We stayed here with a group of friends (a band, no less!) and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Bilel, who took incredible care of us during our stay. He was consistently attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed at every turn. That kind of genuine hospitality really made the trip. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, but it was the people — especially Bilel — who made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Prague, especially if you’re traveling with a group!

I’ve traveled all over Europe and stayed in countless hotels, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review — because this hotel truly deserves to be recognized. From the warm welcome, impeccable service and cleanliness, to the exceptional food, spa, and massage — everything was outstanding. A very special thank you to Bilal, whose kindness, professionalism, and incredible assistance until the very last minute made our stay even more memorable. He is one of the main reasons I would happily return and choose this hotel every time. Thank you to each and every one of you for an unforgettable experience. ❤️

This hotel has very helpful staff and a lot of them. The breakfast is a huge buffet style with just about every option under the sun. There are also cooked to order options. The even meals in the main restaurant are some of the best I’ve tasted anywhere in the world with a pretty good choice of wines. We had our evening meals and breakfast out in the garden which is beautifully maintained and spacious with various seating options both in the open and under cover. My room was huge with a separate sitting room and a kitchenette with a proper size fridge. Before we arrive we’d ask for an ironing board and iron which were there when we arrived. The location is minutes away from the city’s main attraction but the actual street itself is quiet. The staff were all amazing and there were so many. The lady on reception and check in was most helpful and welcoming. Everybody we dealt with spoke the most perfect English.
