We stayed at this apartment as a family with a baby, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we have had. The biggest issue was the bedroom. The curtains did not cover the entire window and did not reach the floor, making it impossible to properly darken the room. As a result, the bedroom stayed bright until late in the evening and became bright again very early in the morning. This was a serious problem for us because we were travelling with a baby. We reported the issue immediately on the first evening of our stay. We called the property several times, but nobody answered and nobody called us back. We also contacted the host through Booking.com. The first reply came only the following day, and our second message was completely ignored for the rest of our stay. Even Booking.com informed us that the property did not respond to their attempts to contact them and agreed that the host's behaviour was unprofessional. Another disappointment was that the apartment we received did not match the impression created by the listing. Most of the published photos present much more attractive apartments, while the one we stayed in was not represented in a way that reflected its actual appearance. The location is excellent, but unfortunately good location cannot compensate for poor communication, lack of assistance and misleading presentation of the accommodation. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property, especially to families travelling with young children.

The flat is really nice, you have there everything you need (washing machine, hard dryer, kitchen and so on). The bed is amazing and there are two couches thus the flat will be enough for 4-5 people. The location is really good, pretty near to the downtown and not so from the main train station. The bad thing is the neighbors were noisy all the night long and this is in a street with some pubs around so also it was noisy coming from outside but in overall a positive experience and good value for the money.
Clean, bright, comfortable and have everything you need. Right in the middle of old town square and from powder tower and tyn church only minutes away. It's really convenient to stay there. But every morning at 2 or 3 am ,there is a group of people talking very loudly down stairs and sometimes have drunken people walk by and shout at 5 or 6 am. Otherwise it is rather quiet than most of the hotels.
This is one of the best apartments in the entire Old Town, it even has its own parking lot. Everything is perfect, the apartment has a very cool vibe, clean, and pretty big even for us who booked an apartment for 8. It has plenty of utensils for us to use and two balconies that have magnificent views. The receptionist is extremely helpful and nice to us. The location is not too far from the Astronomical Clock and there are a lot of people walking around even during the night. In fact, it is a bit noisy during the night because of that. Overall, I have a pleasant experience and would like to come back when I visit Prague again!
Fantastically located apartments in the centre of Old Town in Prague. Very friendly and helpful service from the desk, and once all checked in its as if it was your apartment. The apartment we stayed in had a nice balcony with a view of Rybna below. The apartment is well decorated and furnished with everything required for a short stay, including utensils, pots, pans and plates. The bedroom had plenty of cupboard space and had air con. Having parking available inside the building is fantastic also. My only word of caution is that Rybna street leads out on to the main party street in the vicinity, with clubs and bars creating a lot of noise late at night.
