center) and one of the more reasonable priced hotels. Check in was very easy at the small front lobby area. They have an on-site restaurant that is convenient. The rooms are on the small side and they are a bit challenging to navigate around the bed. They do have plenty of storage to put your clothes but not so much for the luggage. The bathroom is a decent size with a small walk-in shower that had good water pressure and hot water on demand. The bed was medium firmness and was comfortable along with the pillows.
